Luckily there is another location in town. Twice now using this location I've been stopped to make sure I have a member card, both when I am alone with my children. Been here multiple times with my husband and no one has asked for my card. No one in front of me in the line had to prove they had a card to get through the doors though. You can't even purchase anything without it. Never experienced this at any other location. You'd think with a Costco nearby they'd be nicer to the people who pay to shop there.

Large and well organized club. I was able to find everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. Although the parking lot was full, there was no congestion inside at all!

I was harassed and embarrassed by a cart pusher over my service dog while I was walking into the store. Although he wasn't necessarily rude, he kept insisting that my dog HAS to have a vest on. I told him that per ADA requirements and federal law, she does not have to wear a vest. I pointed out her red reflective collar and leash that identify her as a medical alert dog, along with tags and medical info attached to her collar since he didn't believe she was a service dog and I told him to have a nice day. He proceeded to follow me to the door, telling me that he can't let his in without her having a vest on. I finally just walked around him and did my shopping. I was so embarrassed. I called corporate and nicely explained the situation while suggesting that the employee be trained properly to ensure that the company doesn't end up getting sued when he does that to the wrong person. The man I spoke to was very apologetic and assured me that this was a very serious matter they would be addressed and told me that someone from that store was going to reach out to me to get more info within 5 days. That was 2 weeks before Christmas and no one has reached out. That gives me the opinion that this store, if not Sam's in general doesn't have any appreciation or respect for their customers. Pretty sad. After this whole experience, I've decided to terminate my Sam's membership.

If you want to apply for a job don't do it here!!! Especially if you have any type of disability or past substance abuse issues (just celebrated 5 years clean and sober wdr!) if you do get the job and any of that information becomes aware to them you will be mocked and joked about in front of customers and employees alike.. all because they can and then when they're "jokes" cause a mental health episode and you make them aware of why you missed work you'll be laughed at and terminated for "attendance and conduct" if I'm not mistaken that's illegal but of course I can't pursue it

The E Sunshine Sam's was great! The employees were nice and helpful. It was clean and not cluttered. Was able to maneuver around without any problems. Found what was needed and able to checkout easily.

Traveled to Springfield from Branson today. This Sam's Club is located just off US Hwy 65. For travelers like me who often need to find a restroom, turn left after entering the front door. The restrooms are located along that front wall two thirds of the way across the store. Got there about noon so before leaving had just about every food sample that was offered. We even ended up buying some of the items. Upon returning home I noticed how many Members Mark items we had purchased. Pictures of these items have been included. Previously we've bought toilet paper, paper towels, hamburger, and peanuts. The quality of those items convinced us to try the Members Mark clothes washing pods and Members Mark multipurpose office paper today. Once again though I didn't really plan ahead when loading the cart. Having one of the flat carts would have been much easier. Buying the Members Mark toilet paper and paper towels make sharing with others easy as there are smaller packages inside of the larger one.

This is the best Sam's I have been in to date. Took car in to get Michelin tires installed and was told be a hour and a half wait. Less than one hour from time we arrived tires were installed and ready togo. The fastest I have ever had tires installed. Great job Sam's Tire and Auto

Sooo much better than Walmart! Great place to buy in bulk! So much cheaper and just a great place all around. It has a food court, and I highly recommend trying the pizza at least once (you won't regret it) l. From toys to clothing to furniture to food to medicine, Sams has it all!

Two words, go early. In the afternoons, it's difficult to park or get through the gas station. But it's a good place to shop either way. And a great bargain on a lot of items.

It was a pretty good experience. My biggest issue was that the theater seating was not plugged in making it difficult, yet not impossible, to nap a little while my wife shopped.

I choose to go to Sam's however being a plus member you'd think they would at least make an effort to make sure my experience is a good one may not go back after all costco is right down the street

Sam’s Club on sunshine seems to always have items on hand but people need to more responsible and put their shopping carts away not leaving them in the middle of a parking spot.Additionally Sam’s Club needs to revamp their gas station area. Approximately 18 to 20 cars waiting in line, all facing the same direction to get into the gas pumps and one guy in a big truck decides to come into the pumps the other way. I guess he felt he did not have to wait in line like everyone else. Then as he was backing out away from the gas pump other people who already started to pull away from the pumps prior to him backing out had to wait for him so they would not get run over. Thanks for being a “cool guy”.

The people are very nice and friendly. They rearranged parts of the store that made it a little harder to find some things. But other than that, I love this store.

We used curb service great for on the go. Same place although we find inflation a bit challenging. We still enjoy doing business at Sam's club. Nothing has changed except a new shop and go you use on Sam's app.We in store shop today with scan and go,fast.

Found some clothes therewed went back again today and loaded up great prices actu as lly returning tomorrow to change a couple of sizes. Always but meat there ,upper 2/3 usually choice steaks,great buy on pork chose and muffin size scalloped potatoes getting some more. I don't see the chicken salid ,excellent comes from the rotisserie chicken

Welcome to Sam’s where you pay $120 a year to get harassed by an employee who chases you down in the front of the store and acts like you’re an underage person trying to get into a bar. When you cannot check out without a Sam’s membership, so what’s the point in the harassment? Then when you get inside you’re harassed by a man EVERY SINGLE TIME asking if I want to buy a cell phone?? Hey do you wanna buy a cell phone? I’m not sure when it became OK to pay $120 a year to be “in a club” and be harassed by store employees. I just want to shop in peace and be left alone but that’s definitely not going to happen inside Sams so I won’t renew my membership.

It's Sam's club. Seen one and you've seen them all. If you haven't seen one, well if you need large volumes of stuff we'll then you should try them out. The self checkout is getting large and this is like the worst store for those. Unless I have just a few things I avoid the self checkout, it's just not worth the risk....

Was with my 82 year old Mom who had to renew her membership and customer service counter only had 1 person working the counter. We had to stand in line for over an hour to get help and the representative was trying to answer phones as well as help customers. Most the people in line seemed to be asking how to get their cash back from their credit cards and their customer credit card statements showed a higher balance than the Sam's computers so they could only give them whatever their computer showed and told customers they had to call Synchrony Credit to find out about the difference.

It was a Fast Trip! Not Happy one of the other trips I tried for a Small line of Credit and they Turned off my Sam's Club Card I have Had for awhile ! So the one I grabbed was the one they Closed , for whatever Reason ? Have been a Member for Many Years ! You can keep Your Credit Card I Don't want one!Visited today, quick Trip only after a couple things and Renew my husbands club membership !Another Fast Trip ! Stopped to Grab a Bite to Eat ! Store to busy to shop !Just a stock up Day , for us ! It was Good some what Busy ! Not many Cashier's on had ,but got thru Quickly!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices can be better than most places, but not always. I feel negative toward them overall because they are killing Mom and Pop stores while making China rich. This is Walmart 's twin brother.
