Dressed down intentionally, Went in to buy 2 surf boards to use at the lake. Asked for help sizing boards, was shown the sizing chart (in cm) then asked how long a board was because I did not see anything on the tag that showed centimeters and person working got hateful and said that the board I picked up was 3.9 ft, so I guess it’s the customers responsibility to know the conversion between feet and centimeters or is the customers responsibility to look it up, very unhelpful and disappointed because this was the first time in the store! Will be sure to tell all of our friends not the shop here!

These guys were great. Tuned my snowboard on short notice and found me a bag to allow me to fly it (so I could avoid making a clunky custom cardboard box). Highly recommend them. Very helpful

I used to love going to this cable park until mid season they decided to change their pricing. It used to be in time increments of 1 hour at a time, and the season pass would allow 1 hr per day. I live in Joplin Missouri an hour drive away from the ski shack and was set on buying a season pass (I was up there discussing season passes with an employee during a session) (It was also increased $100 from last year) and was told that it was a guaranteed hour. A week later I was informed that you could not purchase 1 hr time slots anymore and the season pass would only guarantee 15 minutes per day and an extra 10 dollars per 15 minutes extra. Get your system straight during your half a year off season, and stop overcharging people for a 2 tower system that only had a rail and a box until JUNE. I have 0 issues with the employees up there, just upset with the business management. (I know this is a late critique I noticed my review from last year that was praising the place, it has done a total 180 in 1 year) I post this in hopes that something can be changed at least for season pass holders *would be season pass holders

Worst experience from this place I have ever in encountered. I was looking at a boat and made an offer. Took salesman 2 days to get in contact with owner of the place to find out about the price. They never called me back and I had to finally call the salesman and he sent me a text back saying boat sold. That's pretty shady to sell a boat from under someone. will never do business with this company again on anything
