Pepper gets down to your fur baby no matter the size! I have two large dogs. She gets on the floor with the animal in anything she does for them! She lets you stay with your fur baby if you would like while she grooms them. She is the best for my fur baby.One of my large dogs is mean to strangers.No other groomer will take him. Pepper does and has no problem with him.

I had a grooming full service for my Pumpkin yesterday. Pepper did a fantastic job on Pumpkin! Pumpkin had some undercoat around her tail, Pepper cut those. Then Pepper fixed her nails, cleaned her ears, took her to bath, and brushed her to prevent for shedding. Pumpkin was super happy when we finished, and she looks so pretty and energetic! Very satisfied with the service Pepper provided!

Pepper spent quality time and calmed their nervousness in a new environment. Very pleased with the superior grooming she gave, she deshedded, shampooed, conditioned them, all at reasonable pricing. She's licensed and is a professional groomer.Definitely will continue to go to Steelville for my grooming needs.

Took 2 dogs to get a nail trim. Great prices, great service!! Pepper was very friendly. The shop is just in her basement, with a nice little waiting room. Even has a TV to watch while you wait. We would definitely go back. Our dogs are big babies - so we don't enjoy trimming their nails at all!!

Took our mimi rat terrier, about 6 months to get his nails trimmed. Owner was very caring with Bud, he is 15 & blind & she was very gentle with him, diffently will bring Bud back and let family & friends know about this place (her basement is setup for grooming) and the prices are decent & closer to home!!!

She was so thorough with our older pom yet oh so gentle. Then, we find out she is studying to be a veterinarian assistant right now on her way to become a full fledged veterinarian!!! We absolutely could not have found a better groomer!
