For the last 6 years my dog is seen by Dr Schwendemann and loves every minute of being there. All the employees at this establishment are very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog and myself highly recommend Troy Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Bruns has been taking care of my dogs for 13 years. She is always helpful, caring and has time to listen. The ladies at the front desk are always, helpful and friendly. I enjoy coming to this location, not only for the staff and Dr. Bruns but for the peace of mind that my dog will get the best care.

Dr Ryan has been our vet for six years. I cannot say enough about her considerate care of my dogs. She takes time to answer all my questions. And her office staff is amazing! Oh- and my two dogs love her as much as I do!! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate vet.

We love the care and attention everyone at the Troy Vet Clinic gives our dogs. Discussing care plans and answering my questions, Dr. Schwendemann is great. After a full dental and removal of a few teeth, our 11 yr old dog was back to acting like a pup the next day.

I’ve been taking my Parrot to Troy Veterinary since I moved here 7 years ago. I find the staff extremely knowledgeable, kind & ALWAYS with a smile to greet you. I’m so thrilled to have found them. My other bird would be so hostile when he came home from the vet we used before we moved here. When I’d take him to the vet in Troy, he was as calm & playful going & calm & playful when I brought him home. He recently passed. I acquired a Cockatiel now, & didn’t hesitate for one second, where I’d take him for his grooming. Thank you to EVERYONE at Troy Veterinary for your genuine concern for my feather babies.

Everyone was very professional, caring and respectful of my pet(who is 19 yo female feline). The vet. Spent full 20-25 minutes with my pet doing a thorough exam and administered an antibiotic injection. Excellent care, I will return, and encourage others to check it out.

We have been with Troy Vet Clinic for 6 1/2 years, with two German Shepherds! Dr. Schwendemann has always been amazing! 1 of shepherds did just pass away, but Dr. Schwedemann has ALWAYS taken her time and listened to us, even if it meant going in to do MUCH MORE than what was planned for that day! She is fantastic!! Staff is super nice and patient even though ours can be a pain at the vet! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Would highly recommend!!! ❤️

My dog had a bowel obstruction from eating a rubber pig. He was vomiting and had stopped eating and drinking. Troy Vet Clinic got him in immediately. Dr. Schwendemann at was able to get the blockage cleared without surgery. Everyone at TVC is always very helpful and understanding. Dr. Schwendemann is amazing. She is great at keeping me informed of the progress and next steps. Our dog is doing great and back to being himself. Thank you for helping him!

We LOVE everyone we've interacted with here. All the doctors are fantastic(we especially love Dr. Ryan.) They are so caring here! I also really appreciate that they explain how much things are going to cost. When my girl got fixed, they went over every option and what each thing would cost and what was recommended or not really necessary so there was no surprise or sticker shock. Could not recommend this place more! They are a very busy office but I have never felt like they were rushing through our visits, which is appreciated!

Wonderful service! My 14 year old pup fell down 14 steps. Call and no appointments were available. The Vet offered to fit my dog in between appointments once I dropped her off. They did X-Rays, laser treatment to reduce the inflammation, shots for pain and inflammation. My dog couldn't stand on her own. She is walking now and could stand and walk wobbly when I picked her up. She is on meds for inflammation and pain. She should be ok in a few. Very Thankful for the wonderful and speedy care!

I'm appreciate my pup's vet (Dr. Bruns) and the staff there. They take such great care of my pup, answer all my questions and they genuinely care. My dog means the world to me and she got sick after possibly licking a frog that was in the grass that I couldn't see.. I called them crying because she was not feeling well at all and I was so concerned. They squeezed me into an appointment and got her back to her normal self within days. They truly cared about her and even continously comforted me, until we knew she was ok.During 2020 when I couldn't go in with my pup, I was nervous. She's always with me and this one time.. She couldn't be. However, they were kind enough to not only care for her, but they came out twice to update me on how her annual appointment was going and even told me about the silly things she was doing(my dog is a goof). I am so thankful for them.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I was given today after calling about my dog needing to be cared for. My pup has 105° temp and not doing good at all, and he was turned away because of payment at what point is health and well being more important than the dollar bill.I would have been OK with a person to contact but instead I was told "I am not sure what to do, there is nothing we can do without any form of payment.
