We were very impressed with the workers there. They were very friendly. They gave us an outstanding description of the items on the menu. The coffee it was very good. The price was probably moderate. I am glad to complement the workers at this location. We were very impressed by their kind attitude and helpfulness. We had never been to a scooters location before so didn’t really know the way to Thurman you was set up. It was set up very simply and the worker talked us through the entire thing in a matter of minutes.

@scooterscoffee it's sad that @DutchBros & @7BrewCoffee blow you all out of the water with customer service.Even this morning I spend $10 on a large sugar cookie latte with oatmilk. 2 extra shots of espresso cause a large only comes with 3. Then the lady didn't ring up my points out of laziness. 2 sec after she rang me up I asked and she said she couldn't. #Springfield #MO#10DollarCoffeeStory

Passing through, and I stopped specifically to try their iced coffee. Tasted pretty good, but a little on the weak side -- which was especially noticeable after the ice started to melt. Service was fast and friendly, and if we are ever in the area, I'd be happy to stop by and try something else.

I enjoyed the dark roast coffee. Good flavor without being acidic. Also, it did not taste burnt. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito and it was okay. Hence the reason for the 4 stars. I will order coffee there again and try a different breakfast sandwich. The wait was short, so that is a plus.

Wishing I had a cup of Scooter's right now haha. Prices are a little bit high but, they have been on point every time I wanted to be lazy but still treat myself. Every once in a while I've had a latte or cappuccino here. I've been grinding and brewing my own coffee at home for years now and have become kind of a picky connoisseur. I still don't know all the lingo that comes with the different preparations etc and I greatly appreciate the employees I have spoken with. I only usually ask them about two dozen questions every single time I visit lol, to further understand their coffee processes and about other items offered on their menu. Every time now, l have received understandable answers and a wonderful, glad-to-help attitude! I definitely don't mind paying the extra because the service and quality have yet to disappoint! Thank you to the coffee technicians that have served me here. Y'all rock!!

I love Scooter's Coffee! I've tried several different types of coffee, cold and hot, and I've never been disappointed. I've always had great service and drinks! However, I've only tried the food once and it was not good. It tasted like a microwaved burrito, because I'm pretty sure that's all it was. Still 5 stars because I go there for COFFEE and have always been very pleased with it! If you use the app, you can earn free coffees.

I went to the one on E Sunshine today. It has been a very long time since I have been, and the quality I feel has completely changed. I got 2 medium ice coffee drinks here. I paid with a $20 and got $7 back. Too expensive, wasn’t that good and with 7Brew not that far away, I should have just went there.

I left an email about my coffee being made wrong, and it was forwarded to the manager of the E. Sunshine store. She called me right away the next morning, and made sure to make things right. Some might not think making a coffee is that big of a deal, but for me it is a huge deal. I'm not only diabetic, but I'm also allergic to caffeine. Making sure I have decaffeinated drinks is very important. Thank you to not only the very kind manager, but sweet store staff for making things right, and being sure I'm a returning customer!!!

I feel like the drinks I ordered were nothing special. They tasted good, but not great. The prices are comparable to Starbucks, but I prefer Starbucks coffee as I can actually taste the coffee in my drinks there, whereas the drinks at Scooter's I could barely taste the coffee. I tried a small iced Caramelicious with no whipped cream and a large hazelnut slim latte. There were about five cars ahead, and we waited about 5 minutes in line (which is normal, I would say). It wasn't the 30-second service I had heard advertised, but it wasn't an extremely long wait, either. The employees were helpful and nice, which was refreshing.

Scooters is an excellent replacement for Starbucks, in fact, they are quite superior. They have amazing coffee (real coffee) and provide excellent service. They have a reward program and seasonal favorites. Their service is quick (drive through only) and they have quite the selection but their baristas can craft just about anything. I also enjoy their breakfast burritos. This is a fantastic place to get your coffee!

Starbucks / closed on a Saturday at 430pm ?! Well I’m glad that I had a chance to try this place across the street they were cheaper friendly quicker and BETTER TASTING ! These girls are awesome I appreciated the great service ladies I’ll be back !!! Starbucks no more girl !!!

This was my first time trying Scooters and I love it!! You must try it!! Better than Starbucks and fast service with no line!!! I hope more people give them a shot, bc it’s worth it and the server was very friendly. I do like Starbucks, but don’t like the long wait times and I actually prefer Scooters coffee.

Speedy service and friendly staff. The drinks I have had from there have been delicious. The only reason they are getting a 4 star is the breakfast burrito was the worst I have ever had. The consistency of the eggs in my mouth reminded of when I tried to cook crappie eggs for breakfast once. 3 bites it had to thrown away.

It took 32 minutes to serve 7 people. I was shocked by my experience. I'm a new scooter fan so I wasn't expecting the experience I received today.After 32 minutes I finally got to the window.. She gave me the wrong order I corrected her. After a few more minutes she finally handed me my $7 latte & I drove away. Opened my cup to see it was the wrong latte. Turned around brought my wrong drink to the girl which then was corrected after another 5 minutes of waiting.I cannot believe I spent almost 45 minutes in a drive-through waiting for a $7 latte.

Bought two frozen espressos and both didn't taste quite right...weak is the word I think suits the drinks. Ill certainly try again as the drinks were made fairly fast compared to Starbucks. The price was a bit cheaper too.

Breakfast burrito was microwaved and scalding hot. I had to unwrap it and still wait several minutes before I could eat it. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food. Coffee was bland and flavorless.

I wouldn't have a problem because I have got my copy here quite often however the last few times the drink I order ends up spilling a quarter of it on my clothes because the lids for whatever reason don't seal properly that is one of the biggest problems I have. If I am spinning close to $6 or if not $6 on a drink the last thing I should have to worry about is it spilling down the front of my shirt as I'm going to work.

My order got mixed up a couple times but the lady was really nice and fixed it immediately even letting me keep the order that was messed up. I love the frappes here and everything else. I always recommend.

Enjoyed the coffee. But the burrito was a huge disappointment. They gave me a turkey sausage instead of the veggie I ordered. But, the worst part was the burrito itself was less than four inches long and barely had any filling. Basically cheap microwaved trash. Not what was expected.

Fantastically friendly staff! They use a partial Jamaican Bean blend, that is really tasty. The prices are on par with other coffee shops in the area. The sausage ciabattas are a bit spicy, but the bacon ciabattas are fantastic!The loyalty program is great as well!!

Love this place! They have a peanut butter smoothie that is to die for! their coffee is good, service is great, cake pops are awesome and big as well. The only thing this place is missing is a place to sit down, outside, and chill.

I got a cinnamon roll and it was lightly cooked on top and absolutely raw on the bottom. I tried ordering another time and still had the same outcome. The fruit n ice smoothies obviously have no fruit, its just made of ice and fruit flavored syrup.
