If you have a cat or dog it might be a good place but for any other type of animal I wouldn’t suggest it. All of the reptiles they have in store have little to no enrichment, missing tails, stuck shed, and missing toes. They only restock f/t mouse every 4 months basically and almost never have cork bark. I just go for the crickets but they don’t seem very healthy either.

They do a wonderful job with my dogs. Grooming is awesome. They file there nails and the nails end up so smooth. They give good baths and the dog's are so clean and soft fur.

Excellent place went there to get super worms for my bearded dragon and they had what I needed. Also was wondering if they bought old reptile tanks bc I have an old one and would like to sell it but didn't know if they bought them or not.

Great place to get your pets groomed! I have taken 2 of my dogs here to get everything possible and the staff always do a very good job. They make sure the animals are welcomed there and they will be well taken care of. They will message you or call whenever your pet is ready to be picked up and tell you how they acted, while also rewarding your pet if they did well. Will continue to bring my dog here whenever she needs some pampering!

Had trouble with the engraver when I got an ID tag for my puppy. Rob gave me a refund and told me he would get a hold of me when the issue was resolved. Got a Facebook message a few days later and went back, and everything went smooth. Customer service is a 10/10. It’s nice to have a store in town with all of the basic necessities for a wide variety of critters! Definitely glad to have this business in town.

This place is incredible!!! I love the fact if they have what I need for my bird they will order it and have it in the store just in a few days! They have a great rewards program as well. You can get great bird feed there as well. Definitely saves me a trip to the city. Especially when you can shop local.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Consistently have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to even get acknowledged when you enter the store. This last time I waited 20 minutes at the grooming counter while I was ignored repeatedly. The groomer, Kaity, is fine, but the man is very unpleasant and talks down to you.

Going on about 3 weeks, I bought my beautiful ball python she showd up the same day I planned to come get her, she was health and colors were beautiful. She warmed right up to me when I got home, best experience for sure going to be buying more of my snake from pet central, 100% recommended.

Will not use again and would not recommend...I ordered items for my new reptile set up over 1.5 weeks before expecting my new reptile..Thought that would have been plenty of time but no--- very slow processing and shipping...Some of my order contained lamps and bulbs for basking spots..For obvious reasons a lamp/dome for mini halogen bulbs does me no good without the mini halogen bulbs..They canceled items(mini halogen bulbs) in my order although online still showed in stock..not only that but they did not reach out to ask me if I wanted a different heat option or just a different color or wattage of the same bulb(which they also had in stock)..I immediately emailed them and asked for another color mini halogen bulb..and explained that just the domes/lamp would not provide me any benefits...No response; but two days later they did email me tracking..Still never heard from this place-- what a joke

Had my 15 year old dachshund groomed recently. They were very gentle with her and did an excellent job. My fur baby has limited hearing and vision and can get stressed under new circumstances. She was not anxious about being left and was under no duress when I picked her up about an hour later. Bonus was that she looked beautiful, smelled nice and had a little extra zip in her step!

First time I’ve ever ordered from them and definitely the last. Spent $172. on miscellaneous items for my kids turtles. The UVB bulbs I got both did not work correctly - flickered then dull light. These turtles are 8 years old. I’m not new to how fluorescent bulbs work - especially ones for turtles. I have had 1 other time in 8 yrs that bulbs I got did not work correctly. I’ve been using Zoo Med bulbs the whole time and not sure if it’s a shipping problem or manufacturing one. Regardless, I’ve never been told to take up the problem with the manufacturer on a brand new item. Yes, I ordered them the first of November and didn’t install them for 2 weeks. Anybody that has turtles knows that you don’t wait to buy bulbs after you are needing them. You have them on hand knowing when they will need replacing for UVB efficacy not completely burning out. As if this wasn’t enough headache, they took their jolly sweet time getting back to me after I contacted them a second time. NEVER AGAIN!

We couldn't get a hold of them by phone so we had to drive from Princeton to figure out if they sold fish or not.They are not a pet store. They only do pet supplies online, though they do dog grooming at their home. They were nice and helpful, but it would have been nice to talk to them on the phone.

Ordered 15 small animal carriers from them. When I received them the other day, they are way too small for rabbits, more like for mice. So I immediately tried calling several times and emailing to see if there was a way I could exchange these and pay the difference for medium sized carriers instead. Still no response via phone or email. I really need to exchange these smalls for mediums! Very disappointed in the customer service.

I ordered ten cans of food and several other things. It takes three to four days for the order to travel to Florida. I got NO NOTICES that anything was out of stock. It was IN STOCK on their website.No adjustments to what I paid, either. Keep in mind- THREE TO FOUR DAYS that had to travel to my house, plenty of time to make an ADJUSTMENT FOR THE MONEY I paid, when an order wasn't filled. Plenty of time to CONTACT ME via email about the order not being filled completely.When my order arrived, NO CANS OF FOOD, and two other things not sent. BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR THEM IN PAYPAL.I called ShopPetCentral, had to leave a message. No one called back and they had that entire day and through the next afternoon. I then contacted them via their website, and made it clear I did not want my money back, they were to send the cans of food.The next day, when I checked Paypal, sure enough, there was a refund. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME, and totally ignored my directive to send my merchandise.They never corresponded in ANY MANNER to any problem or anything they were doing. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion. You don't treat customers this way!

I emailed them to find out (NO RESPONSE) and phoned more than once only to get a message machine on which I left messages to return my calls (NO RESPONSES).

We have a poodle that loves the mud, with that comes with lots of bathes. They take good care of her in there and she comes out feeling great and looking cute! Thank you for taking care of Roxie Ann (the mud loving poodle)
