Nice company to work for. The equipment is good & newer. The Kenworth T680 trucks are nice, comes with refrigerator, inverter, APU or EPU, bunk heater and tires are duals.Loads are easy to do as there are no loads to west coast and Northeast(which is good). Lots of drop and hooks and same familiar customers. Dry van is less of a headache. Safety don't nitpick drivers. Just stay away from tickets and accidents. Drove for RBX for a year before moving out west.

Like all trucking companies....It has its issues. But, all you have to do is go in and talk to the bosses and they fix the problem. Very friendly owners and staff willingly to work with you.They stay on top of fuel prices and fixing mechanical issues IF you have any.Come give them a try and mention # VANDA sent you in.If you want to do minimum driving this is your company. I love how everyone at RBX are so friendly and they're also so caring about their employees and keeps them running. No I do not work for RBX but my boyfriend does and he loves the company and the people that he works with .. I love that I also get to go on the road with him on the truck .

The best experience by far. This company really cares about their drivers, seeing how just about everyone in the driver leads at one point in time were truck drivers themselves. This company also really cares about family. Most companies would treat passengers as a non-important person. However not with this place. I stood back not expecting to to get anything because I never got anything from orientation. This place on the other hand included me as a passenger gave me a hat and a shirt. I don't even think the merchandise guy realizes just how happy he made me just by merely acknowledging my existence. The type of fright that RBX deals with is Dry van. So if you guys are looking for a family-oriented trucking job come over to RBX.

Great place to work. Been here a couple months now, pay isn't the highest out there but they keep you out of dead areas, do their best to keep you out of bad weather areas so you're not just sitting. They know you by name and every single management person has been a driver. Honestly love it here, would highly recommend, especially for new drivers

Great company to work for. I enjoyed my time at RBX. Very friendly staff and owner. Lower pay than most companies but dispatch gives you the miles to make up the difference and home time is awesome. I’d highly recommend RBX to any driver especially beginners. Thanks a lot RBX. 💯

My husband loves this company and I’m a lucky wife to be able to join him on the truck whenever we want. All of their trucks are in top-notch condition. The fact that they have paved their lot and painted parking lines, installed a fuel isle, they give free truck washes to their drivers during certain times and days as well as free showers at the TA for being an employee is a really nice benefit too! All of these things really go to show how professional this company is and how much they care about their drivers. They always work their hardest to get us home when we need it and get us the most miles possible.

Been here for 8 month really like it. Good equipment for the most part, good home time, pay is higher than alot of places, good service area, friendly, thinking about lease purchasing the truck i have when it becomes available. Only things that would bump it up to 5 stars is if it didnt take 4 days to get the truck back from the shop or if somebody can approve parts on a weekend i got stuck in dallas for 5 days

Trucking company. Unless you work there, delivering, or are a vendor do not visit. The drivers are coming and going at all time. And unless you’re there delivering some thing like food or a trailer to be swapped out with another driver to continue on with the load or you’re getting your truck fixed at the shop or you are a vendor or doing work on the building like they currently are.

Truck Broke down in Rockford, Illinois. KW said almost a week till it will be ready. Company got me a Rental Car to back home to Kansas in lieu of having to wait there in a motel. Great Company.

We hire truck drivers, and I called to speak with someone about getting a verification. I got thrown around to a couple of people, and the last guy at extension 7943 gave me the fax number quicker than I could write it down or get his name and hung up on me. I tried calling back, but I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone anymore.

April 13, 2021 8:25 A.M. I44 WB MM 2 in MO. one of their drivers cut off another truck in the left lane which almost smoked his brakes. Do that to the wrong person and you could be ran off the road.

DM will tell you one thing and operations mgr. Will say another. I was broke down in Dalton Georgia with a shattered front leaf spring on a 2020 Kenworth only to find out rbx wanted to tow the tractor to Atlanta for warranty repair when Chattanooga TN was only 30 miles away???? Because rbx Does Not pay breakdown $$ if they can slip seat you in another tractor to do local p/u and deliveries so I guess the towing company wins out in the end. There used to be a no forced dispatch policy but that's probably long gone as you read this Long story short I got a hotel room for 6 1/2 days and NO breakdown pay Good luck to those who think RBX cares about your safety or what they put in print because it changes with or without notice. By the way one of the owners by the name " randle " didn't return any phone calls I made so the open door policy is and will be in doubt

My husband has worked for a lot of different trucking companies and he has now concluded that RBX has the best lease program for him. They have a training program, lease program, company drivers and owner operators. They are a really good company to work for.
