Not the same since my favorite employee Byrd ( Linda ) transfered to another store. Service is not the same without her. She was the reason I came all the way to this location. She made us feel special.

More specifically than just the Supercenter, the Auto Care Center was where I would have to say excelled. Kenton, the service manager, came through when it counted the most. Normally, getting a tire changed would be a routine that most people have very little trouble with. However, we were over six hours from home; drove last night on an emergency donut for over 120 miles at 50 mph. Now, buying from the dot com is a bad thing. The corporate website will not tell you whether something is actually in inventory at any location. That's where Kenton played the role of guide. Choosing a tire nowadays is nothing like a decade ago. You have to know a multitude of things about your vehicle AND your tires. Add in the state laws that mandate what services can be used.We got exactly what we needed in 15 minutes.

Terrible Customer Service.Don't go before 7 a.m. the only registers open are self checkout. Good thing I didn't do my monthly shopping. It would have taken me all day to check myself out.I grew up near Bentonville Ar. I bet the founder would fall out if he could see how customers are treated now. Not even a hello, can I help you find something, anymore. Just run over you with their personal shopper carts and stock carts. No excuse me, nothing. Just dirty looks. Because you need to do your shopping. How rude!Yet another bad experience with customer service, again today. Apparently customer service is out the door at this store.The only person at this store that ever makes you feel welcome, is the elderly lady at the door, with the eccentric hat collection. Maybe she should be a manager instead of a door greeter..

Clean store from what I saw, didn't go throughout store just around pharmacy. I am disabled and it hurts to walk and was happy to see the mobilized scooters available and all were plugged in and fully charged for myself and customers to use. Shelves were well stocked for the most part but I got there around 9:00 pm in the evening. The cashier that checked me out named Jessica was extremely helpful. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly, and came around from register after scanning my items to put my items back in my mobilized cart. Very pleasant experience and definitely will return to this location in future.

Came in for a simple tire fix. They informed me it couldn't be fixed, but it wasn't in the sidewall by any means. When I got my car back, the steering wheel leather was damaged from them driving it into the shop and out of the shop because they had scuffed it at some point. Would not recommend.

After spending nearly $200, the lady at the door wanted to check my receipt. I was still busy putting my wallet away ,so I said "sure, you can find it in one of these bags" She said "That is not my job." When is customer service not your job?

My visit was typical of going to Walmart find the things that you went there for and also things not on your list that you want and pick up other things you don't need but want.Then it's off to the self check out that I'm sure everyone loves scanning and bagging all your purchases while corrections officers Oops, I mean Walmart workers stare at your every move, whether planted near you or possibly swarming around you all to make sure you are not stealing anything in which I don't steal so that's not what bothers me because that's not something that I subscribe to, I have a problem with the fact that if I need help for example, paying with two forms of payment. It seems like the workers mostly act like they are put out, probably because it takes them away from watching if anyone is stealing. As consumers spending hard-earned money and choosing to shop there, we were are not given any training as a cashier. Now its time to exit the store only to be stopped by door attendant asking to see your receipt to do a final check to see if everything in your cart was paid for by checking your receipt. My thoughts on checking my receipt is if you don't trust me to scan my items and bag them then you should have never given me that job that I don't want and never asked for! I wondered what they look for on the receipt by visually scanning over the receipt kind of quick and say when you have 50 items in your bags, you can't tell me that they are able to detect an item thats in your bags but not on your receipt but not on the receipt as fast as they look over the receipt. I asked an employee checking receipts why I was asked to see my receipt and I noticed a couple people leaving the store in front of me were not asked. The answer I was given is because I had items on the underneath rack of the shopping cart and they check any larger items in your cart. So does that mean that if people have items on the bottom rack of the cart you are more likely to steal? Yes there is another option by going thru the only line that does have a cashier. That is if you want to wait in line for a long time, because a lot of people with a full cart prefer to go thru the line with a cashier and it seems like the cashier is usually the slowest worker available. It's to bad that Walmart put smaller businesses out of business because we as people are all about convenience and saving time and money. Hence, it's our own fault for leaving smaller businesses and creating this monster Walmart.

Had a cart full of groceries. No actual lanes open so had to go to self check out. Lady working the self checkout just stood leaned up against a closed checkout sees we can't get some things to scan. She is even made eye contact with and told can't get items to scan she just smiles. Instead of coming over to help get items rang up we had to leave said items. Thanks for paying the employees to sit there and watch us like we are stealing instead of making sure we can get all ite.s we came for. Bring back people to checkouts.

For Walmart, it was pretty well stocked. There's always generally a lot of people here but that's pretty standard for Walmart. I got pick up groceries here and they were pretty quick and we chatted up a little bit while they loaded my groceries in the car. Pretty standard Walmart but standards pretty much the best you're going to get anyway.

The delivery idea was for people who needed items delivered to their address, due to being unable to go to store . Not only was it not delivered to the right place , the money was refunded. Does Walmart realize refunds aren't always the answer. Your wasting people's time. We still have to get items to feed our family. No real solution was accomplished.

This is the furthest store from my home but I go out of my way to go to this one...normally. The last several times was horrible. They are extremely rude at the self checkout. Any error in misleads is an automatic scrutinization like your a thief. I am not ever going out of my way for this store again. Not everyone is breaking the law.

Very bad experience printing photos at the store.I tried to upload them wireless 10 times, but it still didn't loaded them. Waist of time.Last time when I uploaded, was bad, and not from the first attempt, but still got it. But this time out of 70 pictures, i uploaded only 3.Disappointed

I previously thought OGP at this store was the best in town. The last month or so I have had long waits to pick up my groceries or they have been delayed. Today was the final straw delayed for 2 hours. I canceled the order. I won't use them again. What has happened? Did u get some idiot new manager that thinks they can make things better? Obviously it is not working!!!!

I love the selection that HyVee has, the employees are always polite and helpful. I buy all my meat here and then a lot of my other items I'm trying and I find that they are less than Walmart prices. I highly recommended HyVee!! Wal mart in Republic I won't even walk into. Soo rude. I hate the self checkouts.

It is a Walmart where you check your self completely sooooooo..... And I HATE going into town these days not all but people are freaking weird or loosing it killing kidnappings people getting robbed all over the town but this Walmart has a lot of traffic so lots of weirdos. We got in and got out I don't know what to say it's a trip to Walmart... The lady that was working in the like make up area was great she was funny as heck she helped me get ummm a adult toy out of the locked cabinet for me she was pretty awesome!!

Walmart used to be affordable. Even their in store brands seem highly priced. Come on Walmart. Roll back those prices. Seems like some things are double pre COVID 2019 pricing. Even for store brands aka " Great Value". It would be so helpful if the basics were a little cheaper in GV brands.Also where is their staff? Very few people on the floor. A stocker and a couple people overseeing check out/cashier. And security for products they just watched you pay for. It really isn't an enjoyable shopping trip anymore. Thanks to limited cashier's and security. No one enjoys being treated like they are stealing with the receipt checks.

The greeter didn't greet me, and self checkout guy (short blond hair) looked right at me when I waved and just ignored me. Bit rude and unwelcoming here.

I wanted to get some perfumes from a case they called for assistance and two employees arrived about 5 minutes later with a terrible attitude and no customer service skills. I said hello let her know I wanted to buy some things from the perfume case . She just let out a heavy loud annoyed sigh then she asked did i know want i said no thats She then again with the long sigh. I asked if I was keeping her from something and told her just forget it. this was really poor example of assistance . She was the rudest person i have ever dealt with that was supposed to be helping me out.

It is an insult that we are kept to self checkout with 3 to 6 employees watching us and never having extra carts to load with. Then, as we leave, a pushy old lady in crude hats insists she go through what we just checked out. This, on top of the cameras and AI monitoring our work.

Always low stock, never much variety in any aisle. Prices are immensely higher at Walmart vs. most other stores. The only plus is that it is a "convenience" to get most things in one place, rather than to go to 3 stores to get 60 or 70 same brand as Walmart items.

Terrible! I never can get help at this store for movies or anything. They are late, late, LATE getting movies out on time every Tuesday and when they finally do get them out their rude during check out at the Electronics register.BUT the most disturbing thing of all is when you leave the store and this woman who wears STUPID HATS has to check every bag you have even when she sees you paying for the stuff at the registers. It's really bad with her, she's got a chip on her shoulder. And it's not just me, its lots of people who really hate the staff at this place. I prefer Campbell walmart as they are far more friendly.

Very rude employees. I watched an employee jump on an elderly woman because she was having problems with the self checkout, that I did put in my two cents worth and told the employee off and management.
