If I have one more visit where the white haired woman at the door harasses me I’m going to file a formal complaint for harassment, she saw the receipt in my hand and still kept saying I need to check everything, I told her no and she kept on and on until I lost it and said a few choice words! She saw receipt leave it at that and no more heckling to the point a customer gets so frustrated to the point of losing their temper! This is the third time this employee has done this to me, I believe she enjoys upsetting people!

Drive Up is HORRIFIC!!! Really it does not matter if you have a time slot, just prepare to spend at least 1 hr waiting esp if busy then longer. If your parked, the same person may walk by literally 10 times and not once ask, are you checked in. Ooops guess what app supposedly did not check you in despite it stating your in a parking spot and the online customer service person showing you in a parking spot, does not matter - store does not have you listed. I really am not sure why it takes so long, other grocery stores in area - drive up you get your stuff in 5 min or less. And they will check on you if your there like more than 5 min. Isn't the point of drive up - to save time? I don't order it cause I have an hr to wait, I work over 12 hrs a day.... maybe I am just tired but it's happened almost each time I use the service.... so yes I have given up. I use other stores instead.By the way, half the time - if the app says it's in stock usually it's not... like chocolate milk, how do you run out of chocolate milk?

Came in to grab some bandages, but the shelves were pretty much empty, and the selection was tiny, I was kinda surprised. Other than that, we found everything else just fine, checked ourselves out of course, one item rang up $4 more than the tagged price, so didn't buy that. The associate that helped was fine but not much of a personality and could have used a little deodorant. But we'll be back, because there's not many choices in town.

Hard to find what I want- so busy trying to be the 'one-stop-shop' that they no longer carry clothes that fit (I need long lengths for women). There are NEVER enough cashiers, nor enough attendants for the automated self-scan, which is glitchy, double-scans, and often have restrictions on if the machine accepts and gives change. Just a super frustrating experience and I avoid Walmart like the plague, only going there as an absolute last resort.

Customer service in this place absolutely non existent. Treat and talk to you like your an inconvenience. The lady at the Customer service desk might be the rudest person I've ever met at a public establishment. Don't know why she shows up if she going to treat customers the way she did me. Going to do my best to stay clear of this place that's for sure.

Don't shop here, especially don't work here. Rude all over the board. The higher ups don't care about anything but paychecks and covering thier back. They change your hours on you mid day to keep you later cause they dont have enough workers since they quit or get fired. But keep thier favorites and let them them do whatever they want. And if you expect customer service to be nice good luck. This place is joke. Save yourself and take the trip to Wentzville.

It's not enough that they watch us do their job at self-check. But I'm not going to stand in line so a smart-mouthed associate can go through my bagged purchases.If you need someone to argue with, Sheila will argue as long as you're willing. Sarcastic, argumentative, and rude. Wentzville is a much better Walmart anyway and not that far to drive.

I really like this Walmart location, and drive out of my way, and another 10 minutes farther than my local Walmart. It stocks food products I can not get at my local store. It also stocks other items that I need, not stocked at my local store. I shop at this location once per month, and stock up.

Absolut worst customer service . I bought a new coffee pot and opined it win i got home and found out it was used. tuck it back to store and after talking to many people the manage finale agreed that i could not return itfor the reason the serial numbers did not match. I told them that i paid for it this way and they said i could not get my money back even with my receipt's implied that i took it or put a different pot in there. Out $80.00 and they took the pot!

If you have a car DO NOT get delivery service from here. I have been having to use it for 1 year now and there are times were they never show up, leave food at the wrong address, and even had an experience where the delivery driver and their partner had to wait outside for 45 minutes to get a code from the store so they could leave. I had to call customer service to help them get their code. Why can't we get a decent store like Wentzville with everything we need and decent workers??? Something needs to be done.

If I could give anything less than a single star, I would. Unless you are a glutton for punishment, I would avoid shopping here. Where to begin?Aside from the abundance of online orders being filled with no regard for in store shoppers ....most of the employees are too busy with talking to be bothered with any questions. They are rude and often unhelpful.If you are male or white, the long-haired old lady so-called greeter will treat you like a common thug. Ask to see your receipt without any reason. I highly recommend management revise your policies on discrimination....never have I ever felt so discriminated against or stereotyped as I do every time this particular lady checkpoints the door. FYI, I refuse to stop or give her my receipts she has no right to see them without probable cause. We pay every time without fail, and I check my items faster than this stores lazy checkers anyway. Fix your issues before you bother to create more. Sorry I do have one positive thing to add....there was a older gentleman that use to be a door greeter....he was always friendly and never rude or accused us or anyone of anything. He was a perfect example of a model employee...friendly, helpful, available.

Man, Walmart sure is a love, hate relationship! Ordered something online because it was the last one at 6:00a.m. Went to Walmart around 12:00p.m. I was told my item wasn't ready yet!?!Decided just to come back the next day, walked up to the pickup computer screen, entered my info, waited a half hour for someone to come out, took 15 more minutes because they brought the wrong items out, TWICE, on their third attempt, they finally brought me my one item I ordered.Hummmmm, hindsight, should of just drove their that morning and bought it, would have saved myself a ton of headache!

Terrible customer service and yes, I understand the staffing issues everywhere. There are only a handful of helpful and kind employees here. Every time I go, there are more items incorrectly priced on the shelves. So, they ring up significantly higher at the register. A few cents here or there adds up, and today I had allergy medicine show a $6 difference. Funny thing is the employees are aware of the problem, and want to do more, but say that management is aware. So, it's a waiting game now. I had the same thing ring up incorrectly for 2 months straight and made employees aware, every single time I purchased the item. Now, they won't accept time stamped pictures to verify the price listed on the shelves, AND they are short staffed, so no one can go verify the price, while you wait at the register. Check your receipts folks and verify everything. They are nickel and diming you!

Zero stars because I couldn't give them my business. Just sat on hold for 10 minutes to find out when they could install tires. They picked up the phone several times, said nothing, then immediately put me back on hold. It's sad this is the standard of customer service these days and these quality of workers are the norm.

It doesn't have the greatest selection. It's not like Granite City, I'll, that one is by far the worse one. Troy, Mo Walmart just doesn't seem to carry the more up to date clothes and it's floor layout, kinda just sucks. People where cool, though. The bakery smelt good .

Very busy after work. Fresh produce was good quality, did not look banged up. Aisles were kept clean and had enough space to go around folks. Restocking folks were courteous not to block or disrupt too much. Self checkout was a breeze. Made use of the Walmart app to check out, that was too easy.

If I could give this store negative stars I would, my husband and I went to this location and were treated horribly by a manager on the Sunday morning shift named Tiffany she was incredibly rude and UNHELPFUL we ended up having to leave without our groceries. Very unhappy and if you ask me Tiffany should not be in a position of authority she has zero common sense.

Visited close to Superbowl time so it was super busy but I was able to get my things just fine. I normally shop here as it is closest to my home so I would say I know it well so... besides the rush of holidays and Superbowl it's a nice location to shop at and it stays pretty well stocked. Always has friendly associates in case you need help with anything you can't find. The location has plenty of fast food options nearby the store as well as a gas station literally right across the parking lot. So if you're passing through or a everyday shopper I would recommend stopping by.
