I've shopped there for a while now, recently they remodeled the interior and parking lot. Parking lots better, but the stores aisles are narrower and more cramped making it sometimes almost impossible to get down the aisle. Add the fact that Walmart also has personal shoppers running around with carts. Sometimes I get the feeling that I'm an annoyance for the personal shopper for being in the store. There's also a lot of daytime stocking, seems to me if you go to have all this going on in a store with narrower aisles I have night crew making sure things were perfect every morning.I spent most of my life in retail, so I think my opinion is valid.

Great place to shop. So I'm pregnant and sometimes walking and bending is a lot of strain on my body so I have to use one of them electric kart things. Well my significant other always goes with me and he pushes around a regular kart as well as we get a lot when we shop. Well today while in line I realized I left my card out in the car so my significant other went to get it for me. While he was getting it, it became our turn in line to check out so I grabbed his kart with one hand and used my other to move the electric kart up. As I was putting all of our groceries onto the checkout belt the lady at the register noticed I had two karts and I guess she didn't see my significant other with me before he went out because she asked me if I would like some help getting my groceries out to my vehicle. And I told her nah I got it. And she insisted that I let her get someone to help me. I then informed her my significant other would be right back. She then understood. But I gotta say I really appreciate her effort in getting me to let her get someone to help me. There needs to be more people like this in the world. More people that offer a helping hand when it seems someone is struggling. She absolutely made my day.

It's been just fine but I'm sure just like others the prices are killing me and shelves have been a bit low .but people as in workers are mostly awesome,

They lock up their fitting room like fort knox. They treat customers like theives and it takes forever just to clothes shop. They dont even keep an employee with a key near them. You have to tell multiple employees to call them multiple times. Just for a fitting room!

I was confronted by a woman who said her name was "Izzy" on 1-10-24 as I exited the store. She said that I had stolen printer ink and was hiding it in my coat pocket. I told her that I came in with it to make sure I got the right kind, but they didn't have what I needed. She kept asking where I hid the box and called me a liar even though I had the cartridge in a plastic bag to keep from making a mess. She threatened to call the police and have me arrested before I even made it to my car. She was incredibly disrespectful and clearly had no idea of what was happening before calling me a thief in front of everyone by the front door. Picture of ink cartridge included.

The only reason I shop here is bc I don't have other options typically. The customer service is usually awful and if you dare to ask an employee any questions to do with store related items, very rarely do I personally feel like a valued customer. The feeling of being an annoyance is more accurate. Gotta love the multiple warnings at the end of the evening that the store closes at 11. The attention shoppers alerts usually start at 10- 10:15 p.m. letting you know every ten to fifteen min to get your items and get up to the counter so you can get out by 11. Walmart in general has been awful for yrs but it seems like it has been steadily declining even worse ever since the pandemic . The store being open 24 hrs was one of the only decent things it had going for it. I'm being incredibly generous with a two star rating.

I'm a truck driver. I went in here to get essentials and food. I was greeted delightfully as I walked in but then I was followed in the store and at self checkout they watched me like I was a thief. Thanks for making me feel awkward.

Worst Walmart I've ever been too. They treat and talk to you as if you were a thief. Will never go back to union Walmart. By far the worst Walmart I've been too in this country. CLOSE IT DOWN

I love this Walmart. Although they get very busy the workers will generally be considerate of you being around as they shop for others for their online orders. It's very close to my home and near and dear to my heart as I've been going to this same Walmart all my life. They rearrange the store often, but in ways to try and better us customers. Recently upon coming here they have it more organized than it ever has been in my opinion. I love their clearance areas and generally love their choice of layout for the store it's very home-like, for a Wal-Mart that is. I've also never once a problem returning merchandise upon having my receipt readily available. I've also used Pharmacy a few times within this store and they are always very helpful and friendly upon getting you, your medications. I also love doing the Walmart Pick-Up and delivery. This Wal-Mart is by far one of the best Wal-marts around. 👌

You had a review in here I didn't see it anywhere but I was in there two Sundays ago with my little dots I've been taking her for years service dog and I was busy to check out and it's called hollered at me set up the service Decker and she said her name was Lisa she said I could not be in there it was barking another dog was up at the counter and she made me get out of there and I told her the service dog so I never came in there and nobody's called me or anything and we spent about $4,000 a month she is losing a lot of customers she should be stocking shelves

I feel that Walmart leaves much to be desired in both inventory. They don't seem to want the walk in customer as much as they want curb side or hime delivery.I also resent the use of self check out.I personally will not do the work that they hire and pay their cashiers to do.I have yet to meet a self check out machine out spending its pay check and helping to support our community. It also pays no taxes like a paid cashier.Self check needs to be removed & our cashiers brought back to work.Wake up WALMART.

I've never stolen from here or anywhere else yet I get followed around everything I'm in there.i spend over $500 a week in that place and they still continue to follow me around the store like I'm robbin the place. In all reality they are robbin me in more ways than one.

This store really agrovates me they act like your a criminal if you need to return anything without a receipt even if it is in there policy to do so. I tried to return a battery and didn't have my receipt and the battery acid on top rubbed off the bar code and they would not return it and in fact the manager let a cart collector do mist of the talking acting as If I was doing something shady so there I was 5 Walmart employees VS. Me so I just left. Hate this Walmart tbh just absolutely hate this one! I'd go to Washington if I could every time!

Had to go over to union Missouri to get a certain potato chip they used to carry in Washington super center in Missouri Washingto Ask them about getting them back because they used to carry them they said they didn't know what happened they said corporate office pulled them I said are you crazy one store would not carry them and the rest carry them they're called pop chips barbecued flavor get him in all your walmarts thank you

This is the only Walmart that I generally go to I don't care for the other 2 that is within the area, but after this trip I will most definitely pay a higher price at another store than to come back here an be treated with the disrespect.
