Convenient location with very friendly staff but the store is super crowded with merchandise making it hard to get around and shop in the aisles. Let's just say, if there were a fire, you'd have an obstacle course to go through to try and get out. It just makes for an unpleasant shopping experience and you definitely do not want to browse long.

Messy and disorganized!!! I have never been in a store and felt more disgusted in my entire life!!! this is the dirtiest store I've ever been into!! You can never walk down any of the aisles or you can get partially down an aisle and have to backup and turn around because there's no Room to fit through I have mentioned several times to the workers about the mess and how dangerous it is because there's a lot of elderly people that go into this location they can trip and fall very easily over the things laying in the floors that have fallen off of the shelves and are just laying in the aisles!!!! Their response was they just got a load of inventory in.... but the only problem I have with that is that I'm in this location several times a week and it never looks any different!!!!! This store is very dangerous and very unclean I probably won't be going back to this location!!!

Our go to DG and store in general. Very clean, staff is friendly, and the usually have what we are in need of. We are very appreciative to have this store in Trimble for our quick needs as the gas station was our only option before or driving 10 more minutes into Smithville.

Friendly staff.....this morning in the snow...the female employee was scooping the front of the parking area with a shovel. Dollar General management should be ashamed .as much money as the company makes not only do they only schedule one person a shift at this store...making it inconvenient for both customers and employees...they can't pay to have snow removal. Shame on you.

Went to this store because it was the closest to where I needed to go.I don’t know what was worse the fact that nothing is EVER stocked or the attitudes of all the staff there!!I have never received worse service than I did from the red headed girl at the register And the store “manager” with glasses and grey hair sat there AND WATCHED HER give bad service!I will never go back to this storeThe one in smithville is 100000x better!Next time I will go the extra miles to go to the location in smithville!I will not be going back and I will tell everyone about the experience I had there.Wish I could give no stars!

Has become a very friendly store at usually is but there's a manager there that always goes above and beyond to speak to us and I think it was becoming very friendly store more than it ever was and it managers name is Holly she will greet you with the warm friendly southern accent and a warm smile

Each store is setup differently. It can be confusing. The 1on North Belt in St. Joseph had the front door broken and restroom disabled.All should have a policy to allow customers with 1 or 2 items go ahead of a customer with 20 to 30 items. I personally left the store without buying anything.

Staple items are usually out of stock. Possibly a purchasing issue. Usually have to go to the Dollar General in Smithville because this location is lacking in the stocking department and there is rarely someone at checkout waiting for you. You have to ring a bell and wait for them to come out of the back.

We went into the store about 9:45 and called out several times to see if anyone was working there. We finally left about 9:55 without ever having found an employee and we didn't find the de-icer I needed.

It's the Dollar General store, nothing more nothing less.Very convenient for people going to the lake. large parking lot to park boats and trailers.

This is one of the nicer D.G.s around. The staff is always very pleasant and the manager always takes his time to ask how I'm doing and if i need any help.

It's a cluttered cluster mess of a store. Hard to maneuver in with a cart while a lot of the things are not marked. The do have friendly people that work there
