Dudley loves the days he gets to come play with his friends at No Leash Needed. He whines in the car if we have to wait too long at the light to turn onto Elam! He lets everyone know he has arrived and that he is ready to go. When he is picked up, he insists on visiting Tom in the office and doing a thorough sniff search. If the facility is closed on one of his scheduled days, he definitely lets me know he is not happy about it! He is a much more happy boy when he comes to play!

My dogs have gone here for 9 plus years for day camp and boarding. They love it. Staff is attentive and commicates on any observations or issues. They limit the number of dogs so that they are properly supervised and separate them according to size and activity level.

This was Murphy’s first day/evaluation. The environment was nice and clean. The employees seemed happy and seemed like they enjoy animals. I appreciated their one on one attention at drop off and pick up. My dog came home exhausted which was perfect. I really appreciate when they keep in contact with me through text. It’s efficient and easy when I’m busy at work. Also their hours are perfect for dropping off before work and picking up after work. Thanks for a great experience!

My black lab mix, Bruce, loves Day Camp. We’ve been going about twice week for five years. Many of the staff know Bruce by name and he is happy to see them. I’ve boarded Bruce there several times and he’s comeback exhausted and happy every time.

I left my baby ( Skittles ) with the staff there for a week. She did great and had fun with the staff and the other dogs. Eat play sleep and start all over again. Would recommend No Leash Needed-West.

Glad to bring our pups here when we're out of town or for a day camp on days I have to be in the office, so they aren't stuck in their kennels all day. The report cards and live cams are the best!

No Leash Needed- West took extraordinary care of our boy, Bentley! Leaving him was really hard not knowing how he would adapt but he ended up having the time of his life! The attendants took such good care of him. Bentley and I plan to make our weekly visit with his new fur friends and wonderful staff. Thank you for being the best! <3

Our pups Waylon and Bitz thoroughly enjoyed their first day. This is the place to take your pups if you love them as much as we do.

Highly recommend! Our dog, Solo, has been going to day camp regularly since he was three months old. He is a high energy sheltie, who requires a lot of daily exercise. Although we walk him daily and go on hikes during the weekend - he is restless at home during weekdays. So, we take him to camp at No Leash Needed and comes home utterly exhausted. It is clear that he is really well taken care of, and that the staff genuinely look out for him. I highly recommend this location!

No Leash Valley Park was our second daycare / training program. We spend 4700.00 on training program in Chesterfield and had zero results outside sit and paw. Loki is now a different dog after working with Micheal for a couple weeks. We now ski and trail run off lead. We can have our front door wide open and he will hold his “place position”. I now feel like I can trust his behaviour and there’s no value I can place on that. He will be 2 in May and has become an ideal family dog thanks to all the care and training at No Leash Valley Park.

We took our dog Bentley in on a Saturday. Libby was amazing, friendly, explained everything! Great Customer Service. The facility was super clean and didn’t smell like dog urine like the last place Bentley went to. Looking forward to Bentley spending more time at your facility… Thank You

They cared for our pups as much as we do. Highly recommended. Bitz and Waylon were exhausted from all the play time.

The best place that we take our girl, Ally, to. They know her by name and she is excited every time we walk in the door!!

We took our Aussie Doodle here when he was about 6 months old. He was already a pretty smart dog so we were excited to get him some formal training. When we first went in the training sounded great, they will work with him during the day, give us updates and tips on how to continue training at home. We decided to go for it. They said to drop him off and pick him up by a certain time. We did that, when we picked him up it seemed like the people working were not trainers, they didn’t have any answers to our questions. We didn’t get any updates. We kept asking about updates and they just kept saying, you should be getting them. The week went on, our dog seemed fine but no real changes. By the end of the week, we finally talked to someone who figured out the updates, then we got ALL of them for the whole week at the same time. They were very generic, as in; [insert dog’s name] had a great day, he made new friends and learned leash walking…stuff like that. Followed by a generic video on how to work with him further. I can understand the generic videos because it would be impossible to do videos for everyone but it would have been nice to know that going in. You can tell people; we have a training video set that we share with you so you can continue to work on things with your pet. I expected more hands-on, personalized training but that is not what we got. In the end we spent almost $1000 and got a weeks’ worth of dog sitting out of it. Our dog now barks at everything, he never barked before. He learned nothing new, he already knew the basic commands of sit, lay, shake etc. Unfortunately, this was a BIG waste of money for our family and I cannot recommend this service.

My dog was so excited to go back to No Leash Needed. We took a little break. He loves the day camp where he gets to play with other dogs.

Maverick and Rebel, true to their names, are a handful. My furry babes are so pumped to go to No Leash Needed, and I can't move fast enough once they pick up on where they're going. Picking up tired dogs after a long day of work is priceless.

We have been coming to No Leash Needed for almost 10yrs and have been happy with how they’ve treated both of our dogs. Our current pup, goes weekly for daycamp as well as boarding. The socialization is great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff. They are professional, helpful and courteous. The facility is clean, odor free and welcoming. Their puppy preschool has been a positive experience and helped the entire family with training and living with a very high-energy pup.Highly recommend!!

Lina was great with our 5 month old puppy Cookie Dough. Previously we would have to put her in her kennel anytime we had guests over or when would sit down to eat a meal as she had way too much energy. Now she will stay in one place for us and understands how to greet people when they come over. Lina helped us be able to communicate effectively with Cookie Dough so she understands what we are asking her to do!

You could have done much better. It looks like my initial review was removed. Do better. These boys are good ones, your quick evaluation was unfair for these oldies. As you have mentioned many times, you offer other services. Great. My boys need play time, not more expensive 1 on 1 time with a, “trainer”.

This was our first time to board our dogs for a week while on vacation, and the experience was great. We got a lot of check-in's and other communication and were able to easily coordinate the timing of their baths when we returned to avoid having them "re-gross" themselves before we picked them up. Our dogs love No Leash Needed, and the staff is always super friendly to us and our dogs. Simply put, I'm a fan!

Absolutely fantastic trainers. When my alarm goes off every morning my dog runs straight to the door waiting to go to school. He comes home happy and tired. Thanks to their hands on approach we are learning together. The entire team at NLN West is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone from perfect pups to dogs with major problems. The staff can handle it all.

I was very disappointed by my dogs' first stay here. There was a problem finding the correct reservation when I dropped them off, and they were supposed to be in full time day camp with other dogs. This after I had even called to confirm a few days in advance. Found out after the stay they put them in individual play time when they redid the reservation even though I thought I was pretty clear what I wanted. I prepaid and was charged, but couldn't even figure out what I was being charged for, as I was quoted 3 different prices from the time I made the reservation from the time I called a few days in advance. Even so, the manager said they were never tested prior for day camp (which is in additional charge), so they wouldn't have been able to do it anyway. When I made the reservation a couple months ago in person, I was told they could come the first day before 10am and get tested and when I told them that, they then told me I didn't drop them off by 10. I have proof that I did. They didn't receive their bones I had sent with them the whole week they were there. Brand new, no chew marks. In response to the bones, the Manager told me my dogs were given bones they have laying around there instead of the bones I sent. I find that highly unsanitary as a sickness was clearly present in the facility at that time, and unsafe for dogs to be given anything other than what the owner sends. One of our dogs had diarrhea while there and we were not informed about it, but found out later from the manager that this symptom "was going around" and confirmed our dog did have it during the stay. To my surprise when I called the last day to confirm their pickup, the gal told me she didn't see anything on their reservation for a bath that day even though I told them I wanted it when I dropped them off and was charged for it when I prepaid. Every person I seemed to ask questions to about pricing, pick up/drop off times, procedures, etc... I received a different answer. While I know human error is inevitable there were too many mistakes to not call this place disorganized. The manager did apologize and gave me a credit for the difference of the individual play time my dogs received vs. the fulltime daycare they were supposed to have, but only after I asked for it. Her apology was to give me a free day of daycare for my dogs to get tested for it. Also, this place does not have cameras yet for the daycare, which would have been nice especially since I would have known my dogs weren't getting it. Unfortunately, I will not be making another reservation at this place.

I’ve been taking my beagle puppy to daycare and she just finished preschool. She loves it! Daycare has helped with her socialization. Since preschool, I can now leash walk her, she listens to commands and is a better behaved dog. Everyone who works there is friendly and excited to see her. Lobby is always clean and no smells. Would recommend!

I love the team at No Leash Needed! They’re always willing to help squeeze my dogs in when I have a last minute event come up or have to leave to go out of town at the last minute. I have used them for boarding, training and daycamp. My dogs love going to daycamp… Each and everyone of the team members are always happy to see not only me, but my dogs… They have great contests , too.. fun and creative!!

We were nervous taking our dog in for boarding the first time, he had never been away from home yet and was not very well socialized. The staff was amazing, not only did they take the time to get him acclimated and socialized slowly they loved him like we did! Our best assurance was when we took him back after his testing day he was happy to go. Very glad to have found them here. Thank you for being so awesome!!
