First visit and Ozzie got treated to a haircut done exactly as we requested. Beyond that, the animals are cared for the entire time by loving and knowledgeable staff of two. The holiday bandana and "old spice" powder applied with thoughtfulness was a professional touch and cherry on top of a job well done.
