A great place to shop but be aware of false details before applying at this location! Another note.. The manager won't give me my PPTO I earned during the few days I worked there! So yeah, management is horrible here! No wonder they can't keep employee's 😂

I came in March 5 about 12:30 and received such wonderful customer service from an associate named Joe his name tag said, he was very helpful and friendly, like customer service USED to be, made my experience at this Walmart very pleasant, thank you

I didn’t get her name, but short, brown haired lady claiming to be a manager is unstable. Rude, condescending, and completely unaware of how to do her job, or communicate with a customer. Needs to be fired immediately.

I went thru self check out I had less then 10 items I scanned my items and on my way out I was stopped because the person working at the door asked to see my receipt. I said to her " you trust me enough to scan my own groceries however you want to stop me to see if I scanned everthing" then I simply asked her why exactly did you stop me her answer was " you have soda in your cart" she checked over the receipt and all items in my cart was on the receipt..I thought that the most ridiculous response that she gave me mind you the coke was in the cart and not on the bottom of the cart It's possible when soda is on the bottom it could get over looked weather in self check out or if you wait forever and have a checker scan your items. I said to her as I took my receipt back from her " this seems like it could be borderline discrimination" she then responded " I'm doing my job" I said " really? You're in charge of picking and choosing who to ask for a receipt? What do you base that decision on" she pretty much ignored my question then she continued a conversation she was engaged in with a co-worker...If Walmart doesn't trust customers to scan all items then maybe they should open up check out lanes instead of forcing us to do both check our items and bag our own groceriesI'm not done: I was told at a Walmart super center on KS Exp that you must stop at the entry way to have the attendant put a sticker on your items you are wanting to return or exchange regardless if you have a receipt or not. This is apparently a new policy the assistant explained to myself and my friend that was with me...as my voice started to get louder as I asked her if they post any new policies that have in place so that maybe when a person will know upfront of these new policies she explained that a customer could find a receipt then go gather the items on the receipt then head to customer service to get a refund...I was so appalled with her explanation what I heard her saying was that I may have stolen the items. I blew her case way out of the water when one of the items I was returning came from behind a locked case in the store! So based in your theory how did I get that item? I was so mad at this point I said you're giving me a refund or you will have a law suite on your hands i said let's check your cameras to see if the items were brought in with me upon entering the store...the cameras don't lie. Needless to say I got my money back for my returned items. Ms assistant thought she was going to deny me and send me on my way but I don't think so! I try not to shop at Walmart if i can avoid it.

We normally will not review places like Walmart with the store chain being a common place to shop.Appreciation is in order due to us being able to get everything we needed for Thanksgiving.They weren’t out of a single item on our list. We were thinking we would be going to 3 Walmarts to get everything.Great job Grand St Walmart Associates.✌️👍👏🏻🤗🤛😀

Went in to take money off my One Card at 9:30 PM. The woman behind customer service said they were closed. Hours are posted until 11:00 PM. Went to another Market on West Mt. Vernon and had no issues at 9:55 PM. Staff were rude and acted too busy to address any concerns or comments.

Went to the pharmacy to get medicine for my mom. Person at the pharmacy demanded to know why my mom (survivor of horrific accident that'll leave her permanently disabled) needed the pain medicine in a very judgemrntal and accusatory tone. Beyond unprofessional. Won't be going back.

I had never been in this store before, but really wanted a duck to cook and this store was the ONLY local store stating they had them in stock. After unsuccessfully looking myself, I stopped at the front customer service desk and asked Tammy if she could double check just in case, since I had driven in from Ozark. She ended up collaborating with Amanda who was kind enough to go with me to look, and she in turn asked two more coworkers, because none were where it said they should be. Eventually, Dante was able to find me a case in the freezer storage so I bought two! I was thrilled to have the ducks, but more so for the kindness shown. All the employees I encountered were polite and friendly, and that means a lot to me. Plus the store was one of the cleanest I have been into in a very long time! Kudos! It was a great experience.

Love this store. Very kind people. Although I overheard a customer asking a worker why she was sitting down on the job and I look over and realized she was in a wheelchair. What a but head. Workers are always Amazing.

Poor customer made my husband pay full price when we have ex insurance very bad customer when he asked if they called our insurance company they lied because I did call the insurance company.This pharmacy is good half the time they send out texts to let customers know theirs ex scripts r ready to be picked up n when the customers get their they are told to pay full price because they don’t accept a customers insurance card when in fact they actually do.I’m filing a complaint against them for fraud and false business practices.Walmart pharmacists r just pharmacists not sales agents yet they’re forcing them to make customers pay full price in order to pocket money from poor Walmart customers who live on a budget.There are laws to protect the consumer and I’ll find out which laws and will get the money back.

The store has converted to almost complete self checkout. I do not recommend shopping here unless you are only grabbing a few items( like 10 or less)-If you are going to fill up your cart there simply isn't room to check out. It's only a tiny square area allotted for items. You cannot put your cart in front of you to check out as it will hit the next person. Nor can can you stand at the end to unload items as then it's in the way also. There's only one spot for bagging and it won't fit your own bags- even the bags that Walmart sells. It's very poorly designed.There is a regular lane but expect a very long wait. Super frustrating.

Update: My pickup orders are always quick and accurate. There's always security in the parking lot it's probably become the safest Walmart in town.Produce is decent nowadays. I haven't been inside this store in a while, just use pickup, however I've heard it's really nice inside now since the remodel. Pick up is quick and efficient, rarely an error - when I do get an expired item or a mistake it's so rare as to be about the same error rate as I would have shopping myself. The store is also much more secure, with security patrolling the parking lot all the time.

I've been in this store on many occasions and have personally witnessed one of the members, who is part of management, treat customers and fellow staff members with utter and total disrespect! This is not how a person of leadership is supposed to model interactions to their team members. This leads to frustrations with the staff and doesn't reflect the values that I'm sure Walmart wants to instill in the community! Proper training of management needs to take place to make this particular Walmart be more than just an embarrassment!

Curbside pick up at this location is always quick & efficient! When it comes to curbside all I really care about is quick , correct & decent customer care , this Location consistently meets all my expectations and then some . Unlike the neighborhood Walmart on glenstone rude and incompetent.

The store is very clean, I see employees with disinfectant spray bottles. Clean the belts at cashiers stations, credit card machines and the little stand where you write a check! Also the store offers a wide variety of items that you might run out of while preparing dinner for unexpected guests. It's in my neighborhood, which is definitely convenient 🙂

Not enough help.. always long lines. I don't mind that it's almost always busy, but they never ever have enough people covering check outs.. there was one lady there checking people out and then like 4 self check outs.. lines back into the aisles on all check outs open.. but like 3-4 check out lanes not opened with at least 6 employees walking around seeing this and not jumping in to help.. this store is close to our house/ school but we're tempted to go to another one farther away at this point. On a side note, they are out of a ton of things quite often (this was before the shortages started via COVID 19). Overall, 2 stars. Convenient.. but lots of issues here!

Majority of staff are friendly and competent.Only a handful of SJW types projecting hate, it's a growing issue for me.The pharmacist are great, Ms. Nguyen is wonderful , she is very professional and very friendly, always a pleasant experience with her.
