It's a good store they had the core dogfood for small breeds for my 1yr old pug puppy. It helped alot the clerk was very helpful with finding the dogfood and was very cordial.

The nicest people work here. They're all so helpful and friendly. Plus you have to love a store that your pets can visit. Our dog loves to walk around and pick her own treats and toys. They have great sales and a program that gives you one free bag for every ten you buy (of a specific brand )

Lots of pet supplies and pet food here . I am always honest in my reviews and must say the fish and lizard supplies are a bit higher than other places I have shopped and that isn't WM i am comparing them too. But the dog and catfood is priced well especially when on sale . A great variety of pet toys are available and numerous brands and flavors of cat and dog food to choose from. The only fish they have for sale is Betta but they are extremely healthy. I have had Mr. Pearl here for almost 5 months now and his Betta aquarium was also bought at Petsense in Sullivan.

Staff is friendly Brought my puppy in there and they did a great job grooming her the 1st time brought her back got a different groomer and wasn't anywhere close to the first time. Her nails were still sharp her face didn't even look like they washed or tried to clean it. And her hair cut was uneven all over. Really disappointed was excited after the first time but was let down the second time We will be looking for new groomer.

Seems like a great place, and the workers are friendly but there doesn't seem to be anyone there that is at all professional. All just young people doing their best. All that is fine but sometimes people have serious questions about their pets and I doubt these people would have the answers. Again... It's a great place other than that.

We had a Petsense location in St Charles and visited often. We learned when that store closed and we moved there was one right by us...out in the boonies! So we spoiled and spoiled our little Boston Sophie, eventually making friemds with the store manager Britney. Fantastic lady, super knowledgeable and personable. We took a trip one day to get our girl some treats and BAM! We saw Irwin. It wasnt pet adoption day or anything, we just knew he was gonna be our newest addition. First time adopting a kitty and boy did we fall in love. Just saw Britney today...2 bags away from a free bag of food. Points program, huge variety and brands of literally anything you could need for ANY pet, I cant say enough good things. We love you Petsense!!!

Has most of the items you'll need. The employee we talked with regarding tick medicine provided wrong and incomplete information. Prices could be lower on certain things, some other items are priced well.

Until Petsense opened in Sullivan, Missouri there wasn't a groomer in Sullivan that my dog Smoky Blue would go to. Her first groomer she was going to for four yearsSaid they wouldn't take her anymore. It was such a struggle just getting her in the door to all of her groomers. At Petsense, she loves her groomer. She walks right in and even gets excited to see the groomer. Smoky Blue is a large Afghan Hound and can be extremely stubborn. All I can say is thank you Petsense.
