I had the best experience today when i walked into the store in a little bit of a panic because my screen was going out and without my phone I cannot work. Shelby was not only very friendly and knowledgeable, she makes sure you are comfortable with your purchase before leaving the store. I highly recommend her, she knows her stuff!

The manager, Shelby was SO helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly and quick and we walked out with a new phone that was fully set up, even with a new case and screen protector. Amazing service!!!

I walked in and was spoken too right away. I was educated on every little thing I didn't understand. I love the phone and the service so far! Everything I wanted done was accomplished. Everyone at the store was super nice and store was very clean and organized. I'm very happy I switched and upgraded my phone and got a brand new case. I've already recommended for other people to switch that don't like their current plans family and friends of mine. All around great experience and super easy transition.

Very disappointed with the service. Employees promised a discount, and after we signed up for a plan, they denied the discount and said there was nothing they could do. Absolute bait and switch. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I've used this store for as long as we have had att and had no problems up until the last time we went up there, we added a line and upgraded a phone the person added insurance to all of our devices even though we already told him we had the combined insurance deal, so we paid double insurance he added cloud storage even though we didn't need it he added next up plan to our new device even though we said we didn't need it in total he added almost a extra $100 to our bill the whole time we were there he wanted us to add me stuff either to our bill or stuff in store ( cases, protectors ect) which I understand commission and it's one thing to ask its another to do it even though we said no so to anyone using this store be sure to double check literally everything because had I not called I'd still be paying for all of this

John and Megan are amazing, they persevered thru multiple technical challenges with my situation. They are knowledgeable, respectful and provided above and beyond customer service. They didn’t give up and I am extremely grateful. I love my new phone and have the necessary tools for my business.

I was only on the outside of the store. I can not give a review about the appearances of the inside or a review on the customer service. But, I did have my dog with me, and I walked her around the side and back of the building. The paint on the outside as faded. From the road, on a cloudy day, their outside wall would be camouflaged. It is gray with small orange/red letters. From a distance, I almost missed my turn to go into their parking lot.However, the grass was mowed and the building had been weedeated. The appearance from a distance was just as clean as up close. Walking around the building to the back. There was some trash but that's to be expected due to windy days and trash blowing around from dumpsters. Maybe not their dumpster, but a neighbors. None the less, the back of the store was clean and kept up nicely. Thanknyou AT&T for providing a clean space in the Troy, Mo. Area!👍👍

Met Bradley the new store manager Monday and thought he was great. I have a business account and needed to add another phone that wasn't in stock. He said 'I'll get you one by Wednesday'.I walked into the store today and he had it in his hand! This guy is the real deal- pleasant, smart, and honest. So nice to have someone that really cares about his customers.If you've had a bad experience recently from previous manager and staff at this location, PLEASE stop in again. This new team is trying to make a difference. Just talking to Bradley brightens your day!

The way the associate treated my wife, like she wasn't welcome there, and the way the manager was dressed...this makes us never want to use this store. Or actually use the store, but make their jobs very hard - forcing them to learn some customer service skills that should have been learned a long time ago. My wife has a lot of patience being an office manager herself, but this struck her as unacceptable. No-one wants to deal with cell phone carriers anyway, and this makes it a ton worse.

What a great experience! Ireland was extremely helpful in picking out the right phones and plans for us. She was very cheerful through the whole experience even though we had a couple issues on our end that made it take longer. I would highly recommend coming to this location .

I don't usually write reviews, But in this instance, a review is definitely necessary. I went into the store due to a few questions I had regarding my contract and my phone itself. Upon walking into the store I was happily greeted by the store manager ( Megan I believe her name was). She then sat down and personally worked with me until every issue I had was solved! She was extremly friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best experience I've ever had with AT&T!!!

Very eager to make a sale, however cannot help their customers whenever there's an issue. I've called and left messages 4 times but no one can return to my calls or help me, until it's conveniently too late to return the product. Awful customer service. Manager was no help and if anything was just hateful. Would not recommend!

I took my new phone in to have it set up. Ireland waited on me. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work. Not only that, the entire staff made the entire visit a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Went into the Troy location 3 separate times over a few month span. Each time their internet was down and only one representative for the store. On the 4th attempt the internet was working. However our representative was mentally checked out. He never moved from his seat. Never went over deal, products, pricing, contract NOTHING. It was pure laziness. Upon looking at my bill I'm seeing the information we were able to get from him was completely made up. Do better! I'll be terminating services.

I want to express my appreciation for Brandon !!!! I can not say it enough thank you . I am a single mother on a budget and I desperately need a new phone and plan to accommodate my son as well I didn’t have much to spend. He was very understanding and took the time to tell me what plans would work with my budget he also made sure to get me the best deal on a new phone ... I absolutely love my new phone and my son is so excited as now he can stream movies and play games on his phone no worries.

My mom needed a new phone, so we walked into AT&T. Zach, the manager, was incredibly patient with her, made sure she had the phone she wanted, and bonus, set it up and sent her on her way.A huge thank you Zach!! You made her phone buying experience easy, bearable, and memorable!!

By far the best AT&T I've been to. The staff was super friendly and the interior is welcoming. I used to fear going to any store other than a corporate store, but now that I see how resourceful this location is, there's no reason to go anywhere else!

First of all I do not know who Melinda is on here, but she obviously just goes out and gives five star reviews to all AT&T outlet stores around the country. Has she been to all of them? That is very unethical. I wonder if she is an employee of AT&T? HMMM. The only other good review from this store also had someone that gave four stars to this one and then one in Chicago. But no comment. So looks pretty fishy to me. With that being said , stay clear of this place. Our bill was consistently over a hundred dollars off a month. And not below. We were told it was going to be around 190 to 200. How about 400 plus! Then we would call and they said they would fix it . Guess what happened the next billing cycle. the same thing. We finally bit the bullet and are paying literally over a thousand or maybe two just to leave this company. Avoid like the plague. AT&T service area stunk for us too but that is our fault because we live in a rural area. Terrible experience.

Always understaffed and takes forever to get any service waiting hours on end would rather drive to Wentzville or offalon would get done quicker even with the 30-45 min drive

Employee didnt know much about any of the deals a promtions going on she was more worried about her phone and parents coming in so was just trying to force us through the system and when i mentioned them i was just told no we cant offer those you have to go to corporate store.Regardless we were just preordering a phone so after being forced to buy insurance after saying we didnt need it. We decided to just go to another store to get the phone activated. There more negative things but im tired of writing. Good luck if you go there id stay away untill new employees and management gets in there

Twice I have gone in there and been lied to by the same person. When I have went in there, she has told me I cant get a phone under 1000 dollars. I went in a couple hours later and a young man sold me a phone for 209. and only 20 dollars in taxes...... the second time the same girl waited on me, I was told that it would be 160 just to walk out the door with a new phone. again another lie. I went to dardene prairie at n t and it was 20 dollars JUST TO WALK OUT THE DOOR. This is a far cry from the 160 dollars I was told in troy. again another lie. Twice the same girl has tried to rip me off. I cant imagine how many people she has ripped off and got away with. I cant believe she still works there. I will not go back.

Associate tried to MAKE me BUY insurance, specifically after I personally called and Corporate said I didn't have to because "same guy" charged me on another phone line added. AND found out they make commission off of this....WHAT...matter is being investigated wander how many people they do this to!! You messed with the WRONG girl!!
