Wouldnt do a loan with my guitar because it wasnt 'aMeRiCaN mAdE' and they didnt recognize the brand. Wouldnt even consider my ukulele. Didnt bother looking anything up even though we all carry the internet in our pockets these days. Asked me 'you dont have any guns or gold do ya?' Seemed really unprofessional considering that most people who are pawning stuff are in a bind in some way.

Ive been using pawn bucks as my FFL intermediary for the last two years. They have been more than fair to me. They also have been able to help answer questions about the processes for other Class III things as well. That alone is reason enough for me to come back. Owner and all the workers have been good to me.

I checked their loan info regarding jewelry as collateral online before going into the store. Online stated they verify/authenticate the metal and carat of stones and base the values on resale price. I walked in and the girl told me they only do 25% of the scrap value. I understand this if I wanted to just sell the jewelry. This is shady and a total rip off and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Paid 100.00 deposit to put a hand gun on layaway. No contract or anything, after 30 days they canceled the layaway and refused to give any percent of the deposit back. There was nothing stated that we had to completely pay off the 500.00 within 30 days. We assumed it was a payment deadline. They were very rude and uppity, even after making money for nothing. Ol' Tops is the place to go any day, and there products aren't overpriced either.

False Advertising! Website claims they will pawn anything worth value. Not the case! When I walk in with a valuable computer that I already did not want to part with. Hollering from the back of the store "No, No No!" Before i could make it 5 steps into the store with the computer. Couldnt even give an explanation as to why. Rude and unprofessional!

I purchased the smith & wesson Ar-15 model optics ready sport 2 right after the 30 day return/repaired was up I noticed the bolt carrier key was frayed the first time I cleaned the firearm (put prolly 2-3 hundred rounds thru it).

$20 bucks for a guitar!?!? I just wanted $50.00 dollars at least... The guitar is going for sale right now on online from $150.00 down to lowest $124.95... No way I’m selling a guitar for $20.00 bucks... I think a fair deal would be at least $70.00 for me and you still make your money... $20.00 what a smack in the face... No, I could sell it a garage sale for $100.00...

Went in looking to sell some silver coins. They offered me 40% of current spot prices. Just tell me that you're not interested, don't spit in my face with that offer. I would have been happy with 75% of spot and you low balled me way too hard for me to consider you an honest business.Good luck tring to rippoff your other customers in the future.

Pawn Bucks is always closed. If you work weekdays, there is no way to go here. Only open from 10 till 5 weekdays and till 2pm on Saturdays. I keep trying to go in here but they are never open? All star pawn is better. Located at 61 and 70. I got a $200 midi keyboard for only $10 at ALL STAR PAWN. I also got a compound miter saw for $35. Dewalt brand. Also got a guitar and amp for $25!!!

Don't go there. Bought two boxes of 40 cal both boxes had different brands in themfrom what was on the box. Was in troy that's okay though you got me once you won't get me again.

Every time I call it ask if they are taking the item they will tell me yes and when I show up they change there mind. They are very rude over then phone and have no respect. If they can't take an item then they shouldn't be telling people I live 10 mins away not that far but still waste of gas and my time.
