Only shop here, if: you like to get ripped off, enjoy non-existent customer service, and like to buy overpriced things that are made out of flimsy paper-thin metal.My buddy and I bought a trailer from this company in Thayer, MO, a 22’ Delta Dual Axle trailer. We have been nothing but disappointed with our purchase. We obliged by all weight limits governed by the manufacturer sticker in regards to weight, loaded weight based on axle ratings, etc, and our trailer SNAPPED IN HALF after less than a few months of use. This trailer nearly killed my family. This is in no way shape or form any error on our part since we, both, have CDL’s and therefore understand proper weight distribution, trailer use, road laws and speed, etc, and we have been working with trailers our entire lives.Please see photos for clear evidence of the poor quality of craftsmanship that these trailers have.If you think it gets worse, oh yes, it does 🙃 we reached out to Hirsch regarding our experience and merely asked if they knew of anyone qualified to repair the poor frame quality that came standard with this trailer. We never received a response. We reached out a second time, still, never received a response. I wish I was lying, because our experience was truly terrible. I really hate putting negative reviews out there, but this had to be done.When you not only put the safety of my family and others in jeopardy by selling trailers that WILL NOT handle the weight you say they will, better yet- when you refuse to help an honest hard paying customer and just ignore them (not once, but TWICE), then you are most definitely going to be getting a bad review from me and hopefully many more from other good folks that you continue to screw over.At this point, anything that this company tries to draft up as a response to this will be completely disregarded. I will not be accepting any “Oh I’m so sorry you feel that way” remarks, or the classic “Please reach out to us so we can correct this” response either.Take my two cents on this: if you need a trailer, or expect basic level customer service, then this place is not for you. Take your hard earned money and time and invest it in a business that actually cares, because this business most definitely does not.

Well .what else can I say I love shopping at Hirschs thay are some good people their I say that thay try to help you any way that can when you shop their .that is at the Thayer store.dont go to west Plains to often .thayer store just about carries about everything you need.+ Larry's family is such nice people .

Just going to let everyone know that the fathersday sign that says All twisted-x shoes 50% off, is not true. Its only after you drive there and spend 30 min trying to find a decent pair and go to pay and they tell you "its buy one get one 50% off..

Every-time I stop at Hirsch Feed & Farm Supply in Thayer, it’s like visiting family. Everyone is incredibly customer centric always willing to stop and help YOU! I wish there was a Hirsch Feed & Farm Supply closer!

Incredible store, the website sucks. There is so much available in this super store of farm goods and hardware. Attempting to find what you're looking for via website is a total waste of time,very little representation. If you're building a deer herd or turkey flock, this is the store for you. They have excellent prices on corn, deer pellets, and wheat feed. They also carry food plot seeds, fertilizer, and just about everything you will need for a farm or ranch. They have tractors, UTVs, gardening, feeders, rotary mowers, equipment, hardware, fencing, clothing, kinves, chemicals, footware, plumbing, hunting supplies and more than can be imagined. Their service is always great. I highly recommend the Thayer store. Bring a trailer and your check book because you'll want to leave with lots.

Hirsch is a farm supply with ample inventory to serve this rural area. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about their products. All and all it is a business that is very valuable to all local farmers, ranchers and residents.
