This company was utterly amazing. Showed up exactly when they were supposed to and I know in this day and age it’s sad that we have to be happy for that but they did very courteous. They had door screens to keep my AC in and the flies out corner protectors so their hose didn’t drag across my walls. Very professional showed me all the ingredients they used to clean with explain the process and rates that were absolutely outstanding, I am a terrible photographer but I will show a couple pictures of before and after. Reached out and Steve helped us get scheduled asap. We had some pretty dirty couches and chairs. He did such an excellent job. His communication is great and timely. Before and after photos are helpful as we don’t live nearby. Highly recommend. Trustworthy and professional! We also use him for carpets. Steve at Ultra Carpet Care was terrific. I was skeptical that he'd be able to get a few of the pet stains in our carpet that had been there 2-3 years but he got them out and our carpet looks new again. He was also very professional and courteous. We will definitely use Ultra again when we need our carpets cleaned!
