Was just passing through for a night on a cross country road trip. The resort was not fully open as it was still winter, but it didn’t matter. The restroom, showers and laundry were immaculate. There was a well equipped game room. Everyone from the reservationist to the office manager to the golf cart driver who escorted me to my RV site (a first!) performed their job as if they were working at a five star hotel. A sweet spot and great value. Must be really fun at the height of summer.

We have a big rig and the site was perfect for us.Every staff member we encountered was so incredibly nice!There were dogs, but no more than other Family Friendly RV parks and they were all on leashes. None were noisy.We loved playing the Putt-Putt coarse!We will be back!

While I was waiting for my transmission to be fixed, the staff at this campground was great! The call center is open till 9 after every other campground was closed. This was convenient for a late night, last minute reservation.The manager, Loretta, is super nice and allowed us to stay in a site that was supposed to be winterized, while we waited for our tow vehicle to be repaired. She also allowed us to delay payment until we knew how long we were going to wait.The rest of the staff at this campground is friendly and always greeted myself and my family with a smile.While we were there through Christmas, we had several secret Santa gifts left at our campsite. We were also greeted by Mr. Grinch and Mr. Kool-aid, which my kids really enjoyed. We were truly made to feel like part of the Pin oak family.The campground is old and could use some updating, however it is still well maintained and clean. The laundry room had 6 washers and 6 dryers and they all worked great. You could use quarters, which they have in the office, cards or an app. The pool was closed during our stay, but the shower houses were clean and I appreciated the camp store and the necessities they sold. Some of the sites are small and hard to fit more than one vehicle parked across the road.The prices per day/week/month were reasonable and I will definitely stay here again if I’m the area.

Pin Oak RV was a perfect stop over for us! Traveling in our 42ft Class A w/Toad across the USA, our stay afforded us a level gravel site w/full hookup that offered a 20/30/50 amp choice. We called to reserve and spoke w a call center not at the park, it was an easy process, we received prompt emails w confirmation and a text w directions. The RV Park is conveniently 5 min off I-44 E, 3 quick turns and you're there! We stayed in early April, got a great off season rate of $29 + tax. We didn't use any of the amenities, but the swimming pool, playground and small lake looked like a great place for a summer vacation! The Camp Host Loretta is very welcoming and gave us great recommendations in the area. High five!!!

Sparkle RV Services was at pin oak to help a customer unclog their black tank. The staff there were helpful. The campground was beautiful. I've never stayed there but I definitely would!

At first I thought I wouldn't like it because it seemed like it was really crowded but it was actually really nice. Lots of room to walk the dogs with a nice little lake and even a closed in field where I could let the dogs run. All the amenities were nice and in good working order. Nice playground and shower house.Safety: Well lit at night. Mostly full timers in the winterWalkability: Plenty of room to walk around the park

Overall, a positive experience. Stayed 2 nights, on the first night the 30a hookup was fried and I didn't notice. It's a good thing we had a surge protector or the RV might've been toast. The surge protector stopped working as a result and it took a couple hours to get it all figured out. The staff were very helpful and responded right away. They gave us the 2nd night for free for the hassle and moved us to the best spot in the park.The park itself is very clean, as are the bathrooms. Problems will arise, but it's how they're handled that counts, and they handled our problem perfectly. Definitely will be back someday.

We were traveling to Utah from South Carolina and found this location right off the freeway. The other guests were polite, the bath house was clean. There were kids playing basketball and seemed to be happy. The reservation process was good. My fiance called and reserved our spot. They accommodated great.My only complaint was there is no free wifi. There was an option to purchase, which I did and the wifi did not work. Granted the RV campground did say in the contract, after reviewing that they did not guarantee wifi service but after such a long drive we hoped that there would be wifi. Would we stay again, yes absolutely!

Great, friendly, and affordable. The ppl here are so welcoming, and the park is in wonderful condition. It is such an easy access right of hwy 44 near Union, Washington, and St. Clair, as well as Pacific and more. There is a convenient little shop in the park and the showers and washing machines are nice. I would recommend this park to anyone who wants a place to stay with nice neighbors, no drama, and a great management team, as well as good prices.

We stayed here for a few weeks last October (2022). It was a very nice stay. The office staff were nice and the little store was nice and convenient! They had activities and trick or treating around Halloween. The playground was great and my kids loved it! The laundry and bathroom facilities were clean and the washers and dryers were easy to use. The game room was fun as well.

Lot F7 what is terrible power, pole and large electrical boxes, just inches from our slide. They had done work on the lot and there was Very uneven site with piles of dirt and small holes. It was good for one night nothing more.

This is a very nice RV park with the amenities and the store. Owners are nice and polite too. The price per night was not bad either. The only draw back was that I-44 runs along side of it a bit and you can hear the traffic. It does quiet down with less travelers on the Interstate after dark. It was worth staying for me as a tired traveler for the night.

Awesome place to take the kiddos that's close to our home! Putt putt was fun, fishing was great, staff was friendly and helpful and there was lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. Oct weekend stay was a pleasant surprise as they do hay rides, trick or treating, and haunted trail every weekend during October.Nearby activities: Very clean restrooms and facilities.

Very cute little park with exceptional service! Each employee we spoke with was polite and hospitable. The park has easy on/off freeway access and is super quiet. Pads were level gravel. Restrooms were newer, and very clean. Big playground equipment, volleyball net, miniature golf and big clean pool kept the kids entertained and happy. We really enjoyed site A-11, as it was close to everything and had a beautiful unobstructed view of the pond and fountains.

Hands down, the absolute best RV park I have stayed in as a travel nurse. Spacious site, top-notch staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. If I am ever out that way again on an assignment, I will hope there is a spot there for me. Thank you all so much!!
