This is a great place to have a sit down family meal. Staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. Daily specials are good. Excellent value for the price you pay.

We had a hog done here in September and are awaiting another now. Very courteous staff, helpful and patient. It’s worth the long drive from KCMO to pick up our meat. Meat is outstanding, curing process is second to none. Thank you to Edsons staff!
