I have purchased from Paladin 4 different times now. I always make sure they are going to be at my local reptile show before heading there! All 3 tarantulas have been great, and today I grabbed a new little tree frog! So excited to see him grow. Always great customer service, and always makes me feel prepared to take a new critter home.

We got our first ever tarantula from Paladin Exotics about three months ago. She just molted and looks amazing! We have just purchased three more tarantulas from them, and they are all healthy and beautiful. I had been interested in tarantulas for a long time, but even with a lot of research, I was nervous. I got started with some healthy and hearty species, and a great deal of encouragement and tips, and both my bf and I have become fairly confident keepers in a very short time. We really appreciate everything Paladin Exotics has done to help get us started. I really couldn't recommend them more!

Very kind in person and via email! I wanted to buy my son a tarantula when he turned six and Murray was very helpful a the the exotics show in helping us pick out our first spider. Over a year later I THOUGHT I needed a replacement and Paladin was very helpful on helping me find what I needed. Love to see them at every show. Very helpful and responsive to email. We are new to the tarantula world and they arr very patient.

Absolutely hands down would not recommend Paladin. I inquired about a mature male Harpactira pulchripes they had up for sale and got no answer for four straight days!! Only to find out the owner was ignoring me! When questioned I was told I was banned from the page and that I have made a fake account! Absolutely insane. Do not purchase from this company whatsoever unless you want trouble. Now they have also been attacking me on Facebook saying I am a scammer with known evidence. I have never seen a company so immature and unprofessional. Update it has been a few hours and Paladin has sent people after me on my personal Instagram harassing me and then deleting messages to make it look like I am harassing his minions.

I’ve bought two tarantulas from Paladin, a B. hamorii and an Avic avic, and both are still happy and healthy. I definitely intend to get more Ts through them in the future.

I have placed two orders with Paladin Exotics. Both orders arrived with excellent packaging to keep the tarantulas safe. All 5 tarantulas were healthy and safe when I received them.
