I don't think it's possible for me to leave a high enough review for Dapper Dog - we've been twice now and we will keep going as long as it's feasible for us to drive. I love them so much! They take such great care of my great pyrenees puppy (95lbs), including trimming him perfectly and recently even dying his tail. And honestly, my favorite part is that they let the dogs (as long as they are friendly) roam around after their groom. At other groomers they've kenneled him and we come back to desperate puppy wookie noises - but at Dapper Dog he's able to run to us as soon we walk in.Words truly can't describe how much I love this place! If you're on the fence for any reason, give it a try. You won't regret it! :)

They do a great job of washing my dog and doing her nails.But no matter how many times I ask them not to use cologne or spray perfumes... It gets used or they try to use it.Overall, great service...

FAVORITE PLACE EVER. This is my first pup at 5 months old getting his first grooming at Dapper Dog because SO many people recommended this personable grooming place. Caiti was his groomer and she was wonderful with him. She asked if we could do a simple groom so that he could be introduced to the experience without high stress, then in a month get a full groom. I agreed and thought it was wise! I wanted to keep most of his hair long anyways and she listened to my requests. The entire facility is clean and relaxing for my fur baby. Our first experience at Dapper dog was amazing. 2nd visit was horrible. First they messed up the appointment date and then we rescheduled- no problem, things happen. When we arrived they said they didn’t have time to give her a hair cut like was previously scheduled. We could have worked something out if the groomer ( a young girl- I wish we got her name), didn’t just grab the leash and yank my dog back to the grooming area. I understand she probably had a bad day but don’t take it out on the dogs- maybe you try a different career!!!

I have gone here twice, the first time was amazing. The lady was so sweet to my dog and they did amazing. I just took her again for an appointment that was made for de-shed, haircut and bath. When we walked in the young girl just immediately asked “name” and I said my dogs name and she said “de she’d and bath, we will call or text when she is done” and took her leash and walked in the back and as the door was closing she said “have a nice day” and the door slammed. My dog was extremely nervous and kind of freaked out and she just yanked the leash which I was not a fan of. I called my mom who made the appointment and she said she spoke to the very nice manager about having all 3 done. My dad went back in there to ask if they could add it or what happened and the young boy went back to ask the rude girl and she stuck her head out and said “all I have is a de she’d and bath she won’t be done for several hours” so my dad said “ we really wanted a haircut to that’s the main reason we brought her” she snapped back and said “well i don’t have time for that” so my dad took our dog and we left. The girl might have been having a bad day but how she spoke to us and our dog is unacceptable. I want to feel like my dog is in good loving care and that girl couldn’t care any less. She was very rude and snappy and for that reason we will sadly be looking else where. The manager was sweet on the phone but the young blonde girl was rudest person. Sad to leave but will not support that attitude and aggression towards my family and I. Felt the need to leave a review as I did not like how my dog was treated which is important when picking a dog grooming place.

I LOVE Dapper Dog. They were recommended by several of my family members and they do a great job. They're reasonably priced and you can see your dog the whole time. They will be our regular groomer.

My dog, Macie Mae, has her nails trimmed and ground, as well as she gets her ears cleaned every visit. Their prices are reasonable. Macie always comes put with a smile on her face with her tail wagging. The employees are all warm and welcoming. The building is clean, and the other animals are well cared for. You scan tell by their behavior(s). They have cameras throughout the facility. As a customer, you can see the monitors of those cameras in the lobby. This is cool because you can watch the groomer work with your pet. My over all experience, and more important, Macies' experiences, over the last 2 1/2 years, have been great. I would recommend giving Dapper Dog a try. Well worth it. 👍👍🙂🙂

Best grooming facility in St Charles County! I have a golden doodle that is 3 years old. I tried several groomers in the area when she was a puppy before finding Dapper Dog. We have been going there at least two years now. They listen to what you like and work with you to obtain the results you are looking for. My dog loves going there and I am so happy to take her somewhere she is known and taken care of. They care about your animals and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Love supporting this small business! The owner is really nice!!

We moved to the area a year ago and had to find another groomer. After doing some research we found Dapper Dog and couldn't be happier. We have two dog's that absolutely love going there and love the staff. It may not seem like a big deal but our husky Freya loves everyone where our Chihuahua Monty doesn't. It's nice to know we can drop them off for services and have happy dog's when we pick them up, not to mention they do amazing work!

I take my dog here for doggie day care. He loves it and always comes home worn out from all the fun. She let's the dogs choose what they want to do either outside or in. She seems to really love dogs even if mine is a bit barky sometimes. Affordable and convenient.

Dapper Dog was able to get our dog in for over the weekend boarding with less than 24 hours notice. Porsche was extremely kind and knowledgeable on pricing, policy and doggie care. Facility was clean, decorated cute and has a very peaceful vibe upon entry. When we picked up my dog from her 3 day stay she was happy, healthy and her normal self. I will definitely be returning for our boarding needs and look forward to drying out their grooming services soon.

I've been taking my dog Nina to Dapper Dog for 5 years. A friend of ours found Nina and her brother on the side of a busy road left in a cardboard box. We believe shes German Sheppard with golden retriever in there somewhere so she has lots of thick, fluffy fur. Each time I take her to Dapper they always listen to exactly what we want or where her problem areas are. Shes a big dog and more of a farm dog than a show dog but everytime I pick her up she looks and feels her best. She always come out tail wagging, smile on her face and looking 20lbs lighter!I would recommend Dapper Dog all day, everyday and I'll continue to take my dogs there for as long as they'll have us!

Dapper Dog always does a fantastic job with my German shepherd mix. I don’t know what kind of magic they used to deshed my pup, but she always looks fantastic and with so much less hair and shedding! My dog is a bit high-strung and I know she can be difficult to groom (we have had horrible experiences with a large chain groomer in the past) but she is always happy when I pick her up and the groomers are so professional. I will continue to go back and highly recommend.

I have been looking for a dog salon for a while and just so happened to get a gift certificate for Dapper Dog. My pupper is NOT a fan of getting her nails trimmed. I know she can be very difficult, but I have been less than impressed with most places I have taken her. Dapper was the complete opposite!! They were super fast at getting her in the back (which was great due to her lack of fondness for most dogs). My heart started to break as I watched her freak out on the screen in the waiting room. But!!! Another employee came over and started patting her head and trying to distract her while getting her nails trimmed. Both ladies were very compassionate and kind to my crazy Bug.The facility was super clean and well organized! All the customers and employees I met were very kind!We will definitely continue to go back! I'd much rather give my money to a local business that genuinely cares about my pupper!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a very nice conversation with the owner regarding my dog's anxiety and she offered lots of ideas and suggestions. The rates are more than fair and they keep you apprised of your pet's status. I'm extremely pleased with the boarding and grooming services offered. Thank you for such a great experience!

I started bringing my puppy to the Bark Park a couple months ago. She has become a much better pet at home. She gets to interact with various sizes and breeds of other dogs, comes home happy and calmer! Some days she would rather stay and play than come home! Great group of women who truly care for animals. Highly recommend Dapper Dog.
