Went here a week ago because I was in the market for a Coleman mini bike for trails and I had called the store and asked if they had one in stock and the lady said they did so I drove 30min to go and get it only to show up and see that the bike was missing the front wheel. So I go and talk to the manager (James) and he tells me instead of doing $599.99 (list price on there website) for the bike he’ll do $100 off because it was missing the front wheel so $499.99 for it. Frustrated and aggravated I pass on the deal because I’m not going to spend $500 on something that I can’t ride. Well a week later I decided to go and spend the $600 because it’ll have its front wheel back from the shop like “James” said so I call up there a 2nd time and ask if they still have the bike and they said yes and “James” ends up getting back on the phone and tries telling me that same bike from last week has went from $599.99 to $799.99 and I asked him how did it go up $200 when the same bike was $599.99 last week and he goes “I don’t know I don’t make the prices and pretty much tells me to pay the $799.99 or go screw myself and then I ask him was it on sale last week ? And he goes “no” that was just the price so I asked him will you honor the $599.99 because when I could’ve bought it for $599.99 it was missing the front wheel and shouldn’t have been labeled as “for sale” and he said he can’t honor the $599.99 but he’ll take $100 off so basically I’d still be spending $100 more for a bike that was advertised on the website and in store last week for $600. Shame on you James for not trying to help me when you were the one that told me the bike was $599.99 last week and then tried telling me it was $799.99 this week and Shame on tractor supply for trying to price gouge customers who work hard for there money. I’ll gladly take my business across the street to Bomgarrs….

I was looking for an xl dog crate. The last one in stock was up on top of the shelves. No problem, said the associate and grabbed the ladder to pull it down. She made my day, service with a smile and friendly attitude. I'll be back!

The cashier was the rudest person I've ever met. She was standing at the cash register staring at the floor.I waited patiently for a few minutes. Finally I said excuse me. She looked at me like I had no business being there and told me she was busy. She then said I would have to come back later. No explanation or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". I politely said thank you and left my cart. There are plenty of other stores where I can make my purchases. Personal service is the only reason to shop local brick and mortar. I can buy everything online and have it delivered to my door. And that's what I did. I'll never go back to this store again.

The staff was so helpful. I’ve been having problems finding food for my cat that recently had to have a change of diet and the staff there not only helped me find the food but also called a vet to help me make sure that I have the right food, I appreciated it so much!!!!!

Shady store, placed online order for almost $800 and gave to wrong person. Sounds like inside job or people not doing their job. Told I have to wait til Monday to talk to manager. Very unprofessional. Stay away from store especially for online orders.

I've had good and bad experiences here. Overall it's a great place to shop, the one bad situation i had was rectified quickly when speaking to a manager. If the blond is working watch out, she doesn't want to be there and she acts that way!

Helpful and friendly staff! We purchase our dog food and other items here frequently and we always have a good experience. The cashiers are top-notch and there was a guy in the dog food aisle {wish I caught his name} who informed me of the .01¢ 5lb bag of food trial. The sweet and knowledgeable cashier let me know of all Tractor Supply's policies. Thank you TSC crew!

For years, I've enjoyed shopping at the store. However, I cannot recommend the neighbors program or the protection plans because the website and Customer Service hotline are next to useless if you need to look up a receipt, even though they advertise it. In other words--in the digital age--keep your PAPER receipts from TS because even though they supposedly keep track of your purchases digitally, their tech is archaic. Unless the purchase was within 3 months you likely won't find it easily if you are a frequent shopper. If you want the advantage of a protection plan--shop somewhere else.

As a woman, I love getting what I need here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but they never talk down to you or make you feel stupid because you asked a question. There really are no stupid questions in this place, and they go out of their way to help you. Trust me, there have been times I’ve gone in to get something my husband wanted and had no idea where to look for it. Truly, a great place with customer service. Decent prices and selection. I get my canning & gardening supplies here. I enjoy the extensive book/magazine selection they have. Also, great quality on clothing, boots/shoes & thermal socks.

Good selection of animal feed's. They have a shot clinic on Sundays for your cats and dogs that is a great price for your needs.

I had a great time shopping this store. There were plenty of unique and specialty items. Large selection of pet and livestock supplies. Quality western and work wear, shoes, and boots. Many clearance items reasonably priced. This store would have earned a five star, but some areas were difficult to navigate.

Kendrick is amazing to work with. Him and James went way beyond to make things right when an item was missing from layaway. They ordered the item and had it to me within a couple days.

Love this place they have my dogs food here for a cheaper price than most. I found a nice winter coat and the best part it was on sale. I also have to recommend the boots they sell a decent selection of men and womens I bought a pair 4 years ago and still have them I love going in this place great livestock supplies good deals friendly employees and clean bathrooms.

Yesterday while mowing I lost one of the gas caps .The gas cap was for a 20 year old Husqvarna that was purchased there. I was praying that they had something in stock.The staff started looking in bins and at first the situation was looking dim.They came up with a Snapper gas cap that looked close.A mechanic took a look and said he thought it would workSo 3 people in their staff are trying to help me.I purchased the Snapper gas cap and we were all hoping it would do the job.I screwed the new cap into place and , Success!! It fit perfectly.It sounds like a little deal, but, it made my day.I got back on the mower and finished my job.In this day and age I sincerely appreciate the time and service the 3 people helping me.The main word is SERVICE!!Much appreciated for $16 gas capThank YouKen Daniels

I am a loyal customer of this store in Troy Mo. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I get all my animal supplies here. From their shots to their feed. If your a member of the neighborhood program you can make returns without your receipt too, a big compliment from them for your loyalty. The stores always clean and well stocked.

I just can’t say enough about the service I received from the store manager, Kendrick. I had been lookIng for a certain item that none of the stores around my area had in stock. Without going into the details I must say he went above and beyond to help me. So many times in our world today it seems as though there’s not the customer service like there used to be. It’s nice to know there are still those who strive to give it. Again a big thank you to Kendrick!!!

Whoever was working 5/27 at 11:30 the only cashier there was the rudest lady ever she was so mean to this older gentleman I’m front of me who was very nice we talked in the parking lot she needs to not work in retail if this is how she’s gonna act the gentleman said she was like that last time how she still works here is ver surprising you think customer service would come first

Complete and utter incompetence every single time I have to deal with the Troy location. Online says they have 40 of what I’m looking for I get into the store and they don’t have a clue even how to enter the SKU number into the computer to see that they have 40 high as the customer have to show them that they’re typing it in the wrong location then the manager tells me that they don’t have them but I can buy one product that’s damaged at a discount. An hour drive waste of time I definitely recommend finding someplace else to get your supplies!

I had a xmas eve emergency with a mini bike I purchased that wasn't running properly. Kary went above and beyond with customer service and was able to exchange it. The new bike runs great my kid will love.I rarely leave reviews but she really saved my kids xmas. Thanx kary!

Get my pet supplies there. My dog loves the bones with the bacon flavored strips in the middle. Only 4 stars because I think the price (recently went up $1.00) is a bit ridiculous.. 8 bones $18.00 YOWZA! The employees are always friendly!!

I couldn't believe how much merchandise was in the store. Anything you may need in your home and garden is there. Isles are clearly identified and items are in there proper places. You would thing one could run in and out in a few minutes but after I checked out everything I may need in the future it was over 30 minutes.

Usually I have a good experience, but if you're getting their compressed hay in the green plastic make sure you are checking it for mold before you feed it to your animals. Mold can kill your animals. I get a bale every week and this last one was moldy. I didn't take it back because once it is open it is to hard to return with it making a huge mess in your car. This is a warning to be checking g the hay

I wish my experience was a good one but unfortunately it wasn't, I had just used the last of my propane in a 100 gallon tank and took it straight to them to be filled, well I got it home and the valve is leaking out the top when it's opened, wasn't doing that before I took it to them to be filled, so I called them and was basically told that its not there problem, so now I have a full 100 gallon tank that I cant use. Thanks tractor supply hope you guys are staying warm also did you know that when they swipe your debit card that the money is taken out of the account straight away, but when you return that item they dont give you the money back for a week. Now how's that fair what jerks

First time shopping here must say I was pleasantly surprised a little pricey however good products friendly staff and so much to look at and very neat stuff I'm telling you so much to look at I felt like I missed a bunch so I went back again and again I really like the store I think everyone should check it out it's pretty neat there's something for everybody.

Gotta say when no one else in town has stuff this place always does. Has saved me many a trip into Wentzville. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they tend to be high on price.

I have now ordered two things from here one being a truck tool box the other was a lawn mower . Went to pick the items up and each time the items were damaged but still being sold at new price and all they would offer to do is take off 10% for damaged goods . The people working there could careless . Will not be going back for any reason and will be driving an extra 20 minutes to get my dog food from Rural king
