Great location on Cherry Street in Troy, Missouri. If you looking for home decor ideas, this is the place to go. Besides that, they have tools, garden, gloves, sunglasses, garden items and many other items to numerous to mention. The place was very clean and several employees to assist with any questions that you may have. Help support your local small businesses.

I love this shop. I try to go there whenever I'm in town. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a huge selection of seasonal decorations and the prices can't be beat. They know I'll be traveling so they always bubble wrap my treasures. Can't say enough good things about this place, it's worth your time, you won't be disappointed 🎊🎄🎃

Great place to pick up plants and baskets, very healthy and reasonable prices. Also have reasonably priced small concrete statuary and plenty of knickknacks in the store. Very pleasant and informed staff that greet everyone and offer assistance.

I can't say enough about this place. The owner is friendly and helpful. The merchandise is just plain fun and the price are amazing. This place has everything from painter's tape to quilts. I don't think anyone can beat their prices and they have some fun and unique items.One word of warning...If you see something you like...don't wait, it will not be there when you come back for it...Just buy it!

Super cute store! If you're in the market for a Joanna Gaines vibe without the HUGE pricetag, this is the place for you! Locally owned and operated by the sweetest couple this place has a little bit of everything, but my favorite is the home and garden decor.

I really like this store and items that they offer; however, I have found that their prices have increased substantially over the past year or so for same or similar items (decor, home improvement, garden etc.). Before their prices seemed reasonable, and you knew you could find deals. This is the Mercantile of Troy, not Target or Home Depot. Sadly, I hardly go there any longer whereas before it was about once a week.

This is a charming throwback country store that is family owned and operated by Marge and Gary. The husband and wife tandem make this place very inviting and are always attentive to your needs as a customer. Though you are a customer, you get more of a feeling of being with friends and family. The People that own and run the Mercantile are really sweet people.And the bargains are great! I just bought myself a new little stun gun there at a great low price for 4.9 million voltage you couldn't beat the price...But, I won't tell you because, They are having a big sale so you have to go in and see for yourself!!!

This was my 2nd trip to The Mercantile. I found the prices a bit overwhelming for the Troy area. I can surely stencil letters on a "small" board for less than $39.00 Nonetheless, I found the store to be very clean, organized, the aisles are clear and able to locate items easily. We were greeted with warm HELLO's from a helpful staff. So, many beautiful one of a kind pieces. They have a lot of items to look around, for that special gift or tool you're shopping for. I was a bit disappointed, they had no plants, annuals only a few wilted, not even marked down for quick sale for the TCL they deserved. The parking was great. The atmosphere appealing. If, you're looking for cement stones, carvings to remember loved ones, they still have many to chose. I will return for more collectables!!
