Please read the reviews before you do business with these people. If I had the ability to click ZERO STARS I would.This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a “mechanic” shop. I dropped my bike off September 2023 and after FIVE months of no communication, finally was told my bike was done and I went to pick it up. When I went to go pick up my bike it had no oil in the engine. The “mechanic” took it back in to “fix the issue.” I noticed there was a handful of bolts that were loose. And he “fixed” those too. What should have been a quick pick up turned into me waiting two more hours to take my bike home. When I got home I spotted more issues. The level of work, or lack there of, was HORRENDOUS and as you can see by the photos attached no professional skill was taken in this job. For example: They broke a bolt off inside the engine, used part of a SCOTCH BRITE PAD IN PLACE OF A GASKET and they PUT A SOCKET in the air box hose to make it longer. I spent $2,900 to have my engine rebuilt, bottom and top end, and just walked away with a lighter pocket and more work to do. This place is a run by crooks and deserves to be shut down.

PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS HERE! They sell cheap stuff that they say is new, at "bargains", I bought atvs for my kids and within days, we noticed everything going to hell with them, the entire wheel came off the back of my sons while he was riding it, luckily he wasnt hurt, it'd barely start or run when we got home, and the headlights only worked if he pressed the brakes. My daughters atv, the castle nut came off because there was no cottor pin, and the whole front end collapsed while she was riding it, and it threw her off, then proceeded to flip over on top of her, while she was pinned, the exhaust burned her leg and gas poured on her, after closer inspection it was found that not only was there no cottor pin in the front castle nuts, the others had really thin cheap pins that had started to bend due to nuts backing out against them, luckily she wasnt hurt to badly after a trip to the ER, then my other daughters fourwheeler, while she was riding down the road, 3 of the 4 nuts came off the wheel and sent it to the side of the road where she proceeded to hit a mailbox head on that had a 6x6 post and was concreted into the ground 4 feet deep, it threw her forward and she hit the mailbox, she hit it so hard the mailbox post with the concrete came out of the ground, and she herself hit the mailbox while flying through the air hard enough to knock it off the post. Upon closer inspection, there were SEVERAL wheel lugs loose, which is weird because they had out better tires on it as part of our deal, it bent the front brush guard into the fourwheeler so badly that we had to cut it off, cuz we couldnt bend it back far enough to get to the bolts. She also had to go to the ER, she was wearing a helmet thank god, but hurt her arm pretty badly, and her knee pretty badly. Now this was all within a week of us purchasing these...so I called the place to inform them that I wanted to fix this situation, I had spent a lot of money, and had 3 atvs that were broke within a week, and 3 kids who were terrified to get on them again....it took me nearly 2 weeks to get ahold of the store manager, they sent me between every person before I finally got to talk to him, they were all rude, and said he'd call me, but he never did, I guess he got tired of me calling and answered after 2 weeks and was very rude, saying he had heard about what happened, I told him I wanted to fix the situation, because my kids got hurt, and were terrified to ride them again, he said he didnt care, it wasnt his problem cuz I didnt get a warranty, and after saying "THEYRE KIDS, DO YOU HAVE KIDS, I CAN IMAGINE YOU'D BE UPSET TOO", he said he didnt have kids, and that he wouldnt refund my money, or pay to fix them, or give me different 4 wheelers and kept asking me what I expected him to do, even going so far as to say that "how do I know the kids didnt break them, or you didnt damage them to try to get one over on me on purpose?" I told him seriously, my kids got hurt, why would I intentionally hurt my own children, and he again asked how he expected me to have him rectify the situation cuz he wasnt going to refund, fix them for free, or do new fourwheelers, and then he said randomly out of the blue, "and if you say anything about a lawyer, then this conversation is over and I can promise you, that you will get NOTHING!" I said, I guess I'll have to get a lawyer, and he said good luck and hung up...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, if you think I'm lying, look at their other negative reviews, read them, they're all very comparable to eachother, that cant be coincidental, I know they have a decent rating, and who knows they may have been a good shop at one time, but they are horrible now, for yours, your children, and whoevers safety that will be riding equipment from Shop Dogs, stay away from them...even if its free, stay away from them, no matter the deal...STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I promise, youll be better off and thank me later!UPDATE- with shop dogs reply, we have replied back to them on my sons review of their company above, Diesel Wayland, please read!!!

Just stay away from this place, save yourselves the time and money, and most of all dont take the gamble of whether they will do right or wrong by you, I cant believe people even take their stuff to them after reading the negative reviews! Cuz yeah they have good reviews, but you should be weary of them, they sound like paid reviews or family or friends reviews, especially since they dont even reply to those! But not only that, the 5 star reviews that are posted always seem so perfect, whereas the 1 star reviews are always very bad against them. The 1 star which would probably be less, and the explanation with the 1 star are in deep detail...Like why take the chance? Plus how many places do you know with either a good percentage of 5 star and 1 star reviews only? They are either mostly 5 star, then dropping to less 4 stars, then maybe some 3 stars, then very, very few 2 or 1 stars on their google profile. Opposite goes for 1 star places. But somehow this place defies every place in existence on google maps and has a lot of 5 star and 1 star reviews, but very few 4, 3, or 2 star reviews, that alone should make anyone with a understanding of how google reviews works very weary of this place. But then whats hilarious is they reply to the 1 star with some bull and try to make themselves as the victim every time, EVERY, SINGLE, TIME, every time they find some how that it was the customers fault and they are the victim but will try to make it right, but I highly doubt they ever intended to make it right in the first place, if only you truly understood what this shop has done to these people who posted 1 star, you would definitely stay away! Its sad really! They ignored me for months during and after my fiasco with them, wouldnt answer my calls, wouldnt call me back, if they did answer they wouldnt call me back after they said they would get me an update, or they would say Ill have to have so and so call you back with what happened with your bike, cuz we do want to make it right, but they never did. I ended up mentioning getting a lawyer once, very kindly even, cuz I felt like it was my last and only option and whoah, the guy blew up on me over the phone, his whole demeanor changed, he said "well then our conversations are over then, I thought you were better than that, we have insurance and lawyers for people just like you, so you better know what youre doing, cuz I can promise you, you aint gonna get a damn thing from us!" And then hung up on me. They were so bad to me almost a year ago that I went through the trouble just to make my first review ever cuz I believed for so long they would make it right right but they never did. They had my bike for nearly 6 months and when I just figured nothing was gonna change, I went and got it back, it was missing parts, the paint was scratched, I thought the battery was dead when i got it off the trailer at home, but they had removed the battery and didnt put it back, it was missing little things here and there like they were using it for a parts bike for other customers bikes. They didnt know who I was or ANYTHING about what was wrong with my bike or why I had even brought it in in the first place, I was at a loss for words, just completely shocked, I have never been treated or had customer service so bad in my life from anywhere. Like I said, terrible enough for me to make my first post! I called them recently to see if there was anything we could do to make things ok for both of us without lawyers, because I didnt want to do a court battle in the first place, and he laughed and said nope, our business is done between us and hung up. I warn as many people as I can about Shop Dogs, I go out of my way to warn people, even if they dont need work done, ill tell them if or when you do, stay away from Shop Dogs. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them, because theirs a possibility they could die from a bike or atv falling apart while riding it. And i believe the every person who said their stuff was missing parts, cuz mine was. Go elsewhere, trust me!

What a great shop!I was in need of a tire mounted on my FJR1300 and was referred to this shop by one of the "big shops" because they were too busy. I am glad they did because I had an amazing experience and found a shop that I intend to use for all future service. They were able to accommodate me short notice and I was back out riding faster than I expected.Staff was friendly and focused on customer service and customer experience. They performed the work professionally and at a surprisingly reasonable cost. I have nothing but the highest regard for their abilities, dedication, and professionalism.If you are in need of service, consider this shop. The shop may not be as pretty as the "big guys" but they have earned my business moving forward.Thank you Shop Dogs, you guys rock!

Awesome place to do businessWith great service and employees 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻Well let me elaborate a bit more a week later I was doing some maintenance on 4 wheeler so could smell antifreeze & cvt belt was slipping . When I removed clutch cover there was noRubber gasket under coverAnd a lot of hose clamps were missing on air intake …Long story short I looked in a storage compartment that was full of parts cover gasket , hose clamps , screws , bolts ,Ect that never was put back on 4 wheeler . Was almost 2 quarts low on antifreeze…In market place listingSaid new air filter …..Hardly new , maybe year plus old … really makes you question all the other work that was listed in add …Rear bakes didn’t work !!Guess that’s on me I never checked the rear brakes ….Do to the 4 wheeler coming from a shop I really lowered my trust …Live and learn .

Don’t waste your money. Dropped off my UTV. Brought the parts to replace the Primary and Secondary clutch. They said I had to do a full walkthrough of the UTV and I said sure. Suggested a tune up and cv boots replacement, sure, sounds great. Two months later (this is not their fault, one of their tecs was in an accident) I received my utv. Could not even get it off the trailer. Wouldn’t start. I started going through it. Lots of little things were done lazily and just plain sloppy. They ripped the top off the battery and pulled the wiring off the gas. Neither is that big of deal but what else was done under standards that resulted in the CDI being blown now and a couple small mechanical issues. I take the UTV back they say they will fix it for a fee. Maybe bad luck. Who knows. Several months later I go to pick it up. Get it home. Realize the 4wd no longer works. Call and they say it worked and must be a blown fuse because it’s been sitting outside. Starting to go through the vehicle and realize they didn’t put an air filter and it’s just sucking up whatever into the carburetor. I call and ask if they ordered a filter since I’ve been charged an arm and a leg to this point and they tell me they are looking at it. After reviewing the notes they say I said no to a filter. All nonsense. I’ll figure out what’s going on with the 4wd myself. Absolutely disappointed in this shop. I won’t be ever taking anything their way.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!! I paid the $218 to have my bike diagnosed they said it would be $1900 to fix it. So I told them I can't afford it ill pick it up tomorrow. As I'm strapping it down in my truck someone comes out and says they're is no fluids in it. I could pop start my bike and ride it before I dropped it off. But once they figured out I wasn't paying to have the bike fixed they literally threw it back together no fluids no gaskets nothing now I can't even pop start it and ride it.Ya I understand it was messed up but when I picked it up it had more problems the Kickstart wouldn't even go down anymore so I couldn't even prove it'd turn over you guys are a joke and when u found out I wasn't going to pay u to fix it you didn't care to put it back together right. The technician even told me not to even try start it because she didn't put it together right

Can't say enough about Shop Dogs. Recommended by a buddy sent my bike their way. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I talked with Paul about mounting a side car for me. We're still searching along with his help. They did very thorough diagnostic work every step of the way and kept me informed along the way. She runs better than Harley got her to run. They also stayed within my budget which was great. No add ons or surprises. I highly recommend Sop Dogs and look forward to seeing these guys down the road for my side car.😎🤟ride safe everyone 🙏

We had an issue with someone that told us they were a representative of shop dogs. It turned out that they were not connected with the company. The owner of shop dogs called and straitened out the misinformation were given and rectified the issue to our satisfaction. He was extremely nice and caring and now that we know that this business is so close to our house we will probably use him in the future

I was recommended this shop by a coworker who personally knows the shop manager. I took my CBR600RR here to have fork seals replaced and both tires switched. Upon arrival, staff were all professional, friendly, and communicated well. I was quoted a price that was very reasonable, compared to other shops, and was charged exactly what I was quoted when my motorcycle was all fixed. The quality of work seemed very professional and I left with the feeling that this shop cares about their clients and wants to ensure client satisfaction. I will plan to take my beloved CBR here again in the future for my regular maintenance and repairs.

They make the impossible happen. They took on an incredible challenge that no one else would... what an amazing place filled with amazing people. Everyone there was part of a project that took a little over a year to complete. My son got his dream because they never gave up. I can't express in words how thankful I am for them. I bought a used 2013 Victory motorcycle from them. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent and they really focused on quality customer service. Even when my bike had a few issues, they did every thing in their power to make it right even when they didn’t need to. Took my 2006 Ninja ZX-6R here to get fork seals replaced. Andrew was very helpful on getting me and estimate and time frame. Took a few days 3-4 to get parts but the bike was done the day after parts were in. I got my bike back perfect, work was well done and clean. And the best part is, it was a fraction of what other mechanics might charge. I insist you go here then other places, because it will save you headache and costs.

If you are looking for honest, trustworthy service for your bikes this is definitely the place. Richard is the man and was more then happy to help me out with getting my bike back on the trails. I highly recommend this place over the larger shops because at shop dogs, they actually cared about my bike and what I wanted done. Professional service and communication, at a fair price. Kept it for months let the battery die in the shop asked them to wire wench up thought I was charged for it but wasn’t.All in all it doesn’t even seem like they worked on it. Very hard to start. Dies when at idle , dies at low rev, even when you get the motor warmed up. battery was dead after I put it in the garage and went to use it a second time.Update starter no longer works, brakes they said they’d fixed are inoperable please don’t waste your time with this company.

Seriously the best service department out there. They will immediately order parts, which may be 3-5 days out, but as opposed to surdyke in chesterfield or fenton power sports, who won’t order parts until they look at it (3-4 months after you drop it off). Yes it’s a small shop and it might take a month to get your bike or your side by side back, but they definitely kept me informed of progress of my bike. If I could give 6 stars I 100% would. They also have a very impressive selection of China one specials, which I’m considering getting a couple of them for the kids and myself for a backup. The 300cc China one looks exactly like a Polaris side by side just shrunk down. 10/10 would recommend. Kenny is who helped me on the phone with service on my bike, Max is who serviced my bike, and allegedly, they have a “boat god” there named Andrew, and he also works on diesel trucks on the side. Small shop, but big potential.

There were several potential issues and they were able to quickly identify the problem, provide a repair and get me back into use. The guys who worked on my car did a fantastic job. The place was clean. Everyone was very respectful. I asked them to do a window job bc my car got broken into and they even went so far as to vacuum out all the broken glass which was really nice of them. They also gave me great tips and pointers on how to avoid future car break ins. Their labor costs are very decent and affordable. And they really seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on, which can be kind of hit or miss with some mechanics out there. If you really want to get the right people who know what they're doing, and you want it at an unbeatable price, then I would go with these guys. They also offer cool masks for sale at $5 a pop. Ask the receptionist! 👍

Noooooooo wayyyyyyyy!!!!!I was looking for a motorcycle, thanks but no thanks, not worth the risk!!!!!!! It looked like a brokedown car dealership that you'd be lucky if the car made it back to your house, I'll take my chances elsewhere lol good luck to anyone else buying from there though, to risky for my blood
