The furniture repair technician came over to fix a couple of deep dents caused by a moving company. The tech came at the scheduled time. He was very professional and politely responded to my requests. I couldn't believe how well the finished repair looked. He filled in the dents and matched the existing color very well. He even simulated the wood texture well. He had a real talent for craftsmanship. I would definitely hire Finishing Touch Furniture Services LLC in Springfield MO again.

This is a family owned business who will not disappoint you. We had a very uncomfortable Lazyboy recliner that needed more support in the back and seat. The service was excellent from the time Christina contacted us to schedule an appointment where Dominick fixed our chair the same day of inspection. It was a totally awesome improvement, even better than the original new recliner was! Pleasant, professional efficient and reasonable, would highly recommend!Berverly Aipperspach

There were marks all over the table like the one circled. I did not have any issues with communication with the company or him. Dominick came out to replace the fabric cover on our chair and a half after my 4 year old did a number on it. Your can tell he knows what he is doing as it looks brand new now.He was super friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody!

Very happy with this company service. We bought a double recliner recently. when the furniture store had it delivered and set it up, we noticed the top left corner of the left recliner was not sewn in. Finishing touch called to set up an appointment in a timely fashion and called in advance of arrival. Did an excellent job on the repair. Looked perfect. Could not tell there had ever been an imperfection. Nice polite people. The young man fixing the recliner, besides being efficient, was very friendly, sweet guy. Hope he keeps whistling 😗😊

Dominic came out to do a repair on a solid oak chest of drawers that was damaged when Two Men and a Truck was moving it. We were concerned that the quality of the repair would be poor, but the workmanship was the highest quality and we can’t tell the piece was ever damaged. These folks understand their craft, use them with confidence.

This is a quality company. They are great communicators, from the moment my warranty claim hit their desk they have been excellent. Dominick the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast in his work. He also repaired two of our pieces thar needed reinforcement of stitching that was not a part of the original claim. The work came in under the estimate. We highly reccomend this family owned company for all your furniture repair needs.

We had some pretty serious damage on our wood handrail from a 24' ext ladder being dropped on it. We also had a lot of scratches/scuffs on the stair end caps. Rick and Dominick are miracle workers. They fixed every blemish and flaw. I'm still not sure how Rick made the damaged areas disappear, but our stair case now looks brand new. Thank you guys!!!!

A few months ago they fixed my couch that was damaged in an overseas move. They did great and you can't even see where they accessed the damaged sectional. They also repaired a cheap desk I got from office Depot. Looks brand new now.
