Went in while my mom filled her car. Employees playing on cell phones, there is trash and dust everywhere, the floors look filthy like they haven’t been mopped or scrubbed in months and the counter shelves are beat up and thick with black dust / grime. The pizza in the warmers always look under cooked, no good browning at all. While I was there the pizza phone rang and the girl cooking is in sweatpants and a hoodie, not the Casey’s uniform. What happened to the selection of drinks? Most of what’s in the coolers is alcohol and “energy” drinks. I work in customer services. The store is disgraceful and needs to be shut down by the health department

Terrible service, rude employees, I asked for a slice of pizza and the heavier set red headed lady with glasses didn’t wash her hands before handing it to me so I asked for her to either wash her hands or put gloves on and get me a new piece. She then proceeded to throw the old one away then throw the new one in my direction. You can’t have employees acting like children and throwing fits. This was completely out of line. She needs to go, I have had other people say the same thing if not Casey’s will end up loosing a lot of business.

Do not go here their is always something wrong or broken at this store today the credit card machines outside on gas pumps dont work I went in told the guy to prepay 70.00 he runs the card for 75.00dollars my truck held 59.pp I went back in and told. He gets some lady she tells me it will only charge for what I pumped. Wrong now I have to call corporate. they know nothing at this store

Extremely bad service and disrespectful people. Very disrespectful arrogant attitude towards customers just because we asked about their mask rules. I even complied and wore a mask and they had four people standing there with no social distancing, yet they get rude with a customer just for asking
