If you or a loved one is a diabetic and depends on insulin to survive DO NOT TRUST this pharmacy. I’ve had multiple issues with them in the past but stayed with them out of convenience. Today was the final straw. My wife is a type 1 diabetic. I often pickup her prescriptions as it is close to my place of business. Her last prescription couldn’t be filled completely. They said we’ve made a “note” on the account and you can come back whenever to get the rest of her insulin pens. Today my daughter had her tonsils removed so I needed to pick up her pain medicine and the rest of my wife’s insulin. Problem 1; they “can’t make notes on accounts” and they had no idea what I was talking about for the remainder of my wife’s insulin. We go back and forth for 30 minutes before they decide to check the fridge and find my wife’s remaining insulin on a hand written note. The fact it took 3 people 30 minutes to find this is scary considering it’s a life saving drug and they apparently don’t keep inventory or a log of medicine owed to people. Back to my daughter, her pain medicine couldn’t be filled because of her “age”. She is 6 years old. At the time of this my daughter is in the car in pain ready to head home. I pay in cash to hurry the process as the doctor had told us to give her the medicine “as soon as you get it”. After calling insurance I was informed that they never had a prescription in her name attempt to be filled and they would never have objected to it because of her age. I called to speak to a manager who was unsympathetic and offered no help. I will no longer trust this pharmacy and advise others to do the same.

Picked up Christmas cards I had printed, but they put them in a regular picture envelope all shoved in instead of a box with envelopes...the cards are all curved and not flat like the cards I purchased in the past..I asked if that was normal for them not to be flat ...they said yes..but I know if the job had been done correctly and they'd been put in a photo box they'd be presentable. Waste of money and no offer to reprint them after I stated they had never been curved before... time to hire a new photo person.

Now Walgreen at Republic Rd needs every month refill prescription. What a joke. I gave prescription for total of 6 refills. I took only one and have 5/refills. Now Walgreen tech said I need to bring prescription for refill. They are telling me to complaint to 1 800 Walgreen. This branch has no supervision and no responsible person, staffs do not know what is the meaning for customer care.

I have never left a 1 star for any Walgreens. I understand how busy they can be, but after being on hold 3 times for over 13 min each time I was hung up on all three times. First time and accident, maybe second, but all 3??? I doubt it. I'm done. I called another same distance and picked up for me after 4 min and very kind.

My fiance had come through the drive thru one morning to pick up my 4 year old daughters medicine. They said the wait time would be 2 hrs. 6 hours later, they still don't have my daughters medicine. The young kid at the counter was so rude, and the pharmacist wasn't better, as he stated he didn't want me to overdose my child. I was appalled, as I am a nurse. I will never come back. Def Campbell and battlefield is much better. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The woman who talked to me through the drive through was very kind however the young kid who took over for her so she could do other things got very quickly angered when I told him I have a sick child in my vehicle which is why I went through the drive up window and can’t go inside, he threw the phone down on the counter and stormed away.I will be sure to ask to speak to someone else from here on out because his outrage was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.My 7yr old controls his anger far better than the kid on the other side of the window did…

I do like this place and the pharmacy. I’ve been getting my meds here going on 5 years. Staff is always very nice. They are busy and understaffed so people need to be patient with them. Only issues I’ve had with this place is there’s a woman who works at the pharmacy. I rarely see her but she must not understand and doesn’t speak English very well. When I gave her my name she looked in the computer and said we didn’t have any medicine here. She kept insisting that I had no rxs ready even when I said my name. I told her that on the website it said that I had meds were ready to be picked up. She then asked me if I was so in so. The name and dob she said wasn’t even close to mine. I had to repeat my name and my husband’s at least 10 times. Even when I said C as in cat and said our dob’s she blankly stares at me. Not to mention she is not friendly, never smiles and purposely takes her time checking you out. I’ve seen her do this to others. I was friendly to her because she might be uncomfortable due to a language barrier but if she’s going to serve the public she needs to learn some customer service skills or put her somewhere else. Also when something is on sale it never ever rings up on sale. Never. At least this happens every time for me. Every time they have to do a price check. This should be updated in the system if you’re going to have something marked down. This holds up the queue. It’s irritating but I still enjoy shopping here and getting my rx.

This Walgreens is over and beyond excellence.Anita runs a great and caring staff.I have personally had the pleasure of many of the staff and they are pleasant and very helpful no matter what the service they provide.Just a few are Jeff,John, Machala just so wonderful to my husband and myself.I have a Walgreens right here in Nixa, but West Republic Walgreens came to my aid about a manufacturing company problem, I had bad reactions with, told there was nothing they could do.Called this Walgreens and jumped right on the problem and fixed it.When the other Walgreens said they couldn’t.They are quick with getting your script from Dr to your hands in a matter of 33 minutes. That’s how long it took on my last script.Got a text from West Republic telling me my script was ready for pickup. No waiting for overrides or insurance problems. They do all that before you get your texts to come pick up.I love this pharmacy so much. When your in you late 60’s, you just don’t have time for problems and have to wait for a script.Anita, what ever your doing with your staff, just keep it up.ALL Calls, everyone is happy to help you. Makes you feel as if your someone famous.As they say in the military “ BRAVO ZULU “To the West Republic Walgreens, your so worth themiles.

Those 5 stars are for LIZ in the PHOTOSHOP!Woo-Hoo!!! Last Thursday ecening, I walked into Walgreens on West Republic Road holding a picture.I needed to make cards but had no idea how all of that printable electrology works. But Liz was right there, asking if I needed help (I did) and she walked me through the entire process of creating a card. When it was done, she asked me for a quantity, and told her 40. Then the machine displayed the price. I'm sure I looked horrified because Liz assured me that there was a 50% off sale this week. (Sigh of relief) Liz told me that the cards would be done in a few hours and I said I'd be back. When I went back, my cards weren't completely finished, the machine had run out of toner. Liz told me it would be just a few minutes as she reloaded the machine. She put the completed cards in the cutting machines. I walked thru the store and came back around to the photo counter. Liz looked at me apologetically and stated,"Okay, a few didnt cut right but I'll get these ready and the others will just a few more minutes. " She rang up my purchase (with the 50% off coupon) and told me that she gave me the nicer envelopes because I had to wait. So nice! Fabulous customer service! Liz is a keeper! Thank you, Liz!

I was on hold with “1 caller” ahead of me for 40 minutes! I hung up called again! This time there were“2 callers” ahead of me! Within 3 minutes there was “1 caller” ahead of me! Another 45 minutes! When they finally answered, I reported this problem to them, their response was “oh my goodness!”

Normally I love this location, however when my 81 year old room mate tried to ask a younger lady working there a question she was down right rude and ignored her. I had to catch her attention, ask her where something was (part of the job right?) I had to step in. Finally got her attention and she had a HORRID ATTITUDE! She was rude, abrasive, and acted like how dare we ask her anything! I explained e needed a razor with the batteries, she rudely said "so you want a battery for a Razor? Shaving isle! While rolling her eyes. I said ok but no not just the battery. An electric Razor that recharges. She rolled her eyes and took off complaining is on the shaving isle, showed me batteries and I finally saw the men's razors, I thanked her (because I do have manners. Again she rolled her eyes and off she went.I did need to ship a FedEx package there today, however I will find a different store from now on. If you do not want to assist customer's, DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

HORRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I have been a customer with Walgreens on Scenic and Republic RD for years now. Although about three months ago I had to switch my pharmacy due to my driving route had change. I quickly learned that the new pharmacy wouldn’t work out, I have recently switched back.Since I have switched back I have had nothing but horrible service. My medications are not being filled, I’m being told they can’t be filled, there charging outrageous prices now, no one answers the phones. My most recent experience with them has me transferring my medication to the CVS right down the road.Two days ago, I transferred my medication using the Walgreens app. Well I realized after two days that I haven’t gotten an update on my medication. Now that I’m out I had to contact the Walgreens. I called to see the status of my transfer/refill and the automated service told me they had no record of my transfer, then I was transferred to an agent. Four time I was hung up on/transferred after holding 20-30 minutes each with no one answering the phone! The fourth time this happened I got in the car while on hold, drove down to the Walgreens on Scenic and Republic rd. and waited in line while still on hold! (Keep in mind I came from work and that’s a 30-minute drive for me)When walking up to the counter, the guy asked how he can help. I quickly asked why none of the 9 people I could see behind the counter could not answer the phone. Then I pointed out I had been on hold for 28 minutes!!! Needless to say, he ignored my question. The following is what kind of service I got.• My name and date of birth was asked by him 5 time and 3 more times by someone else• They had no clue what medication needed to be filled ( I have told him the name of that 5 times)• He informed me it was filled but couldn’t find it. (He looked in all random buckets and had to ask my name again)• Some other lady found it clear across the room!• Keep in mind the phones are still ringing off the hook, I asked is no one going to answer that?• The lady working the drive through window said, it doses that all day! We ignore it!• When he added up my total he told me $12. I informed him it’s a $4 script• I have mentioned several times I was in a hurry and needed to go get my child, I’ve been standing there for 20 minutes now.• The manager finally acknowledged me. (She has been standing next to the guy who hasn’t been helpful the entire time)• I told them to hold my medication I needed to get more money to be able to pay for them.• The manager told me they don’t offer $4 scrips any more.I sent my husband up there after work to pick up my medication, he had informed me they didn’t have it filled and put it all back on the shelf. Also charged him $12 for a 90-day script! I don’t get 90 day scrips I get 30 day scrips. If you can do the math that equals $4 per month!!!!Needless to say your whole staff over there is horrible! The customer service is god awful and I will be letting everyone know about this!!!Olivia Neuburger

I have gone through the drive thru twice in 2 weeks. The people there were so helpful. I even got some bread and buns there. My husband is high risk so I am staying out of the stores. I used to shop at a competitor and Walgreens employee's have changed a lot of that. . I pray they will all be safe. Thank God for all of you.

The people there are super nice! I watched a lady being rude to some one because he wasn't fast enough for her. If your in that big of a hurry come at a better time. They were making sure your meds were all correct!!!

Ive been taking this medication for 2 years now. How does a pharmacy nit have your medication in stock? It's on back order the lady said. I have to have this medication. I'm so lost as to how it takes up my whole day filling one script of 56 pills

I’ve been going here for a little over two years and I do like this store. I have grown to like the pharmacy and they have improved since I started getting my rx’s from here. I like all the new items they have also like NYX, la roche posey etc... still expensive though. Staff are always friendly and greet me every time I come in. I wish however they would trim that ginormous bush they have on the scenic side. It blocks the view of people going in and out. Some woman today around 10:30ish in a black suv was plowing through the parking lot almost hitting me as I was turning in. It might look pretty but it creates a blind spot. You won’t but thought I’d ask. For the people that treat the parking lot as the Indy 500. It is NOT a race track! Be mindful of the people around you and for the people backing out please LOOK before you decide to go. I got hit by a lady a year ago in this parking lot because people don’t pay attention!!!!! Common sense but apparently not for everyone.

Normally I would use the Walgreens on National but I found this Walgreens was closer to my doctor's office so I decided to go there to fill my prescription. First I was told 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I went to the counter to ask if there was any issues. I was told by the same very rude lady at the pharmacy counter that it was flu season and that they hadn't even started my prescription. No update from the first 15 minutes I was told. I asked for my prescription back and left.

Two different times Mary Ann in pharmacy has gone above and beyond to solve a prescription problem for me. Dr. office kept not calling in a prescription, she called and nailed them on the phone at night, got it for me in 10 minutes. She is wonderful and a great problem solver.

It is horrible that you can’t reach the pharmacy directly when you call. This has caused me to pull my business to a smaller independent pharmacy. As both a prescribed and a consumer I think people should be able to call and talk to their pharmacy directly. Not a calling center. Imagine if my patients called and got a pool of doctors and could never reach me- meanwhile patient care suffers

I had to pick up money from their Western Union today. I stood at the counter (after pressing the "need assistance button") for 5 minutes before I went to the cashier to ask for help. She called over the loud speakers, wait another 5 minutes, loud speakers again, and after another 5 minutes finally someone came to help. But of course their computer wouldn't work. I was finally told (after being there almost 45 minutes) to try another store that has Western Union. Needless to say, I left very frustrated. Doubt I'll be going back.

Worse pharmacy location!!! Please if u don’t want to wait for 2 hours there’s better places…. Phone calls are even worse! I waited for 40 minutes and after the system said I was 3rd in line then 2nd then 1 caller ahead the phone on their end drops your call so there no way to reach the pharmacy at all!

I was so silly to try to use them for my family's meds because I live so close. They will NEVER actually let you know if something's up with not getting script filled and will NOT answer phone. USE HYVEE. They always answer phone and will keep you updated. It is worth the drive to not stress.
