The pharmacist himself did a great job handling my order. The store on the other hand could use a lot of work. Restrooms are not available to the public. There is usually a long line for the pharmacy inside and out. My last medication order was for 21 tablets. I got 20 and 1/2.

Called the pharmacy to see if my blood pressure/anxiety meds are in yet, the are constantly out and can't keep anything in stock, I sat on hold approx 26 minutes then got hung up on only to notice it was 1:30... apparently it's customary to ignore the hold calls instead of answering a quick question.... last time I was in the store I sat there for over a hour waiting, sat so long they forgot I was there n had to ask what I needed..... better customer service would be good..

After waiting in line for about 35 minutes they rold me i didnt have a prescription ready even fhough they had sent me a text a few days before saying that my prescription was ready. The pharmacist then came over and told me that there was a shortage of my medicine and since i hadnt came for 3 days they used it to fill someone elses script! Who does that? Its supposed to be available right there for 10 days before they put it back. It was a Friday and he told me to come back Monday that he would have more. What? It's a medicine that's very important to take it everyday. I didn't want to even give a star. You can never get ahold of the pharmacy. They just let it ring or pick it up and hang up. The drive thru line is always backed up and moves soooo slow. Inside line is the same. It's always a long wait. And they lie and give away your meds. Very unprofessional.

I’m a couponer, and it’s very important to me. On my most recent trip, Ainsley was my cashier and she was amazing! Without me asking, she let me know what products rang up with the weekly ad sale and what digital coupons applied, and which products they applied to. I’m a long time Walgreens shopper and I’ve had amazing experiences there, but nothing like this. Outside of that, she’s a super cool person! Very friendly and polite. She takes customer service seriously.Joy is the manager there and she’s also amazing! She was the manager at the store I went to before I moved and she’s always been awesome. She’s so sweet and makes sure everything goes as it should at the register and on the floor. She always has a big smile and is happy to help.

For 3 weeks I have gone to this Walgreens pharmacy at LEAST 6 times hoping my grandmothers diabetic TEST STRIPS were in. For 3 weeks they kept telling me that they were waiting for the doctor to respond back so she could get her refills. I go today trying to pick them up and they still aren't ready. Still the same excuse that they are waiting on the doctor. Finally got in touch with someone at the doctors office and Walgreens NEVER sent in a refill request. My grandmother is very diabetic and her test strips are 100% needed. She went entirely too long without them and we put our trust into the pharmacy thinking things were getting handled appropriately when they clearly were not. I should have known anyways considering it has never taken the doctor this long to respond to any sort of refill request. I do not and will not ever trust Walgreens to handle any of mine or my families medication from here on out. Also, the customer service from the lady running the drive thru was complete trash. Don't tell me it's "Not your problem" that it's taken 3 weeks and her medication still isn't filled.

This store seems to be a homeless encampment more than a pharmacy. The parking lot is littered with trash. Underneath the Walgreens street sign is a pile of trash and what appears to be drug needles. Honestly, I cannot believe Walgreens management allows this to occur.

40 minutes and counting. That is how long it is currently taking to just get to pharmacy drive thru window. It is so slow that the car line wraps around the front, all the way to the doors! What the heck! And the ladt time I was here the girl at the window was constantly on her phone. Glancing down and then glancing up. What could have been a 10 minute interaction at most became 20. The only reason I come here at all is because of convenience. I may need to change that here soon because it's going to be going on an hour before I get to the window.

I have been here several times for photo related products because it’s location is closer to where I live, however in comparison to how other Walgreens handle their photo orders this one is lacking in its processes. I placed an order for same day pick up days ago, and instead of telling me the day (or even the next two days) that they couldn’t process my order (I assume to bring out of the product) they simply canceled it. I got an email days later. This happened at another Walgreens but they called as soon as they received the order to let me know they were out of the product. That is how it should be handled. This was a gift that now I cannot get to the person. Communicating with customers is important.

My momma has a cane that she has to use to help her walk and it's tips were really bad and I went in to get her new ones but wasn't sure what size and all and the sweetest lady name Angie was a isle or two over stocking and stopped what she was doing and helped me. I had a challenging day and she was so kind in not only helping me but calm my spirit. Thank you again Angie for helping, we need more people like you in this world 😊

Anytime I come here on my days off in sweatpants/any type of lounge wear employees follow me and page ‘customer assistance needed in ____’ and it’s always the isle I’m in. And I never payed them, and they never come talk to me even when the page was sent.I understand this is the ‘bad side of town’, and I understand that’s one way to look for shop lifters, but I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS and anytime I’m in normal clothes or work clothes they won’t even look at me. I’ve noticed this behavior with people in lounge wear with other shoppers as well, and they don’t show the same behavior with people who steal in front of them who aren’t in baggy clothing.I don’t know if any of you have ever been trained in any kind of loss prevention, but that’s not a great way to run your LP department. It deters actual shoppers from wanting to go in.When I addressed this with the cashier he got very aggressive and defensive. I told him I don’t care and I want my purchase. It shouldn’t be a consultant behavior with people who shop and actually pay. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m being watched when I’m just trying to get a few essentials without having to go to a big grocery store. Thanks to this location, I will never be stepping foot in a Walgreens again. CVS had my business.

Every time I come to the drive through to pick up my prescriptions it is always a good 30 mins or more wait! I even tried to come back 3 different times of the day thinking it wouldn’t be as long nope!Even when there is just one car ahead the wait is always super long! I don’t know why the heck these pharmacy technicians are so slow but I’m seriously hoping things change. I’m about to transfer all my scripts I hate this Walgreens but go to it because it’s close to my house but I’ll drive out the way not to wait a good hour in line!This is ridiculous!!!

I've been using needles/syringes for seven years now, the one thing I absolutely despise is when I ask for them and they always ask if I have a prescription....Instead of asking if I have a prescription, ask me for my name and info like any other person, always making me feel like a druggy or something when asking if I have a prescription for needles. It's very embarrassing when there are other customers listening.

Excellent costumer service, i left my wallet there Dec 29, 2019 while i was on a road trip to Canada from California, yes the longest road-trip , and i found out that i left it there midnight After I arrived Saint Louis , and i had to get back 3 hours back , arrived Walgreen at 03:30 and waited 3 hours hoping to find it there! Finally the security guy came and he went right in checked for me came back with my wallet, i was blessed! I will never be able to return the favor! I wish I remembered that guy’s name

Alex is rude & unprofessional. Me and my sister was waiting on my car to be repaired chilling in the pharmacy. & not making noise not bothering anyone and she constantly screaming the same question “do you guys need something”. Clearly wasn’t in anyone’s way. What a weirdo. Would not shop here.

Long time customer and They shut the blinds and put up a closed sign in the drive thru when i was next in line. This is not the first time these people could have helped me and wouldnt. They dont care about their customers or patients. I am changing my pharmacy immediately. I drove 15 minutes to get here and they shut me out exactly at 6pm. Terrible service.

When I left the hospital with my newborn, I was miserable! I was so thankful for the drive-through at this Walgreens. They filled my prescription quickly and allowed me to travel home quickly. They were helpful and compassionate. I could not recommend them more highly.

Prescription supposed to be ready upon my arrival to Walgreens. This girl "It will take around 20 min" Me, surprised "20 more min?" Her: " YES 20 MORE MIN!!!!" Me "Why you're yelling at me?". She didn't answer, staring at her computer. Unbelievable customer service....

I just waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through pharmacy to pick up my prescription, and I hit the call button and received nothing. After looking into the window I noticed that there was only one person back there, and she was checking the lady at that had chips and soda. I use the drive-through so I don't have to go inside to get my medicine and Walgreens prides himself on being convenient, well it's not convenient when there's only one person back in the pharmacy and they're checking out people that should be checking out upfront. I will be going to Walmart from now on to get my prescriptions.

My boyfriend needed his prescription filled and the woman portraying herself as a pharmacist apparently didnt even work there. Danielle, if thats really her name said there was no pharmacy transfer of info. between stores, so my boyfriend still did not get his medication. This pharmacy has people working there that are incompitent. They will loose information given to them, or call you a lier. This pharmacy has no respect or care for your health or well being. If they did they would have been more thorough with such delicate matters.Sometimes its a difference between life and death when it comes to getting your medications in a timely fashion and being able to put trust the people that convey and control such transactions.I would not give this pharmacy any control over such delicate health issues, in my opinion. They are totally incompitent, rude, and uncomplient.

This pharmacy constantly refuses to fill medication on time. Their customer service techs are rude. They are unable to stock medications to fill scripts as needed. I recommend any other pharmacy available to you.

Got transferred when Pricecutter pharmacy closed. Now I remember why never used Walgreens. Called in prescription early this morning & still not ready after 5pm. Girl was nice but still not happy have to make another trip. Frustrating
