We bought a beautiful bay mare to train, along with our granddaughter, for barrel racing. Kip and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and worked hand in hand with our coach to make sure we got the exact horse we needed. We came prepared with a list of 10 as "potentials" which, with the help of Kip, was immediately stripped to about 6 because he advised the others were not a good match for our needs. Our coach and granddaughter ended up riding 3 and we settled on this beauty. We've had her about 9 months now and we (and the granddaughter) could not be happier!

Came here to find a western saddle for a difficult to fit show horse. Theresa and Kip were helpful and checked all the saddles we tried for fit on our horse that we trailered in for. We were so surprised at the large amount of great saddles they have. So many at various prices they would have something for everyone! They also have lots of other tack items as well. They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

We had an amazing experience got 4 broke and gentle horses. We showed up not knowing what to expect after getting scammed trying to buy horses from a completley different website that we went to Rolla for. Told them what we had just been through and they were all super friendly, caring individuals who really care about their animals we will definitely recommend anyone to them and if we are in the market for anymore will be back. Amazing experience great supply on saddles and tack as well. Can't beat the friendly customer service!!! We drove from Ozark and was well worth the drive!

I was introduced to Kip and Theresa several years ago by a good friend. I've gotten multiple items, including saddles, bridles, and other tack from them. I've bought straight out and also traded. My husband got his first foxtrotter from them. He had never rode a horse with such a big motor and Kip set him up with the perfect one. After several years we still have that horse. He's one of the best we have ever had. They have always been straightforward with us and very knowledgeable about their products and animals. I highly recommend Cheyenne Acres. I was just there again today and traded my saddle for a different one. I'm very happy again with the service they provide and will continue to give them my business.

I have purchased 4 horses from Kip and Theresa at Cheyenne Acres during the last 10 years for our Grandchildren.They recommended safe sound horses that have provided our Grandchildren with hours of carefree riding.we still have all 4 and the Grandchildren have always been happy and safe. These are good people!! They were so helpful and you won’t find better deals on tack!!! Getting our first pony “Thumper” from them as well as saddle and tack needed for our daughter. They helped us fit her and the pony for a saddle, very friendly and helpful people. Will definitely go back to them for another horse and tack in the future!

I bought a horse from them in April 2022. The horse ended up being almost 10 years older than what they told me it was. My farrier also told me it had been foundered. I paid $3,500.00 for the horse and Cheyenne Acres would not make good on it like they told me they would. They said they were going off the info they had, and their words were, you can't please everyone. . I feel that they are experienced horse people and knew the age and condition of the horse when they sold it to me. Buyer beware.

We bought a horse from Cheyenne Acres. My husband brought it home and it was very spirited. We had requested a horse well broke so our grandchildren could ride. This was not the horse we needed. We contacted the seller the next day as you could tell the horse's personality when riding wasn't what we wanted. We did not request our money back, just to return him and asked for the seller to continue looking for us. He was going out of town and we did not return him, waiting for him to return home. We never heard anything. My husband has left messages for the seller and have not received a return call. So, we are now stuck with a horse we paid thousands of dollars for will need to resell to meet our needs. Disappointed as the website indicates they will find a horse to suit you. Not a bad horse at all, just not what we wanted or needed...so be sure it's the horse for you when you buy it because it appears they are not willing to help once the sale is final.

Lost my heart horse several months ago due to lightening. Being retired i had a hard time finding something i could afford and fit my trail/camp needs. I keep going back watching videos of this Thin, Black, TWH. Cheyenne Acres hadn't had him long, he came from AL. I got my Dream Boy "Tucker" we are still working on weight gain, but getting there.. I bought a horse from Cheyenne Acres three weeks ago. I feel they were honest about the horse and he is everything they told me he would be. He was underweight but that is to be expected when a horse comes from an auction. I am happy with him and he is turning out to be a very good horse

We were going to look at a horse on a set date and time. One that was set by the owner because he was going to be gone until that date. We explained to him the importance of the black horse because our granddaughters horse was killed. The horse was for therapy as she was going through a difficult time.The owner NEVER said it was first come first serve. And, he was to be gone until late Thursday. Our appt was set for Friday. A man is only as good as his word. He also owns up to his mistakes.Christian people are hard to find. The love of money will never be satisfied.

Maybe I’m not being fair, but I looked at the horses for sale online, not in person, and most looked very thin and underfed. That was my impression and that’s why we have “reviews.” I’m sure I’m not the only person that ever noticed this.
