I have issues every time I go there. I am currently looking for a new pharmacy. They have filled scripts incorrectly, they seem to not have items in stock for days, tell me it's on the truck, truck comes and still no script. Went to pick up 3 peoples prescriptions that were ready but they only gave me two said third was there and rushed me away. When I call pharmacy there are days where they just don't answer the phone. I know because there are 3 callers in the que for over an hour.

Well. Maps said it was open till 10 p.m. Walgreens is a drug store. Guess I pickup script. Get there. Store open. Pharmacy closed. Just drove 10 miles for nothing. Why didn't it state pharmacy closes earlier when I started maps. It informed me that store was closing at 10 p.m. Said nothing about pharmacy. Until I got there and dug deeper.

Always a wait in the pharmacy, even when they aren't busy and there are lots of staff - drive thru hasn't been cleaned for atleast 8 months.

If only I could rate 0 stars. Pharmac**t couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful. Doesn’t want to do their job. Gave me the most snarky attitude I guess because the lady has to do her job.

Tried to get prescript and was told and texted it was backordered. Call the next day and they say no record of it and insurance not up to date. They had my card when I made the order. Go in today and they are closed.

Employees are super friendly. Pharmacy gets orders filled fairly quickly and are always very kind. The store itself has a good selection of items as well :)

Called ahead to see if they had my child's medicine in stock. They said they did so I had the prescription transferred. When I arrived to pick it up they told me they were "going to grab it". Only to find out they refused to fill it because they hadn't processed insurance correctly. I got insurance corrected, but was ultimately told they could only do a partial fill and I should "go run other errands" while I waited for a text. Incredibly unprofessional pharmacy.

Only four stars ,because they are slow and pharmacist is over work. It has been like this for a long time. Union is growing and Walgreens is to cheap to hire more or build a bigger store. I feel sorry for the weekend staff always under staff and working long hours. Update. Things have gotten much better the last few months and they have treated me very well and really cared/help me multiple times. Can't say how much it means to have their help when having health problems. They have made phone calls to and for me to make sure I have the best care. Please be nice and friendly to the staff they deserve it as they work hard for us

My doctor sent in a refill on 1/26. On Feb. 1, I called and the automated call said I had no prescription ready. After going though the automated service multiple times, I finally reached a human. They had overlooked my prescription. I was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. Unfortunately, this was the night the winter storm hit so I rationed my remaining pills until roads were safe. My husband went to pick up my pills- 3 days later. They had never been filled. They said I must have talked to "call center." These are my needed meds. This is not ok. I get being short staffed but this is a problem.

Worst pharmacy ever. My husband has to switch from sinks to Walgreens and the difference between the two is incredible. He has spent two months trying to get Walgreens to get his scripts right. Now he will be changing to another pharmacy due to it's ineptness .

First off, I got sick and in order for me to return to work I have to get a negative covid test. I had a terrible time trying to set up an appointment. I was first told a two hour wait. The 2-24 hour wait and then on the phone, the computer said a 2-72 hour wait. I am still unable to attend to work due to me not getting my results. I have only had this job for a month and now I look like a terrible employee due to them simply not giving me my results. I called them yesterday they said they would email them to me. I did not get them over night. I called this morning they said that there was an issue and they said they would resend it to me. I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THEM. Now I’m using up the little pto time I have and I’m sure I have more points. I’m not sure if I’ll even have a job anymore. I was a great employee and now due to them simply not giving me my results I’m looking lazy. I have missed three days of work, this looks terrible. I highly suggest not going to them for covid tests if you need them done quickly for work. I hope my work understands that I’m not being lazy. I’m going to have to drive there and make a fuss in person like a Karen because they will not take me seriously.

I ordered a canvas print online for same day pick up. I showed up a few minutes after the estimated pick up time and it wasn’t quite ready yet which was not a big deal at all. Walgreens was SLAMMED and appeared to be short of staff just like the rest of our crazy world so I completely understood. I had ordered a pizza up the street and went and picked that up while my picture was finishing up. I came back a few mins later and it was finished AND the young gentleman behind the counter felt so bad that he insisted on giving it to me at no charge. What an absolute sweetheart.

I went to get my medication’s. I gave the young lady my insurance card and she came back and said it was gonna be $180. I said that’s what my insurance and she said yes and that she even called the insurance company so I went home instead of paying it and called the insurance company myself and it was supposed to be free so then when I called Walgreens back, they said oh we made a mistake we put in the wrong number. How could they do that if they called the insurance company I wonder how many other people they have charged over $100 for something that was

I live within 3 minutes of this store, and yet I would rather drive the 10-15 to Washington. It's not very clean, some of the staff can be extremely rude, and they are almost always out of everything. Prescriptions can take hours to fill which so will your wait in the line inside since they close the drive thru extremely early.

Y’all need to tell your cashier Jessica (the one with the pink hair and glasses) to stop being so rude and condescending to customers. She huffed and puffed at customers the entire time that I waited in line and then commented on my appearance by saying “you have a makeup line right here” I don’t know who raised her but certainly they didn’t teach her that if she doesn’t have anything nice to say she shouldn’t say it all. I’m so aggravated I’m writing this from y’all’s parking lot because who does she think she is. The woman looks like a rejected muppet and she’s commenting on my appearance? Embarrassing especially since I am 18 years old and she’s at minimum 30.

Every time I get a prescription here there is an issue. Normally, I just blow it off, but after reading the reviews of others...I'm done. My advice to those who still get scripts here...make sure you count your pills, because this is the 3rd time I have been shorted. I was on hold for 45 minutes...and workers make you feel like you're an inconvenience.

Please re-advise going here for perscriptions my parents have waited weeks and some days literally before theyre even ready. When they needed medicine that day. They said itll be 45 minutes... Seriously! Also closing both lanes to the drive thru shouldnt be allowed during bussiness hours especially for handicaps. Someone isnt doing there job or they need to hire help something but this location isnt worth it. Its insanity not ok. Especially dealing with peoples perscriptions!!! Why would Walgreens do this.

The pharmacy that was on duty Sept. 8 2017 at 4:30 pm. Is very rude and disrespectful and does not know how to talk to people. She needs to go back to school and learn how to not to lie to customer's!!! Pharmacy are there to help you!! Not give you the run around and lie!!!! Never will ever use Walgreen's for anything!!! Very disappointed in the pharmacy at Union,mo!!!! She needs to be fired!!! And went to another pharmacy and was treated with respect and they filled my prescription!!!

DIRTY DIRTY NASTY STORE!! Literally every isle had trash all the way down the isle, the restroom the worst I’ve ever seen in any Walgreens, the Pharmacy needs help as well. They fail to call about a script, I had a vital script a week late and when I asked about it ( after 3 phone calls I have the dates and time when I called They always stated that it was in process ) this store needs a surprise inspection from the regional manager

The pharmacy techs treat people without insurance like scum... The whole pharmacy team try to play God by deciding if and when they will fill scripts. Refuse to call insurance companies like they are suppose to to see what insulin is covered and in turn almost makes a patient go without life saving insulin.

Drive up pharmacy takes forever. Waited an hour to hear the script was not ready, just 10 mins longer they said. Waited for another hour before having to leave empty handed. They next day it wasn't even ready and had to wait again. Never going to this store for prescriptions.

Had a rx put in overnight, showed up at 3pm the next day and it wasn't ready. They only started to work on it because we showed up for it. Said it was going to be 35-40 minutes. I asked the pharmacist why it wasn't ready even though it was sent overnight and it's now 3, she was snotty and off-putting. Won't be using them again.

They were ridiculously busy when I went in for a flu shot (make an appointment!) but the staff at the pharmacy just kept pushing through the long line of customers. If it's like this everyday for them, they are doing amazing.

The pharmacist Dylan on duty today was VERY rude and unprofessional!! I called to have my son's inhaler transferred from Walmart due to a Goodrx coupon cheaper at Walgreens and when I got there to pick it up I guess I asked for wrong one to be filled so he persisted to talk to technician right in front of me saying "well that's the one she said to fill" when I specified I had no insurance so he should have known to fill cheapest one. Very unprofessional and poor customer service!!!

COVID testing in the drive thru is causing major delays. Something needs to change to accommodate the people who are only picking up prescriptions. A 40+ minute wait is not sustainable.

Today was the 3rd time I have been cheated on my medications. The pharmacist is totally unreasonable and will not listen to anything I had to say. Although my insurance pays for 30 days, I will now be out of medications in 12 days. I DO NOT LIKE BEING TALKED TO LIKE AN IDIOT. I have been taking Toujou for 3 year's and I know what I'm talking about. I plan to notify my ins. company as well as the regulating organization. I WON'T BE BACK TO WALGREENS.

The pharmacy has no idea that they filled scripts or that the online system already gave us the alert. They can never find the scripts and always have a person that can't operate thier computer system working check out. What a joke.

Gina, in pharmacy went above and beyond for me. She left me voicemails with the updates when I was unable to respond due to being at work. She worked out a situation for me with a smile and I couldn't appreciate that more. Working in the medical field I understand how stressful it can get, but Gina is a natural! Thank you again!

This pharmacy is complete and total garbage. I can’t even begin to explain how much of my time they have wasted, I would definitely not recommend going here.
