Very good! I was suspicious at first since alot of petting zoos are unethical, however it was very good! The owner was nice and offered free parakeet/budgie sticks. The enclosures were as clean as animal enclosures could be at a small location, no piles of poop excluding the budgie enclosure, but those poop all the time.so the small stains where fine. The staff were nice, the enclosures looked fine, and I was happy hearing at least some if not most animals are rescues! It's a bit far from us, but definitely would come back! I was also happy about the treats, seeing all the animals had some sort of healthy diet. However it was difficult to feed the monkeys since you had to throw it past 2 fences, it would be nice if they had a tube like how they had the lemurs. speaking of the primates, I found it kinda funny they got froot loops and Cheerios! But those are obviously fine for them!

What a cute place. There are so many animals!!! They all seem people friendly; my boys had no issues with feedings. We easily spent a couple hours there and we are already excited for our next trip. The staff was friendly but I hope the animals are treated properly behind the scenes. I do wonder if a season pass is available instead of one-time visits?

We love going however this last time we noticed how dirty everything was. The fish tanks were filled with algae and were brown with dirty water. Kids had thrown Styrofoam cups into the goat den and the babies were eating it, staff wasn't concerned (2 young men driving the golf cart) the camel in another pen had gotten ahold of a green critter lane plastic cup and was chewing it, again the two young men were not concerned. The baby lemurs were able to wonder outside the cage, the 2 young men said it happens, when we mentioned they could get hurt or taken by predators they just shrugged and continued driving the cart. It was disheartening to see how sad the baby kangaroo and calf were, they both had eaten so much of the pellets you can purchase they had diarrhea, again staff not concerned. We have been there a total of three times in the past three years and this was by far the saddest and dirtiest I have ever seen it with staff not acting like they cared about the animals or even what animals they were taking care of (a lot of 'i don't know what kind of animal that is')

My family & I were around the area today (8/12/21) & we decided to stop in. It was so much fun! $7 per person over the age of 2 & $3.50 per cup of feed for the animals. The staff was so kind & helpful. The animals that you could feed were all so gentle & adorable. We will definitely be coming back!!

As a veterinary professional, some of the animals looked a bit rough or were struggling. There was one goat crumbled in a pile, pale and lethargic. Their longhorn had something going on with its tongue as it was swelling and he was drooling everywhere.I will say besides the few rough looking critters, most of them look great and were using their shade and water well. Nice place to spend the day and it seems the kids really enjoy it.The critters are used to human interactions and ate friendly

My great-grandchildren loved it! We held a baby kangaroo (joey), a snake, played with goats, and saw all kinds of critters. You can interact with most of the animals. Definitely worth spending an afternoon!

Critter lane is always fun. You can see and interact with many different types of animals. They have a new sloth encounter that my family attended. We paid for the private encounter ($150 for up to 6 people) and it was fantastic. Mabel is a baby two toed sloth. We had a great time.

Absolutely love this place! Lots of animals that you can feed. You can ride a camel and a pony, go on a cute little train ride, hold a snake, hold a ferret. There is a bounce house and playground. It is a fun place for all ages. We are looking forward to going back the next time we are in town.

One of my Granddaughters turn 6 and wanted to go to a petting zoo, so after Google searching her Mom found this one.All of the children enjoyed themselves! Many animals to see and feed, a nice walking area. We had one in a stroller. Picnic tables available. Plenty of free parking. Under 3 was free.

Always a wonderful opportunity for family. Animals are very well maintained and all the staff goes to great lengths to make each visit/encounter extraordinary (2hrs drive to visit and it's worth it)

It's kind of a small place but that's part of its charm. Things are reasonably priced, the staff was wonderful. It's a beautiful place to spend the day. I'd definitely check it out at least once.

The animals are not treated very well & the bouncy house is a dangerous liability! The bouncy house is very old and filthy. After my child and another child fell out of it (the sides where there is not supposed to be an opening) I walked around it and noticed multiple tears in the security netting!! I reported this to an employee who just made lame excuses instead of doing anything about it. Many of the animals have dull, patchy looking coats and some had dental issues most likely from a poor diet. I didn't see any clean water and the animals were fighting each other to get the kids to feed them the cheap pellet/balls you buy in the cup. The only thing this place has done right is the fencing. Considering that admission is $8 per person they should take better care of the children's equipment and animals!! Be warned!

Very neat place for people of all ages. The animals seemed well taken care of and there was a large variety to see. You can feed most of them. Food refills are only $1.50 a cup.
