Be aware before you choose to have your pet cremated with them, they will return your beloved pets remains as a literal bag of charred bones, not ashes. When we asked why they weren't ashes we were told that's just the way they do it. 😔

Our dog Chloe injured herself on Christmas afternoon and the vet on call wasted no time getting to the clinic and was waiting for us when we arrived. Thankfully she ended up not having any super major injuries!
