I used to love this pharmacy, it has gone down hill so much. I’m a very patient person to say the least but I get medication every 30 days. It’s been 34 and they are refusing to give it to me. When I called the pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever talked too, she said I refilled it on a date I clearly did not, I took a screenshot of the last yr of refills and wouldn’t let me talk just kept saying “no you can get tomorrow goodbye”. Even totally ignoring the question about why they switched my insurance when I didn’t and why it says ready to be picked up but they won’t give it to me. Just absolute chaos there. Even my doctor doesn’t understand what’s going on. 100% leaving this pharmacy after this and recommend not coming here. Not sure what happened but they are terrible and rude.Update: my husband called, my doctor sent in a different script and they said they still couldn’t do anything. She said she changed the insurance to e script which she did not have any permission to do. And she also told him she NEVER talked to me. I don’t know what this pharmacist is doing but it’s not her job and she shouldn’t have it. Im actually worried someone like this is in control of some people’s livelihood. Unbelievable. Please save your sanity and do not go here.

Nicole pharmacy tech, went above and beyond! She was so helpful to ensure I had the urgent meds I needed. I appreciate not only her helpful kindness but her concern for me as a person. I hope her management sees this and will acknowledge her amazing customer service skills.

NOTHING but issues with the pharmacy. i think i’ve had an issue every single time i’ve gone there, and unfortunately had to switch to there because my insurance stopped covering Kroger’s Pharmacy a year ago. they told me my two completely separate dr’s sent my completely separate scripts to Walgreens in New Jersey, that was the last straw. needless to say, i’ve switched to Mercy Pharmacy!

The pharmacy department is ridiculously slow. They are usually pretty quick to fill prescriptions, but there are usually at least a dozen vehicles in the drive-thru at any given time, so picking them up is sometimes not possible. It's very hard to carve out 45 minutes to an hour, minimum, after work to wait in line to pick up necessary medications. I would also love it if the cashiers weren't forced to ask everyone to sign up for their credit card, which has a 30% interest rate and which literally nobody wants.

One star because I can't give 0 star.Went to pick up a script last evening...was told it would be ready in another 35 min. said I would come back next day. Went through the drive thru to be told they didn't have it. Not the first time either! Worst pharmacy!!!!!

Is there a reason this pharmacy always takes 4 days to fill prescriptions? If my Dr calls in a script on a Friday morning, but I can't get it filled until Monday, I'm giving a big fat 1 Star.

This place seems to be almost purposely slow. I spent my entire lunch break waiting, and when it was finally my turn, I was told "It will be at least 30 minutes before your prescription is ready." I pull out and get to work literally less than 5 minutes later and I get an automated call that my prescription is ready for pickup. I am now back, same day, and this is the picture of the drive thru at 3:35pm. Last month I was inside, waited forever and then had to listen to 2 young females argue for 5 minutes about how they want to pronounce my medication...for everyone else to hear. Unprofessional and profoundly lacking in basic customer service. If there were any other choice in town, I would never go to this Walgreen's location. P.S. I have been sitting in this line for 16 minute and not one single car has moved forward.

The last two times I’ve been here I’ve been treated rudely by two different pharmacy techs who clearly only do the bare minimum. Today I waited in line for about 5 minutes (surprisingly) while the other workers fiddled around in the back and a line starting to form behind me. I got my prescription that I needed just fine, but knew I had an insurance issue ready to be processed and I asked the lady if she needed anything from me at that moment. She then proceeded to tell me she just canceled my order without asking me because “it was the same order” (it wasn’t). This was a new prescription order from the doctors office. I thought this was completely unacceptable to cancel my order without my authorization or even asking me. She did this before I mentioned anything and was cold and rude. I had to contact my doctors office once again to tell them Walgreens screwed up the prescription… I got more of an apology from the nurse than the pharmacy tech who canceled my order. No customer service skills whatsoever. Will be changing pharmacies after 10 years.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t care about customers at all. They are the slowest pharmacy. They made us sit in their ridiculous line THREE times bc they didn’t have the prescription ready. When I told them I wasn’t doing that again and I’d sit and wait there 10-15 mins to prepare EYE Drops….they threatened to call the cops. Go some where else. Theirs a reason they have a horrible reputation in Lincoln County.

Painfully slow. You end up stuck in line for an hour to do a simple pick up for something already ready. Once in line there is no lane for you to exit. You are stuck without any choice in the matter. Look, if you are going to run a business like this tell the people who have an order that isn't ready to pull around or go inside. This will be the last RX fill I pick up this way. The picture below is after 52 minutes of waiting.

NO STARS!! Got a text saying my medicine was ready for pick up when it wasn’t. Okay that was whatever but my car overheated and died at the window and I told the pharmacist that my car was dead and she rolled her eyes threw up the pharmacist off duty sign and walked away. Honestly she’s just a horrible person they should not have someone like that in charge of prescription medicine.

I have been using this pharmacy for 8 years. For the past several months I have had issues when checking the status of my prescription from the pharmacist,he is very rude and condidisending, he has no customer service skills at all. I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru then was told it wasn't ready after calling several days ago to request the refill and was told it would be ready Friday. I called the pharmacist and he told me it was on backorder for a week and not sure when it was coming in. This is medication that you can't just stop. He didn't care and said call your doctor. It was Friday night, doctors offices are closed. Why didn't they tell me the first time, I would of called my doctor.I called today (Monday) same pharmacist and he said I'm working on it and it should be ready after 12pm, thenslammed the phone down. I'm in shock!!! What did I do to make him so mad to hang up on me? I only asked about the status. I didn't want to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then be told it wasn't ready. This is the 3rd time this year I've had to deal with him and he's been rude every time.I have worked as a Healthcare manager for 30 years and even taught customer service. I've work with countless doctors and pharmacist, this is by far the worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with. He should be ashamed of himself. I understand he deals with a variety of attitudes, but that's his job.This will be the last time I use this pharmacy and will not recommend it to no one.I will be calling the corporate office on the pharmacist for being so rude and slamming the phone down in my ear.He has no idea what is going on with these customers health issues. Plus its none of his business.Walgreens needs to send him back through customer service training or get rid of him.

harder than it needs to be almost every time. wether it’s the system/computers, or the people working. Misunderstandings/mistakes are fine, but when it’s every single trip taking me 5 mins to shop, but 10-15 at registers, normally due to something that could’ve been easily resolved with simply letting a conversation take place.

Do not go to Walgreens. The 18 years I've been going here I've never NOT had a problem. It takes an entire week to refill prescriptions because the workers don't send the request threw to the doctor, even though they tell you they will. If you have life saving medication DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE !! PLEASE

No one works at this store. If they can’t find pharmacist to work, they simply close the pharmacy regardless of whether their hours state they are open or not. Fifth time I’ve had my doctor call in urgent meds I needed. I drive up within the hour and no one is working! I need my meds or I will be so sick by morning. I’ve had it. This is the last time this will happen to me. Im taking my business to Walmart Pharmacy. Those employees are held to a standard and they want to work in alignment with the hours. Covid has seemed to spoil Walgreens and made their employees cocky as if they call the shots on whenThey want to work. Well,I guarantee that attitude will drive you and Walgreens into nonexistence. Then you’ll scratch your head standing in the unemployment line wondering why? Goodbye Walgreens! Praying your closerPharmacy doors stay closed and never to open again.

Pharmacy NEVER has my sons medication in stock. I call in the prescription days early to ensure they will have it and he doesn't have to go without his medication. I'm constantly told I am trying to fill it too early because they want me to pick up his medication refill the day after he is completely out.Have tried to work with them several different ways to ensure they have it: calling in to make sure they have it ahead of time, calling in the prescription to be filled ahead of time, letting them know that this is going to be a regular occurrence every month, etc. It does not seem to matter they never have it ready when it needs to be ready. Instead of admitting that they've made mistakes they put the fault on the customer.Based on previous reviews this store does not seem to care or priorize correcting their poor service. I would suggest if you have other options, which if you are in Troy you have other options, use them.

Insanely slow pharmacy!! My prescriptions were supposed to be done last night, however they’re still not done by the next morning. I currently have the flu and need tamaflu, which is a time sensitive drug that needs taken in the first 48 hours. It is the middle of the flu season and I’m dumbfounded that they aren’t pumping out tamaflu like crazy. I’d rather drive to Wentzville or Ofallon to pick up my meds, the drive would be worth it over the wait.

The workers I’ve ran into have always seemed to be nice enough but there simply isn’t enough of them. It can take an hour to pick up a prescription in the drive through. Of course you can go inside, but it’s never any quicker. Once again, no complaints about the workers themselves, just at how outrageously long it takes to get anything done there.

Although the store is good, and the beauty associate is wonderful, the pharmacy at this location has been struggling to take care of customers. The app is another issue, but I recently refilled a prescription on the app, and called in another (spoke with a pharmacy tech)—yet neither were processed. If there is an issue, no call. This is the 4th time in a year that either my prescription was never filled, or the wait was over two hours, both scenarios are unacceptable when sick. I can no longer recommend this location, and will be choosing another pharmacy from now on.

Incompetent on processing my prescriptionsThe last several fills, they claim there is an issue with my insurance card. But then tell me they resolved it and charge me for my scripts. I was in again today for a fill of a different script. Same issue with insurance card as before. They cannot get it to go through. I asked how it worked last week and they said that they did not charge the insurance. So, you staff lied and said they did and never resolved the issue? Look to be. Well no refund for that and once again they said this time it was resolved but my card is wrong. I use this at 4 other pharmacies with 0 issue and confirmed card with insurance. The issue lies with Walgreens but they are too short staffed, and Incompetent to deal with it. For future, I will drive to the next town from now in rather than use Walgreens.

I waited in line thru the drive thru for over 45 minutes with 2 sick kids. Only to get to the window and they had issues with my card. They ran it 4 times. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. Ended up going to the ATM got cash walked inside stood in that line only to have to deal with the same lady. I really don't think they care about customers. I really wish Troy had another drive up pharmacy with kid of the same hours.Only for them not to mix the medicine had to call another Walgreens for help because they could not answer ther phone. . This location is horrible and needs to be look at by management.

When someone gets to the register and has a request that is going to take a very long time to fill or take care of instead of asking that person to step aside and have a seat while someone else takes care of the quick RX pick ups they make everyone in line wait 45-50 min. Very poor pharmacy management. Unlike the Walgreens I used before I moved to Troy.

I don’t think I have ever experienced a wait this long to pick up a prescription. Literally waited in line for over 30 minutes and Yvonne was very slow and has NO clue as to what she’s doing. Took her over 5 minutes to find a prescription that was sitting on the counter behind her. You guys should hire more competent people.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. This is not a new issue either. We have moved all but one of our scripts elsewhere. Management is fully responsible for this nonsense. I have no idea why they haven't fixed this. They clearly don't care. Do NOT get your prescription filled here. Walmart or even Kroger are faster. Sad.

The weekend pharmacist’s customer service skills are non-existent - or, more likely, he just doesn’t care about his customers. He is rude & dismissive. He should change careers. I love my local Walgreens & have never once had a bad experience there. We only stopped here because we were traveling & needed to get a prescription filled. Be warned - find another pharmacy (unless they get a new pharmacist).

Never had a good experience with this pharmacy in over 4 years. Maybe corporate should pay slightly more attention. If your understaffed stop taking new prescriptions. They've even lost prescriptions they had already filled, never in all my years have I seen anything like this. Consumers beware. Stay away.
