Went in this morning and shared my concern of no checkers, except self check out.I was Told by The self checkout associate Autumn, that she didn't have time to listen to my view of Only having the self checkouts open and stomped off.What ever happened to good customer service?

Lines we're short and parking wasn't to bad today. The food is high but not near as high as their competetor across the road. EDIT: This WM market has gone down hill fast. They close half the self check outs very early forcing people to wait in long lines at times. NEVER stock soda, and bakery selection not the best. They have no actual bakery or deli counters even though this says they do. Update: No major changes as of late. The milk cooler was almost empty today and lots of bare shelves.

This neighborhood Walmart Mount Vernon and West bypass. Don't go to this Walmart because they will call the cops on people that don't steal. If you have a seat you guys be careful because this Walmart will get you guys arrested for I'm buying groceries.

They have two full sections of self checkout stations only for Walmart + members only. That’s basically forcing the general public to buy their membership service or wait. [“Discrimination”]

Always friendly helpful people.Update April 23 2024. Different people for the most part. They, the workers, just ignore customers. The people working behind the customer service desk are so rude! Some of the workers that have been there since day one are helpful, but not the younger workers. This is the store on Mt Vernon in Springfield MO.

Fast, friendly workers, and a great place to go if you just need groceries, animal stuff, or random things. Awesome place to shop at and usually lowest prices then any other little grocery store.

This store opening in this location has been a gift. It is clean, the employees are kind, helpful and always willing to go that extra step. They also stock some things that will work for a Vegan diet. Not so standard here. Thank you Walmart.I want to add our gratitude to the pharmacy and it's staff. They are always helpful and kind. And above all, careful. This store has been a great addition to the neighborhood.

All the employees are helpful and nice. You can usually see them stocking shelves and produce is cheaper at this location for some reason. Store is always clean and as far as all the Walmarts in town this one is hands down a 5 stars.

I went shopping at this store and I bought A lot of yogurt for my kids and three of the containers were expired and chunky. I tried returning them and the nice lady Julie said I could not return them without a receipt. I asked to speak to her manager so Heather came out to speak with me. I asked if we could exchange these she said no while only looking at her phone the entire time when I asked her to look at me instead of staring at the phone she became rude and asked me to leave the store Julie was apologetic saying sorry that we couldn’t help more. The employees I dealt with are great and respectful management however was not helpful and do not seem to care about their customers at all

Only getting three stars because everyone was nice. Otherwise it would have gotten a one because the whole store needs a thorough cleaning. Especially the outside entryway and just inside the doors. Very disgusting today..

I generally don’t shop at the neighborhood Walmarts as I don’t like them but I was looking for a Redbox and this one was super convenient. So I ran in (couldn’t find anything so It took some time) but I grabbed my 2 items checked out and used the Redbox for movie night with the kids.

Some of the cashiers in this store are the most rude people I have dealwithI'm glad that I can drive to other towns to purchase my groceries. But the entire town is like that, very unfriendly and clique town and that is the way the cashiers in this Walmart act.

Outside of being jammed packed, the self checkout lines moved pretty quickly. They had regular checkouts opened as well. They are completely out of the tangerine outshine popsicles, they had everything else. Employees spoke nicely as I left, and there were plenty of carts to choose from.

I love groc. Shopping here..I no where everything is the store is always clean and everything is fresh.. I use the pharmacy here and I like self checkout here ..never have to wait..love the expanded Grate value prod.

Customer service is usually mediocre/decent but they have no real solutions when their machines don’t work properly. It’s a recurring problem that doesn’t seem to get fixed. In regards to their pharmacy, Their notifications are spotty at best when letting customers know their medications are ready, and they do not hold prescriptions for the full 9 days as policy states. With no regard to the fact that people work and if we’re not notified may be unable to arrange medication pickup. This is the second Walmart pharmacy that has been less than satisfactory.

Denied to be allowed to get diapers when it's 15 minutes till 11pm when they are supposed to closed and some dude standing outside won't let me in but people walking out. Just need diapers could be in and out and less then 15 minutes. Some people I swear. Like go work somewhere else is your jobs so bad.

Need to offer decomposable bags, fiber based, take your pick of regrowable/renewable sources plants/trees. Price cutters manages. Or offer re use of cardboard boxes like Costco does. Otherwise, good selection and hours. Usually has at least one cashier lane open.

We've pretty much sworn off Walmart Supercenters due to the poor customer service and their pivot to mostly all self checkout. But, this neighborhood market on the corner of West Bypass and Mt Vernon is a keeper. The workers are always friendly and typically, the customers are cordial as well. They have a few checkers available still at checkout and they are typically efficient and very courteous. I hope they keep those lanes available!

They are are in the middle of changing everything around so not only is nothing where it's supposed to be, there are giant cards in the middle of the aisle so you can't get down them. I had a case of water fall on my foot. Then I loaded my stuff on to self checkout because that is the only place there is anymore and was then told that was cash only so I had to move all of my stuff to a different self checkout aisle. It sucked. It is not the employee's fault.

This is where I shop on a regular basis. So I'm there 4 or 5 times a week. It's just a few minutes from my house & I can always get in & out pretty quick. They never move stuff around on you & the employees are extremely friendly & are ready go serve & help you in any way they can. Decent selection on produce & meat & you definitely can't beat the prices.

I really enjoy shopping here. It is on my route home from work, which is incredibly convenient. They carry a large variety of items to choose from. Their house brand is usually less expensive and just as good as the name brands on most items. I have never had poor customer service here. The parking lot is well designed and easy to navigate even in a giant Ford 250 van.

The people at this store are so very nice. I take my mom, who is in her 80's, shopping there. She is always treated kindly. I can't say enough good things about this store.

The store is easy to get around even though its smaller its more convenient and things are placed perfectly. The workers here, work hard, and are friendly. They keep the lot clean, and that has to be hard, because this place is always busy. Well done.
