Fairly good location, never really that busy. I have noticed that their inventory isn't reliable in the fact that if you see something, you are better off grabbing it then because it may not come back if it sells out.

Found all the decorations and supplies for a graduation party for 12 people. They had lots of supplies in the local school colors. The store was clean and the staff were helpful!!! The food was bought at a different store but the candles were found at dollar tree. They didn't have very many number 1's, That's expected as the year is 2021. We bought the package with the Happy Birthday insert. We saved those for someone's bday. Overall, very pleased with the store and love that I can find plenty for b-days and holidays.

Worst customer service ever and it’s not just 1 person it’s everyone every time I come to the check out line I am never greated I have to great them…today the lady was done scanning my items and she said did u do it yet… she was talking about paying for my items I said well I didn’t know you were done checking me out so aren’t you supposed to say ur total is…. To let that person know I’m srry but I hate going into that store they need better training this comment is for dollar tree in Versailles

I've yet to deal with an unhelpful, or unkind employee! They are helpful, kind, sincere, & always great service! Being a smaller store once they're out of something there's not usually a reorder & those specialty items go quick. If you want it when you see it in store, better grab it then! My son & I enjoy going in! Very personable & helpful staff! Manager there is ☆☆☆☆☆!

2 stars because the place was clean. However; checking out (5/24/23 @ 720pm ish) my son was tapping on the counter, like a normal 9yo waiting at the end for his toy, and she told him he was being annoying. Like what? Very disrespectful. I also over heard talking negatively about other employees with another seemly cold worker. If this companies turnover rate is high and its sales are low, this worker is for the reason. Keep your negative comments to yourself!

This is the best dollar tree around this area. Since it is new the store is very clean. I like that the aisles seem much more roomy than most strip mall Dollar Tree's. My kids love to shop with me here. The selection of gift wrap and cards, toys, pet supplies, cleaning supplies, beauty, grocery and cooking is vast. I will drive out of my way to go to this location over others in the area. Nice employee's.

Absolutely discussed, I go through the isles and there is a worker "stocking shelves" just standing there on her phone, even when I came down the Isle. Then I got to the register and the cashier didn't look at me or say a word, I said "hi" she didn't say a word. I figured she didn't hear me, so I spoke louder, still nothing. I spoke almost to a holler after that, nothing... So I said " you know what, if your gonna be that rude to customers and not acknowledge them at all you can keep all this stuff, I don't want any of it." She finally looks up and says "I didn't hear you." Its funny how she didn't hear me at all, until I said I don't want anything due to her customer service skills. I have worked in retail for too long to be completely ignored and disrespected like that. I am NO Karen by any means but come on, the lady was blatantly ignoring. ( It's a VERY small town and I am not from here)

Most items are now a mix of prices. $1.25 - $5. Still lower than other stores and I'm very happy they are still in business!

They didn't have any vegetable broth, but other than that, they were pretty good. They bring a unique store feel to our tiny 'town'.

Dollar Tree in Versailles is always very good. The staff are helpful and very nice. I have never had a bad experience.
