I have had a wonderful experience shopping at Union Aldi. The self checkout is a big plus, and super easy. The store is bright and clean. The staff is friendly, and any time I have been there, I have never noticed anyone waiting for a checker, if they are uncomfortable with self checkout. Food prices are great. Still waiting for my winking owl wine though.

It is a great place to get good deals on food with lots of premium choices. I want to thank them for the gift cards that they give to the needy. Great staff as well

Went to the front to check out and there wasn’t a worker. Waited a few minutes and did self check out. Something didn’t ring up correctly so Alexis came over to tell us it didn’t ring up right. We said this is why we don’t like these but there wasn’t an employee there to check us out. Alexis rudely said I can’t be everywhere. Then Alexis walked away and said if you don’t like it shop somewhere else. We absolutely will shop elsewhere and with an employee like that others will start to also.

I took my first trip to Aldi's Union. I was there to pick up a pizza. My first impression of the store was there was an aisle that was half empty. Then I went to pay for my pizza and there were 0 employees on the floor. The only way to pay for my pizza was the self check out, which did not take cash (which is the way I wanted to pay for my pizza). I was forced to use my bank account which is NOT the way I wanted to pay for my pizza. I found this practice to be unacceptable. For this reason I will not be returning to Aldi. I recommend no one go to this store unless you are expecting 0 customer service. As a side note, this store was not any cheaper than buying the same thing from Schnucks. So 0 customer service and not a value. These were my impressions and I feel Aldi needs to step up there service or risk going bye bye as more people see their way of 0 customer service.

We Absolutely Love to Shop at our New Local Aldi!The store is spacious and bright.The produce section has a wonderful variety and everything is always fresh.The Cheese section is very diverse. We love the white cheddar cranberry cheese that can be found here.The meat has always been fresh and looks great.The store is kept clean.The customer service is great too! Everyone is friendly and willing to help.Prices are great!I really like the parking lot. It has a large crosswalk that makes navigation with my children easier.I highly recommend this establishment.

I was really hyped in the beginning when they opened a store close to my house but so far the produce that I had heard was great has been disappointing.

Nice new location. Typical Aldi: some name brand items, but Aldi's store brand is typically as good or better at a much lower price (e.g. 12oz Rice Chex at Schnucks is $4.79 but Aldi brand "rice square cereal" is $2.79 for a slightly larger box).Self checkout is a big plus. The shelf for scanned items is way bigger than you think it is, so you can scan a whole cart load if the staffed checkout is backed up.

Came in for our regular trip on Friday evening for grocery shopping. They seemed like they were out of a few vegetables more than normal. Store was clean. Did self checkout so no real interaction with anyone.

I mean the one in Washington beat hands down. Pretty much in any and every way you can think of. Ultimately, I mean it is still an Aldi. But, if you're into that sort of store it's the nicest one I've ever seen.
