Don't recommend shopping here.New management has changed this place for the worse! I have driven over 2.5 hours to pick up Rivera panels in the past. I called to place an order and the first 2 people I spoke with had no idea how to help me. I had a man that's part time help but then never heard back to know if items were in stock for an order that would end up over $3k and I just spent over $5k in Feb. The new owners and managers need to understand customer service and repeat customers. There are other places to purchase Rivera products that's able to help their customers and work with them. Don't shop here!

I was very surprised by the friendliness and willingness to assist by both associates I spoke with. I was specifically looking to purchase cage paneling and to get a better idea if the panels would suit my project asked if I could see examples. An associate drove me out back where the panels were kept to let me inspect them. Fantastic service!

This is a good farm supply store with a heavy emphasis on feed and chemicals. The load out crew did a great job gathering my order and loading it for me.

About 3 weeks ago I was picking up feed an the forklift driver did damage to my vehicle brought them a estimate of the damages as they requested I do an was told that I could pick a check up on a Friday but then change there mind an told me they were sending a check to the estimator . I explained I did not want that an I wanted to fix it on my own a the GM basically told me to shove off it was his way or the highway.He told me twice that I could come get a check . I have spent over 7k in the last few months for my ranch . I will never be. Going back anytime time soon . I would recommend finding some place else to buy products from the GM is a very difficult person an is a lier as well

I like the store it doesn't have alot in it..I like that they give straw to Animals for bedding at R1.. but the Guy that works the counter and walks around in there seems to not be Educated much especially on horse items ..and he is really smug..just my opinion...be friendly that's all yall in here!! and you will get better reviews

As far as feed stores go its clean, and is very organized. Otherwise, they're a bit expensive, and dont always have things you'd expect to find at a farm store. The customer service could use a polish, even though they're all young folks, they should take the time to be more personable!

I delivered here. I was given a dock immediately upon arriving. The store was busy but I still got unloaded relatively quickly. Staff was friendly as well. They sell a variety of supplies. Everything from yard and farm tools to feed for pets and animals on the farm.

Great store! Seems to be pretty well stocked. Staff seemed helpful and friendly.They carry farm supplies, and lots of animal stuff. They have chicken supplies (which is the reason I went there) and have always been able to find what I need.I gave it four stars because it's a little pricey, for some of their items - but overall, great store. I do recommend!

I had a bad experience with the food for my chickens, it brought worms and when I went to change it the bad one and he told me that he couldn't change it because I had opened it. That's logical and he only had two days after buying it, he behaved in a very negative.

Also someone looking over your shoulder and them check your receipts at the door come on If you don't trust me to ring it up, open up. More registers, especially for the people who are handicapped. And it is hard for them to go through self, check out by themselves.

If you need animal feed or farm supplies this place should be at the top of your list. You can phone in an order and pick it up at their dock hassle free. If you need hay or straw this isn't the place, you need to go a bit further down Kearney towards Kansas for that.

Always nice and friendly. I can't help but chuckle at the review that says otherwise and was going to Tractor Supply for chick's. Good luck with that! I bought there one spring due to icy roads and it being closer. So did several friends. We all paid for pullets and got half to 3/4 roosters.

Good selection and the prices seem fair. They did carry out my 50 pound bag of dog food to my car and offered to tote my bale of wood shavings. But the check out line was terribly slow. But I will be back.

This store is ok as far as products at a fair price but, I hate going here simply because the staff has to be the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I have been in about 6 times since we moved to the area a year ago. Not ONCE have I ever been greeted upon entering the store. I have been stared up and down, glanced at, and all around ignored but not once have I received even an attempt at a greeting.Every time I have gone to check out I have had to interrupt a conversation between the cashiers. Then I am not treated as a valued customer but as an inconvenience that was some kind of kill joy at a party. Then today as I was checking out was the last straw. Again I was not greeted and had to interrupt a conversation between three cashiers, which I don’t understand because I’ve never seen them busy enough to justify more than one cashier... anyway my entire interaction today with the staff I was simply asked if that was all I was buying and once the transaction was finished I was told “you’re all set”. Not a have a nice day, thanks for coming in, come back soon, or even how you doing.I can honestly say I will never go back. If I were the owner of this facility I would fire everyone and start over. Clearly there is a problem here that is bigger than one or two people. I will drive all the way across town to a competitor that is polite before I give somo another dollar.
