I love the AEGIS MAX vape . it is water proof! The best vape. Great flavors! My favorite is watastraz! Watermelon, strawberry, & raspberry mix. I love it. Taste and smells lovely! It has helped me quit smoking cigarettes! This is the one I bought. Love it!

Honestly they double charged my card then I went back to get refused because it updated the cost 2 days later which is not ok! Then the guy tried to not give me back all the money owed to me kinda dislike leaving bad reviews but how many more has this happened to and people not notice. Not pleased at all

Today we had a flat out in front of this store. We had a hard time changing the tire so an employee came out to help and even let us use his tools. He probably just wanted us out from in front of their store, but the help was SO APPRECIATED, and he was very kind, he wouldnt even accept payment for the help. This is excellent customer service and he is a good Samaritan!

Love it, they are super helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable, VERY reasonably priced. Honest about the products you are looking at if it's a good fit for the individual. Like the points system, but even with it they are always giving breaks and discounts. Clean friendly little shop!

Ripped me off. Told me he'd make me a deal. Sold me a new MAXUS. Said he'd THROW in vape fluid (I didnt need), and a coil. As I was buying a vape pen too. $86. Got home to discover he didn't put the pen in my bag. Couldn't provide me a receipt either ( how convenient). Went back, he'd charged me for the fluid. I will be contacting the Owner on this.

The guys here were awesome to deal with. The first vape I bought for my husband leaked so I returned it for another and they didn't charge me the price difference, I only had to pay for the external batteries the new rig needed. The second one leaked too so they traded me once again and no problems this time. I would highly recommend Springfield Vapors on Grand. They will treat you right! I feel like I might not have gotten the same great service at another vape store.

Really nice atmosphere. A guy was chatting like it was a chill setting. Guy working was great. I told him what I wanted. He had a good solution. Price was reasonable. I'll deff be back.

i have gone in here several times and the owner is always going on a tangent about how covid is fake and how his customers better not get the vaccine. he was very unprofessional, as he was yelling and cussing at his customer about the topic. one customer’s wife was a nurse, and the owner just keep cussing at the customer about covid. work is not the place to be having that discussion, much less if you’re going to cuss at customers as you do it.

USUALLY I love this place...great juices (at least for my taste) but I just drove all the way across town because I'm loyal and like giving them my business...online AND their door says they open at 10 but it's 1030 n no one's ones there... I have a big problem with this and they should too because that's terrible customer service

My fiancé went in to get a disposable vape cartridge, like he had done 2 days prior, and the guy told him it would be $35 + tax. He charged my card $45 + tax and when my fiancé told him to return it because that’s not what he was told the price was, the guy said he’s the owner and will run his business how he likes. After arguing, he followed my fiancé outside trying to fight and continued spitting on my car while we backed away after my fiancé said he lost our business. Super unprofessional and rude and I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Only reason I come here is cause the prices are good and it’s down the street. The door says “MUST WEAR MASK” yet the workers NEVER EVER wear a mask so they just look like hypocrites. They close early and open late every single day so they come off quite unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place.

It took 10 minutes for the person to greet me. He had terrible customer service skills, wasn't that knowledgeable, and then while picking my juice he started eating a crab rangoon while telling me the juice kind.

My fiance suprised me with a new Vape for our 9 year anniversary. I have only been using it for about 4 days and this morning I went to hit it, and it's dead! Try charging it (had a full charge when i went to bed) but nothing. So I walked about an hour to the store to see if they can fix it and NOBODY WAS THERE! Their Sunday hours are 10-7 and I stood out front their store until 11 and nobody ever showed up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER REFERENCE PEOPLE TO GO THERE.

If there was a zero setting I would. The man who owns this place , I'm guessing his name is Neal, is the one that for no reason at all drove through a protest the other day and started making everyone for no reason at. Then when it came for him to make a son story on a GoFundMe page told lie after lie.Do not give this man your business at all. Or he may mace you for no reason as well.

My daughter and I went. We were offered a sample of CBD liquid free to try of the type of CBD we were interested in. That was without even buying it! They were friendly and told you everything you wanted to know about their products.

More expensive than other places in town. Less selection than others. Guy at the counter was kind of douchey. He could have broached the topic of vape safety without getting all superior over high school algebraic physics (ohms law).The guy certainly had a point. But the manner in which he made it was less about "helping the customer" and more about his ego.

Purchased a 5pack of coils yesterday later that evening called because they was the wrong ones even though I had told the guy exactly the name of the vape my boyfriend had and even pointed out the exact one in the case and was still given the wrong coils I called later that evening about getting an exchange for the right ones. The same guy that sold them to me was very rude on the phone staring it was my fault I got the wrong ones even said he would pull the tapes for proof. I then stared I didnt made if he pulled the tapes or not I just wanted ir corrected I dont know how you still gove me the wrong one tho when I said it's for a Zeus's and even point the same exact vape out in your class he tells me to meet him there at 1030 this morning and he would exchange it I get there 10 30 and been here for for 20 minuets and he never showed up still no one is there I'm very frustrated very bad customer service this is my first time going to them and will most definitely be the last

My stick V8 leaked on me and the button would stick. It leaked out over and over and over again so I went to try and return it by this time it was only three days after buying it, I had my receipt and box he wouldn't let me return it. He argued with me I then tried to just exchange it he again argued with me for another five mins telling me NO. Even after I showed him it was defective, and he seen the button stick. He still said it's not defective so no return or exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETE DICK HEADS. THEY JUSY WANT UR MONEY ANF SONT EVEN CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE STAR ONLY FOR THIS SHITTY PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! GO TO VAPOR WORLD, they let u do returns, and exchanges, and they have great customer service.

I went to get a new coil for a friend and showed them the vape and they said,”Wow real cute. I mean that in the nicest way possible.” They didn’t carry that coil and didn’t offer to order one. Then I asked if they had anything in a 30-40 range or maybe a bit higher and was snickered at. The backwards trucker hat staff member proceeded to show me some uninteresting pens in lackadaisical fashion. lThey seem to have a small selection and a nice pool table. Maybe you could sell the pool table and get better products and be more helpful. I’m ordering online instead

Not a vaper myself but I went in to buy CBD oil and the guy behind the counter Preston I think was his name, was perhaps the most knowledgeable person I have ever met about CBD products.. I even fact checked everything he said and he was right!! I mean we are talking about some high level brain chemistry and health knowledge. I will forever be a customer of this store as long as they have him working there. He also changed my life introducing me to Alan Watts. Go there for the products and stay there for knowledge.
