Sunrise True Value is very well stocked, and I have found items here that I have not been able to find in other stores at the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is expanding with the addition of a new connected building! Check out this great store next time you're in Sunrise Beach.

This store is Amazing ! Chris helped my wife with a propane issue. Over and above the call of duty and he wouldn’t accept a tip. I will not go anywhere else for my hardware needs. Great selection great people. Really rare in todays world when everyone has their hand out for a tip.

Very handy for this side of the Lake - prices are high compared to the big stores but sometimes worth saving the long trip to get to the big stores...100% for the people who run the place!!!! Very nice.

I love supporting local businesses and this is my 1st go to hardware store always! Great customer service! They have even ordered in items for me that they no longer carried & I couldn't find anywhere else. (for less than I could find it online!)Everything from traeger pellets, paint or plumbing & propane refills and everything in between, they always have what I need.

They have done an outstanding job of expanding their inventory, both the wide variety and the quality of products, with superb customer service. They carry everything from nuts & bolts to paint, plumbing, electrical, and lawn & garden, including higher end grills. If you're not sure what you need, just ask and they will gladly help. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you!

I needed a fix for a leaky kitchen drain that required some creative thinking to fix since it wasn't originally put in correctly. They worked out the perfect fix with just some Teflon packing string. Spent at least 10 minutes with me coming up with a solution. Great service and really know their stuff.

It's always nice to have a good hardware store nearby. They have personal service that you don't get at the big box stores. You can buy just a couple of bolts, washers or nuts without having to buy a box of them. They have everything from paint to tools to patio accessories to lawn care products. It's a great hardware store and they are open most every day.

They are ok. The employees don't greet you when you walk in. They are normally playing on there phones. When you need help they just tell you the area it is in and don't offer to find it for you. I tend to only there if I need something in an emergency

Though I only got to meet Chris once and for a short time, he demonstrated service beyond expectation and truly understands what customer experience means. I was staying at a nearby RV camping area and went into Woods, the local grocery, to try and find a grill rack so we could use the fire pit on Thanksgiving day to cook. The store didn't have one and as I waited in line with my brother, we were talking and Chris just happened to be standing in front of us and overheard our plight. His store was already closed and he still offered to open it up again for strangers and provide the necessary equipment so we would enjoy our Thanksgiving Holiday. Chris is the epitome of service and selflessness.It has been a long time since I have experienced such consideration and my family will not forget it. To Chris... Thank you, Happy Holidays, and never lose that customer focus. Give this man some business folks!

Convenient location and much more available then what you'd think from the outside. It can feel a little cramped and things can be difficult to find, but they will quickly point you in the right direction. It's simply because they have used every inch to stock as much as possible.

Quaint smalltown hardware store, with a local owner, and a staff to joke with. Lots of parts for the of things that you can't easily find in a box store. It's small, it's stocked from paint to plumbing to dock hardware to nuts and bolts, and a Reese's for the road.

It's a somewhat small store, yet they carry a good selection of hardware parts and things that you would find in a hardware store. The staff there are awesome very friendly and very helpful. Do stop in sometime and just check them out.

Needed product from building on other side of outdoor garden area. It was pouring rain. They wanted me to go out, get it and bring it back in to check out. I would have been soaked. I ran to my car instead and left. So much for customer service.

Clerks should not give advice if they have no knowledge of the products they sell. All I needed was a drain trap. Clerk argued that he had a drain trap in his hand when the package said "elbo" . I showed him what a drain trap was (it said trap on the package) and he still insisted he was right. He opened the entry door and very sarcastically said "have a nice day". I am retired after 19 and 1/2 years from a plumbing manufacturer that supply's True Value Hardware.Would leave zero stars if possible.
