I was told by another vet,my cat had cancer. No one wanted to trim her claws without sedating her.After her first visit here,they had no problem trimming them without sedating her. I also found she had kidney disease and no cancer. She is on a special diet now and would be in better shape if I only knew that a year or two ago. They really seem to care more about her and whats best for her health.

I started taking my puppy to this vet when I got her. And I took her in for each visit for shots and just this week a spay. I’ve truly never seen my animals so excited to go to the vet, she loves the techs and the doctors. I cannot thank them enough for how well they treat my German shepherd! They truly are the best! Being from Florida and visiting family here in Villa Ridge, our dog (Maple) needed to have a large growth removed from inside her mouth. We brought her here and they examined her, updated her vaccinations, and scheduled surgery for the follow week. Today she is like a young pup! Whereas before the surgery her tongue was hanging to the right side, now she is back to normal. Dr. Erin Moore took such good care of her from the initial visit to the final examination. I would highly recommend the clinic!

I started taking my doggos here about a month and a half ago. I have four pups. These guys at the office are extremely nice. My vet does a thorough examination and explains thing’s extremely well. She asks questions to get to know my girls and to treat them in the best way. I would recommend them to anyone I know!!

We have been taking our dog Howie there since he was 9. He turned 16 and complication had set in liver and kidney damage. They gave us ultimatums on what we could do but our sweet Howie was suffering he stopped eating couldn’t let him suffer any longer. On the day we took him I wanted to bring some chocolate with me knowing what was going to happen and it was special. The vet went out of the room and came back with a mini chocolate bar of course Howie didn’t want it but it was very sweet and peaceful . Miss him even tho we had him cremated they had his paw print taken and a blue bow in a blue bag with his ashes and name . If we ever have another buddy like Howie for sure he/she will be taken there . Thank you guys for everything you did ☺️

Today was my first experience with Union Veterinary Associates and I was incredibly impressed with everything from the receptionist's courtesy over the phone to the friendly, compassionate staff, very clean medical facility, and affordable pricing.After calling our primary vet and numerous other veterinary offices.. I finally came across their number and am so appreciative that we were able to be squeezed into their busy day... thank goodness.I definitely am planning to bring my other kitties to see them and will absolutely recommend Union Veterinary Associates to anyone in need of great veterinary care.

A week ago I took one of my two cats here for the first time and it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to come here. I found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the business was spotless as well as services were affordable which is important to myself and others I'm sure. I plan on bringing my other cat here when needed and any other pets I may have in the future.

Update. After 8 months of going the vet hundreds of dollars. 3 misdiagnosed visits to find out my dog's glands needed expressed. To the point one ruptures. The vet tried to say my dog had behavioral issues and would give her anything for pain. The vet refused to see my dog when I took her in thereto shoe how my dog was a acting. When I called the vet after another vet figured out what was wrong. The lady hung up on me. Their very rude unprofessional obviously not very knowledgeable. I am taking the clinic to court bc the money I spent on all the visits and prescriptions. They misdiagnosed my dog 3 times. They didn't offer me anything but a sorry this has happened when I sat everyday for 8 months and cried bc my dog was on pain and I couldn't do anything for her. I stayed up many endless nights trying to get her comfortable. Jas been a stressful and traumatizing experience to the point j almost put her down bc the hurt I had in my heart for her. So glad I didn't. The vet has no sympathy. Doesn't even care they caused me so much stress. The wouldn't give me any of my money back. The receptionist is was rude everything I visited the clinic I would want my dog died before I took it back to this place and if you care about your animals you'll find a different route to take it to cuz they don't know what they're doing there.I took my dog because she is in pain. What I believe is in her hips they prescribe me medicine which didn't work two weeks later I went back they prescribed me a new medication which also didn't work I spent over $300 there I take my dog there again this past week they tell me that they think that my dog is having behavioral issues still refuse to do anything for her pain since Friday my dog has laid on her rug trembling whining she won't eat she won't go outside she won't do nothing but lay on the road and tremble if it was a behavioral issue it wouldn't go on for three straight days my dog is uncomfortable I think that needs to go back to school I took my dog there so she could see exactly what my dog is doing today and has been doing since Friday in the vet refused to see the dog I will never ever bring my business back to that place and if you care about your animals you shouldn't take them there either because they don't care

Vet Lee gelded my colt and floated my mares teeth. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He was careful with my horses and took very good care of them, and because of that my horses stayed calm. He's a very good vet and I will be using him in the future!Thank you

Anytime I feel cheated by the vet clinics where I currently live I always call up Union Vet Associates for a confirmation that I’m right and I always am! This is the second time UVA has saved one of my dogs lives because previous clinics were lazy and didn’t do their job.I HIGHLY recommend this business if you really care about your animals. 10/10!Thank you Union Veterinary Associates for all of your hard work and always caring. <3

Just started taking out animals here after our Australian Shepherd had problems with one of her legs. They got her in right away and were very knowledgeable about the condition (essentially a torn ACL) and explained everything in detail, showing us a model of a knee and where the injury was and several different options with their recommendations. Ultimately they didn't recommend surgery as a first step because of her age bit they laid out a clear plan of attack to get her back in good health, surgery being the last option. They even sat on the floor and babied her through whole time so it's clear they love animals. Will definitely be coming back.
