I urgently required a fresh, non-frozen turkey weighing over 20 pounds for our Thanksgiving celebration. After reaching out to several stores with no success, I finally found this establishment, which had the turkey in stock, and I also really liked the QR code system for pickup. The staff member who assisted me during pickup was exceptionally personable and displayed genuine care. Their outstanding service truly saved our Thanksgiving. My heartfelt thanks for their efficiency and kindness!

It's a Kroger. They are out of several things and it appears that they might be under construction too. We'll be back another day to get another opinion and possibly update the review

Everytime I go in there to pay a utility bill they’re either closed early, closed for the day or treat you like you’re an inconvenience. If you don’t have enough staff to work the courtesy desk don’t offer utility bill pay. Today I went to grab a few groceries and my Kroger account wouldn’t work. The cashier literally said “well I don’t know what to tell you”. If this happened one time it would be one thing but every single time I go in there they’re rude.

10 years ago it was one of the best Grocery stores around. Recently moved back to area and tried shopping there 3 times. It is the worst Kroger i have been in, the produce section is a wreck, the cleaniliness and stocking of shelves along with restock of seafood is very poor. On a plus customer service is very friendly while telling they cant help or leave thier area. I am not sure what has happend to this store but I am very disappointed. Especially moving back from an area where our Kroger was amazing. I hope they can get it back together soon.

The store is a little bit of a mess right now due to being remodeled. Theyve already added a gas station in the parking lot and now they are giving the inside of the store a much needed overhaul. Once they are done, the store is going to look great. That, added to the variety of products that Walmart just doesn't have, this store will remain my favorite place to shop in town.

I do quite a bit of my grocery shopping here. Some of the items are priced quite a bit higher than Walmart, but if you shop the sales and download the apps they have coupons available too! Their steaks are great too. We’ve had them cut them for us while waiting.

Kroger’s fruit is always the freshest and they have my favorite entrees Barber chicken breast so I pay extra to get delivery from Kroger. Great store!!!

I enjoy shopping here, but I do have to say that at least 1/2 of the pictures on this Store Profile are misleading. This is an old store, there is nothing new, fresh and remodeled about this particular location. I wish it was though, it does need a modern clean fresh look, seriously.

This place is terrible. They did not even have enough staff for the deli to be open at 5 PM on a weekday. Furthermore, we had actually called ahead to check on a specific deli product (Provel cheese), and they did not inform us that the deli was not staffed. Additionally, the staff we encountered once there were dismissive. Don’t waste your time here.

After my first time shopping here was for instacart. I was upset because the cashier seemed a little rude (slight eye rolling and frustration) and I didn't know why. When I came back for the next batch, I wore my glasses and noticed the giant sign that showed the isle that is for speedy checkout(15 items or less or something like that) and that was the isle I checked out in last time with a decent amount more than that so I kinda deserved that.During the social distancing time they had to stop people at the door and this is totally understandable. They had rows made out to keep people lined up 6 feet away from each-other on the sidewalk so the line wouldn't end up going into the street. This is a great idea if it were being enforced. The line did not go onto the sidewalk whatsoever and I had to stand in the street. I didn't want to block traffic so I asked the other people in line if we could wrap around onto the sidewalk to keep the line out of traffic's way. Only one person agreed with me and moved while the rest of the people were for some reason content making people block traffic. When I spoke up I was hoping the employee at the door would have asked the people to move into the rows designed for this purpose. He did not. Other than this experience I would give 5 stars.

The workers are so friendly! Coming from Eastern Kentucky, I miss the Southern friendliness. But Kroger is great.Also, they have some great sales. The Friday Freebies are great! The reduced items are truly reduced, but still usable.Great place to shop!!

It's a race to the bottom in troy. For the past 6 of the 15 years I e been shopping here, they have steadily gone down hill. Before the pandemic, they were not good so now there lack of stock and quality is accelerated. Every time I go now, I can guarantee I may only be able to get half of what is on my list due to stock and the half I can achieve, I either have to find substitutes or accept subpar quality. It did not use to be this way.

I have been shopping at this store for years even worked there years ago the new store manager doesn't know what he is doing spoke with employees they say he don't care about anything but the grocery side of the store the meat market is always empty never having any choices in stock coming from a guy that has ran meet markets from Kroger and other stores if I could get 3 good employees and myself back there to run it a could triple there sales just by simply keeping the case full but nothing is going to change until they get rid of the store manager and get real meat cutter in the market again

Great store with wonderful savings with Kroger card! Have gotten free eggs, milk, bread, chocolate, and more. Coupons on foods you buy a lot of linked to your email.Excellent, fresh produce. Meats always great. We stock up on their large Italian sausage packs.Good, natural baby food.Kroger's regular tomato sauce is very thick and tasty! We stock up when on sale.Bakery is excellent. Friendly, helpful staff.

The store needs updating and total overhaul. Terrible meat department. Stock of items is in serious decline. They Have no competition in Troy. Hence lack of stocked items etc. Troy needs to do something about this and fast.

If it were possible, I'd rate this store at a 0/10. All of the deals come with a catch then cause you to spend much more than you should, but the worst part is the staff. Everybody working there seems to care about one thing: getting you out of their store. Don't bother asking for the manager, because they are the worst of the whole lot. Simply put: they are rude.

Got confronted by some random employee that obviously was watching me when I went into the restroom and waiting for me to come out and said that my kids had been damaging products and poking holes in things which is not true I haven't been to thier store in weeks it's just because it's a small town and I'm recognized of course because I'm black I feel like they were being absolutely racist I won't be shopping here again this made me very uncomfortable

Clean but older store; has the feel of a small home-town grocery that most older adults grew up shopping. The staff is courteous and helpful. If you're tired of big-box stores with giant parking lots, you'll like Kroger

Kroger's are usually quite nice but a bit expensive. This Kroger, however, is still expensive but not that nice. The layout is bizarre in my opinion and it is pretty old and run down. I usually end up here later at night and it is obvious that no one has stocked the shelves or taken care of the store for the entire day as most items in the add are sold out and there are gaping holes all over. Maybe my opinion would be different if I went earlier in the day, but as it is I wouldn't recommend it. Employees seem nice.

My family had placed an order with the floral department on 6th for balloons to be picked up for a funeral on the 9th. When we got to the store at 5 they were not ready at all, and apparently floral had left at noon. So really appreciate them not only not being ready, but making us late for the funeral. Thankfully someone was able to help us put it together last second but it's still disappointing to have this happen. Honestly would not recommend using this store.

I love Kroger! Best place to get fesh produce all year 'round! I love Kroger for their vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. choices! There are always things on sale and they still, amazingly enough, have 10 for $10 on some items!!! The employees are nice and helpful. Bakery items are fresh. Kroger makes my life easier as a health food advocate.
