We always seem to stop by when we do our Dr trip. This time, they were deep in a store reset. And yes, we raided the clearance isles. The employees were all nice, and you could tell they were tired but having up. I've worked resets, and it's a pain, but they were doing it right. Keep it up, Ya'll!!!

I had a horrible experience with this store and how they handled my exchange. I called and was told I could bring my defective chainsaw in the store with my original receipt and exchange it for another one. I walked in the store and explained to the young man cashier what I needed. Another lady worker came to the register and kept questioning me about who I talked to and when I called. Then she asked for a credit card. I was confused why she needed a card for an exchange. She said she was doing a return like I asked. I asked for an exchange and I never even spoke to her, she jumped in to help the cashier and took over the process. She paged for a manager a couple of times and stared at me like she didn't want to help me. She finally told me to go get another one and never offered to have it brought up front for me. There was no other exact chainsaw on the shelf. The same lady told me that if it wasn't on the shelf that they did not have it. I told her I had just drove 50 minutes to do this exchange. She asked where I came from and when I said Fenton area she tried telling me there was another location in our area, which there is not. FINALLY, a couple of employees, including the rude lady, came to the aisle where the chainsaws are and gave me the display chainsaw and did the exchange. I did not feel like the employees wanted to help us or deal with the exchange. I also felt like because of all the questions they did not believe I called the store and was instructed to bring it up there. I will not spend my money at this store or any Bomgaars again. I also tried to call Corporate and file a complaint and was hung up on. This is not how to run a respectable business.

This place is always changing prices shop feed stores for better prices. Dog food is always out of stock so left traveling to find the right food. Pellets listed for 1 price go in and they jacked them up on sale to try and make money.

Prices are pretty good there but the problem is the employees don't have prices on there items for sale... Especially when it comes to the bird seed... They say hello when you first walk in and they just stand around and do nothing lol kinda like the Walmart in Sullivan. Idiots getting paid good money

This is the old Orscheln Farm & Home store, and it doesn't appear to have changed much at all. Their prices are a bit higher than I'd like, and they never seem to have enough help there, but they are very friendly, and you can find some bargains there if you look around.

Farm and home store. It's a bit difficult to find employees if you have a question and many items didn't have prices. There are only 2 registers but most of the time only one cashier so there is always a wait to pay. It didn't have the product I needed on the shelf and there were no employees around to ask.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. People are rude. Standing around on there phones. I ask for help on a return and the lady acted like she couldn’t exchange for a smaller size.

Went in to one of your stores to use my $10 off $30 purchase for pets birthday spent over $30 cashier said there was no $10 off wife went in to use hers they said the same thing we both got the email for it never had a problem before I am not happy and will be shopping at a different farm and home store not orscheln anymore. Your prices are always screwed up and charge more than what the sticker says have to get someone to check it so they can change it

I will not shop at this store again. Manager was extremely rude when I asked for a price correction on a shrub I was purchasing. The sign said 30% off plus an additional 12.5% off and all that was taken off at the register was 20%. Informed the manager (Don I believe) and he pointed his finger at me and told me I was wrong. I witnessed them overcharging and elderly lady in front of me also. So unprofessional. If you have a sales sign up, honor it and never tell a customer they are wrong.

I only shop here for my dog food and seems they are slimming down the type of food I buy makes me sad cause it's the only place in town that sells it. They are a little pricey but also love the quality so I'll pay for it to make my fur babies happy. Employees are nice and helpful I had on take a heavy bag out of my arms and sat it on the counter which was very nice cause I am a small girl :)

There is a wide variety of products for home, farm, and shop. Departments and aisles are well laid out and organized. That makes products easy to find. The sales staff are friendly and helpful. Though they didn't have what I needed, they provided the names of stores that might. When shopping in Sullivan, this will be one of my stops.

It's a good place to find things you might not find at your local hardware store. I needed some plumbing parts and no one else in town had them. I found what I needed here.Orcheln's has a good variety of Farm and Home items.
