I've been really impressed with Medlin. Bella (our 7lb Morkie) has never really been around other dogs and is always timid about going places, but she loves going to doggy day care and is usually the first in the car when we tell her she's going. She's always excited and comes home exhausted. It definitely makes school days, when the kids are gone, much easier on her and she has a blast. The staff are amazing and friendly. I highly recommend Medlin!

I have boarded my dog here several times. He has also done the doggie daycare, grooming and training. I love the idea of the daycare to get him use to other dogs. The groomer did an awesome job. The training was the best thing ever! He learned so much. The staff is very friendly and always greet my dog with a happy voice. They also helped me find a grooming brush for my lab that worked wonderfully. The facility is very clean and has nice spaces for the pets. I prefer the deluxe cabin so he can go inside and out however you need to book those in advance because the fill upI trust them 100% with my fur baby .

As soon as I walked in I was impressed with how clean and fresh the facility was. Both of my lab mixes got groomed yesterday and I am so happy with how amazing they smell and how shiny their coats are. Drop off was easy, and the pickup was too! The team was friendly and I left feeling like my boys were in good hands. 5 stars hands down! We will definitely be back! So worth the wait to get them in. Looking forward to trying some doggy daycare next!

Thank you so much, Medlin Pet Co! You are epic! Last week we went back home and had to board our doggos so we chose Medlin Pet Company and could not be happier. They were so caring and thorough. They took great care of my old girl Pearl and our pups Ellie and Rex. They got their own run outside and constant care. I received photos and updates every day we were gone. I felt so calm about them being away from me. I'm incredibly grateful for the staff at Medlin! 10/10 ⭐

We LOVE Medlin! Our Zoey has been coming to Medlin for a year now and she always arrives enthusiastic and comes home happy which makes us know she is being well cared for and loved! All the girls are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. There is consistency with the care staff and her friends. Zoey has had a lot of the same “friends” since day one! She stays for daycare, has sleep-overs and uses the beauty salon and we have been HAPPY with all the services! Medlin is our 1st choice to recommend caring for your furry friend and ours!

I love this place! I needed help socialize my dog with people and other dogs. I work a lot of hours and was not able to do this on my own. Kai had been going to daycare 1 day a week and with their help I can now take my dog anywhere with me without fear of her behaving badly around people or other dogs. Kai has found plenty of new friends and enjoys her day at Medlin. They are amazing and true animal lovers. You will know leaving your pet there they will get all the love and attention they get at home. All dogs and cats are special to them. Thank you Barbara

This is the best boarding facility I have ever used. The staff are friendly, professional, and most of all compassionate. One of the most noticeable to me was our dog left the facility smelling clean and her bedding also didn’t have that kennel smell. Our dog is family to us and it is extremely important to me that she is treating lovingly by the staff at Medlin’s.

We LOVE Medlin! Everyone there is so nice and friendly and just amazing with Cooper. He has stayed there so much now that he doesn’t even look back when we drop him off. He loves all the snuggles he gets during his stay and we love the pictures that they send to us while he’s there.

Medlin is AMAZING with pets. My cat stayed for two weeks and they treated her like their own. I received daily pictures and texts, Minnie received daily pets and cuddles, and I could not be more happy. It’s always hard leaving your companion with someone else while you’re away, but Medlin makes it painless. I will continue to use them in the future!!

I love Medling Pet Co! They have really good, safe facility. I never feel bad about boarding our dogs there. They even have play time options for your pups, and will text you photos if you want them to so you can see how they are doing while your gone. We also have them give out fur babies a bath before picking them up. Excellent and very professional.

The staff here is so great with my Great Pyrenees. I don’t feel bad going out of town when I can’t take him with me anymore because all I have to do is mention “Medlins” to him and he knows he’s going to have a fun time with them, almost like he’s going on a vacation too. I love the fact that they send me a “report card” of how he does during the day with the other dogs during day care and they send me pictures during the day so I know that he is doing ok. I would recommend any pet owner to bring their pets here for their boarding needs.

I started taking my two dogs to Medlin Pet Company right after they opened. I have only received the highest quality of customer service and my dogs receive love and attention when I drop them off. I have used their day care service, boarding service and grooming service and they are top notch at all of them. I can not recommend them enough, as I truly feel my dogs are taken care of just as well there as they are at home. Highly recommend Medlin Pet Company! Our Basset Hound Kaia loves going for doggie daycare, boarding, baths and even for nail trims (something she would not let ANYONE else do but Medlin!) The wonderful employees send me pics during her stays and I feel so at ease knowing she is being well taken care of and staying in a CLEAN and SAFE facility! Everyone there is so loving and attentive to all the fur babies in their care. We just welcomed a new addition to our crew and I am confident she will love Medlin just as much as her sister!

I took my golden doodle in for boarding on avWednesday. He loves being with people and other furry friends. They only have day care on week days. On the weekends they come in periodically thru the day to feed and allow the pets to relieve themselves, which is understandable. He got overly anxious and had a problem. They texted me very promptly so that I could call my vet to see what I should do. We stayed in contact until I could get someone to come and get him. They are the best and caring facility around. I will use them as often as needed.Bentley gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. He loves everything about going there.

My dog Jackson loves this place. He is always happy and healthy when i pick him up! The staff is very friendly and professional! I showed up unannounced to see the facility for the first time. They took me back for a tour and I was impressed at how clean everything was. I always recommend Medlin!

This was my first time leaving my two dogs so, naturally, I was a little nervous. They did great with them. They send you daily reports on the dogs and send you plenty of pictures and videos to ease your mind. Will definitely be using them again!

I have given all of the dog boarding/ grooming facilities an opportunity in the Sullivan area because I wanted the best for my little fur baby Jackson 🐶. Our dog Bader loves going to Medlins once a week for daycare. He runs in excitedly to greet the ladies working there and is always happy to see them. We love getting the report cards during the day he attends daycare letting us know what he’s been up to. The grooming Bader gets done twice a month is always spectacular and leaves him soft and smelling great!! Medlins is awesome at caring for our sweet boy.
