Nothing like a store that labels all Carhart clothing on sale and then argues with the customer that it's not on sale. Stuff marked on sale all over the place. I get to the register and suddenly nothing is on sale. Manager tells me only 3 items are on sale on a huge rack with a huge 40% off sign. Only 3 of the 100 sweatshirts are on sale. TSC has lost me for life. The manager with prison tats was a rude jerk and the dude at the counter didn't know anything. This place is a joke.

These people are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are always reasonable and I can bring dogs here for training. I love it.

The door to the store wasn't even shut behind me before this guy Charles started waving at me and asking what I needed. He helped me pick out $1,000 worth of panels in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I was checked out and on the road with the purchase. This guy is amazing don't know what you are paying him but he is worth double.

The reason I gave it a 3 and not lower is because overall I like this store. That being said , their propane female employee is horrendous. Accused me of storing my tank on its side even though it hasn't been and then wouldn't fill it. She is a negative employee. I will get my propane elsewhere.

Purchased a wood stove there b/c it was one of the best deals, and initially transaction was going good. Was processing for over a week, and in the meantime I found a really nice used one I bought elsewhere, but after purchase found out no one would install or insure b/c it didn't have a UL code. In the meantime I cancelled the order with Tractor Supply before shipping, then it still shipped and arrived at store. So I decided to go with the new one after all so I could get a professional install and insurance coverage. I called and the lady I spoke with was sooooo rude, I explained the situation and asked if they still had the stove, and she says "well I don't know if we have it b/c you haven't given me your name yet" in this really belligerent tone. I eventually spoke to the manager RE the price, and they wanted over $100 more from what I originally paid; I wasn't asking for any concessions, just the same bottom dollar price after tax, but the best they would do was giving me a price about $50 more. I'm beyond irritated that they were already making money on the initial deal, but still wanted more vs having some mercy for an inexperienced first time stove buyer.

I went there to exchange a propane tank on my motorcycle, challenging in itself as my truck was broke down. Nobody was at the registers. I knew not to go further into store with tank and finally saw an old lady in back of store. I lifted it to let her know what I wanted and she rudely told me to get it outside. I didn't know where they refilled them and went back in and younger gal told me inside gate on side of building. When I got to the gate oldy let me in and I asked if I could go in side doors to do more shopping, she said yes and before I got five steps that direction she hollered",Can't fill your tank."when I asked why she stated it was expired. I can understand that tanks expire but I looked into it and it wasn't way past date, only a year. If anything since I had gone through my own difficulties getting it there she could have told me she would fill it this time but to get it exchanged or recertification before next visit. It was obvious she didn't want to be troubled by such a hard task and didn't care about me never coming back for anything as I will not be. Unless it's the day that her boss tells her to walk her crotchety self out and go find someplace else to work, better yet retire altogether and stay in your house since your such a mean person. You should not interact with customers for any purpose. No wonder parking lot is always empty.

The employees are kind and greet you as you walk in the door. The cashier even helped me dig through the clearance doggie items. I appreciate that level of customer service. I usually go to the TSC in my town but the employees aren't friendly and never greet you or ask if you need help.

Made the 50 mile round trip yesterday morning for nothing. Went there to purchase a zero turn bad boy,their website said they had two availablefor pickup today. They lied,I purchased one elsewhere today.Same price and better service.

Just came here for the first time and I'm really pleased! I stopped going to the other feedstores because they carry rabbits at Easter and this store does not. All the food my outdoor birds need and a great selection of cat food so I can take care of everyone in one stop!

I was disappointed in the service, we ordered. A chicken hut last year and the service was Awesome they helped answer any questions we had and they helped load it, and helped us by telling us how to finish putting it together when we got home and where all the extra parts where and everything. But this year nothing like last year. Pretty much the opposite. We had to load it and find all the extra parts and had to try to figure how to finish it with no instructions, not even paper instructions. When picking it up, no one really even noticed we where there. We stood at the front cashier for three minutes before he even truned around to talk to us. Even though he looked over his shoulder and saw us standing there, and didn't even say anything. Until a another person showed up to check out, even then he didn't say anything to my wife and I until after he checked the other person out first. And even then his tone of his voice and his body language was like we were bothering him. After we told him we where there for the chicken hut he just points over to it and so say there it is and then turns around and looks at the wall area behind him. He didn't make any attempt to call for anyone to help for anything. The ONLY reason I gave it three stars was because of one young man. After my wife and I loaded the chicken hut we needed a couple pf items. This young man bent over backwards to help us out from cutting chain to getting feeders for our birds, anything and everything we needed. If I had not gone back in to get these other items and meet this person, I probably would never of came back..

I find the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The store has a wide variety of items - while competitive price-wise, not the best pricing, but worth the extra $$ for the service alone. Also a good place to find hard to source items -

I ordered on line. I couldn't find my frist choice for a coat as a gift. When I went to pick up my order in the store.i found on the rack the coat I was wanting the women who helped me exchanged the coat I ordered and exchange it for the one I found there. No problems

I shop this store weekly. I buy chicken supplies, dog supplies and equine supplies as well as bird seed. They always have everything in stock.Friendly staff always asking if I needhelp with anything.

Tractor supply has an excellent selection of things needs for the farm and home. They also have a good website that I was able look up what I needed, was able to find that it was in stock at the store, and with the help of two very helpful employees I was in and out in no time at all with all the supplies I went in for. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I purchased 5 of what was labeled Golden Comet pullets on 4-23-21. However after a month it started to become clear they were not Golden Comets. I think what I have are Rhode Island Reds. The breed I never wanted again. They must have also been straight run. I am now certain I ended up with 3 ROOSTERS.

I went to the Union, Mo. store to get a Tarter Equine Pro Feeder With Hay Saver (Horse Bale Feeder). The website said that they had them ,but they may be a different color. So I drove there and they told me that they cannot get the Tarter but they have the Country Line. But the Country Line is cheaper made, does not have the hay saver with it and is the same price of the one that is made better. So I ask if they can even get them and they told me no. What is the point of having this on your website that says I could pick it up that day. When the one you have is a completely different brand. That is B.S. and false advertising.

I very rarely buy anything at Tractor supply because the items I go there for have to be on sale to afford, and then even if their computer says it's in stock the employees can't find it. I would recommend they tear it down and start all over.

Helpful, courteous staff, decent selection of livestock feed and supplies, more expensive than the local Co-op, but they have things the co-op doesn't. Definitely my go to place for livestock medical supplies.

My favorite place to shop. Dog food, clothes, plumbing, electrical, garden, automotive, wood stoves, gun safes, hunting, fishing, horses, farm animals, tractors supplies, etc. U name it they have it and so much more. The people are knowledgeable and very nice!

The chicken feed was soooooo inexpensive! I got what I needed and got out in under 15 minutes. It was so great. I would highly suggest this place if you need farming supplies.

Went to Tractor Supply today looking for American made work gloves. While not the only store without any made in the USA gloves it was especially disappointing that a chain founded on helping American Farmers did not have a single glove made by American workers. At some point American consumers will decide that stores that don't sell items made in America don't get money earned by people that live and work in the United States of America.
