Poor customer service wouldn’t advice anyone to do business with them till they replace or change her (what a rude lady ever meet) the front entrance business door was lock there is a ring bell camera on the right edge of the door to me I understood as it was meant for someone to ring whenever someone is entering and here she is opening the door for me she started yelling at me that I should open the door and not ring or knock the door I gently reply but the door is locked and replied not it’s not and how can I help you then I told her the business I was in for (APU units) she commanded me to sit and wait next to a dog couch with dog sitting on it . From that point my mood changed and I decided not to buy anything from them and walked outWhat a world are we into???? When someone you pay his or wages demeans you like thisHell with you business and I feel sorry for whoever you’re making business with

I recommend the place 100%, I just didn't really like the price per hour of work but I understand that it is in the quality service and that I guarantee that they will leave with their units working. I had a rotten old panel that was broken and falling off. I found apu center online and they had the part I needed and more. I was passing through the city so I called to confirm they had it in stock. They sure did. Excellent customer service. I arrived close to closing they didn't rush me they even took me to the back to show me the inventory. I had many questions they answered it all. I was missing a few screws and washer I offered to buy them. They provided it for free. I had trouble with lining up the panel and screwing it in. Tim came right out with his power tools and put it on for me and made sure it was secured. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend apu center for all your apu needs. Everyone in the office was great.

I really like the people here! The last 2 times I've been in here my unit has been under warranty, and they was super busy! I offered to buy the parts and put them on. They wouldn't do that! THEY GAVE ME THE PARTS, FREE!!.(They offered me an appointment, but I couldn't wait).I honestly & highly recommend this place to anyone for an APU! Be patient with them, sometimes they are ridiculously busy, like in the summer.😄😁Thank you guys!

I contacted inquiring about an APU after seeing their billboard. From the initial call I knew I'd be purchasing a unit from them. I financed my unit and that process was just as easy. They were able to get install set-up within 2 days (minus the weekend) when I arrived at 0800 they were eager to get started. I filled out a couple of papers pulled in the bay and they began. They explained every aspect of the install. My installers were Justin and Micah. These 2 guys went above and beyond to not only do a quality install but also made sure I knew how to operate system, service intervals and etc. I highly recommend this business.

I must say that if u want to get things done correctly and professionally,this is the place to come to.i drove from north carolina to get apu installed and i do not regret.Kerry and Micah are the best techs i have met so far in trucking industry.i hardly trust mechanics to work on my truck and not watching what they doing.But this place i can leave my truck with close eyes.Best part is that you don’t have to tell them if something don’t look rite,they will fix the problem without u asking them.keep up the good work and honesty.Updatei guess i give them 5 stars too early.after apu running for 2 days it’s stop working give me ALT code.called them they say come back they will look it because it’s still under 6 months warranty.So i decided to look at the problem myself.Soon i drop the bottom shield i saw broken bolt sitting on shield.that bolt was from alternator.i was shocked to see the alternator brackets they use was home made custom wielded mount.Went to thermoking and bought new bracket and original bolt assembly and installed myself.Apu start working without any ALT code.i understand it’s used APU but when u charging $7500 for that thing at least install correct part.new mount cost $141 and bolts cost $14.Come on guys i was expecting better from u.below is the pics of new and old bracket with correct bolts.

So i had a used dynasys APU installed,So it had a little oil leak because a part was cracked on it and fuel leak was leaking Josh was able to find it and have me up and going again within an 1.5 hrs!!! Thanks man!.. that these guys were really cool.I will definitely be back to get some service work done there and stuff like that since I live locally. But more than that Jared talked with me on the phone & on messenger and was able to give me all kinds of knowledge and was very helpful the bag reviews on here are from truck drivers that won everything their way. I'm in at the end of the day this is still just another shop working on a specialty item so give the guys patients and let them do their job.I'm a satisfied customer!!! I'll be back & will recommend them all day long.

Shout out to Kerry, Tim and Micah!!!These guys do great work. Got me right in. Got my old APUnit and AC/Heater HVAC in my sleeper running after many months sitting unused. Fixed injectors, injector heads, glow pins, generator belt, motherboard, tubing, PM service and much more, for a very fair price. In at 8am and out by 2pm. I highly recommend this place, even if you have to go out of your way to get there, it's WORTH IT! Now, I dont have to idle my engine all night and put hundreds of hours on my Cummins engine to stay warm or cool all over the country.Super knowledgeable, nice guys and great service! I'll be back for all my APU needs. Thanks guys!! <3

11/302023 came with code (ALT) on my apu and my bunk heater not working, right of way tim help me to drop trailer and direct me to bay 4 to work on my unit . Bunk heater was block with some kind of resins tim got it clean and put a new filter in and is working perfectly. Also they reemplace the alternador very professional and kept me updated truck the process . About 3 hrs, im very happy with Micah ,tim and the 1st guy that answer the phone , i want to say he's name kaden and Hanna.

Such a great experience! Everyone is very knowledgeable. I was gonna go somewhere close to home, Bob called me to make sure I made an informed decision. Was scheduled for today but weather was moving in. Got there yesterday and Tim, Kerry, Micah and Kaden got started. Got my old unit off and new unit installed in 1 day with my inverter and webmaster bunk heater! With weather moving in they stayed late to get me finished. Class act all the way around! Best prices. Tim kept me updated through the day and Kerry made sure I knew how to work everything b4 I left. So pleased with everythingCan't recommend highly enough. Thanks guys! Also, they have a wonderful mascot, a Doberman, that will stay right with you as long as you'll pet him.Update. Had to get some warranty work done more than once. We had a generator in our motorhome that needed to be assessed to find what the problem was with it. They assessed it and found it needed a stator / rotor replaced. They tried to find one for us through Cummins to no avail. We found one in Jackson, MS. We talked to them and they arranged to have the part shipped to them. We took the generator to the Apucenter, they installed the part. Generator works great. We could not be happier with the service, was very affordable. Very nice people. Only thing I can think of that wasn't pleasant was falling on the bathroom, it has a raised floor and I did not notice the sign to the left of the door.
