We drove 4.5 hours to view an RV we found online. Damen was our sales representative and was easy to get along with. Sent us an introduction video with some of the highlights of the motorhome. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was more than accommodating when we asked to see a different unit. Never felt pressured or rushed.

Buyer BEWARE. This is the most UNRELIABLE place I have ever dealt with. Collin and Mitch are no help at all. If you buy a rv from them TRUST me you are on your own. Once you have bought it don't rely on them for any warranty issues. Wish I would of never dealt with reliable rv. Worst mistake I have made in awhile. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER RV Dealer. Wish you could leave zero stars

First, I have gone to many car repair and service shops. I have had the opportunity to compare and will only take my car here. I purchased my 2014 Subaru Forester here after visiting one afternoon and having a quick talk with one of the salesmen. What drew me back to purchase the car was the fact the salesman did NOT push me or finesse me into buying. (Being a mid-twenty year old woman I expected that to happen). I was impressed that they were not pushy and still gave me the attention even when I flat out said “I’m only comparing, not buying” a couple days later I was so impressed they weren’t pushy (like so many others) I came back. They worked well with pricing too.The service portion is of course more pricy being a dealership however they match prices on parts and are very thorough when evaluating your vehicle. The service agents are wonderful. Danny and Austin have been mine for years and they are delightful and so helpful. I highly recommend them.They are very busy which speaks of their business and are VERY quick when a recall is issued. Every time I have had a large job (such as adding keyless entry) they have provided a loaner car like mine. Their waiting room is always filled with goodies and coffee (you get great donuts when COVID isn’t around) and they are dog friendly! You can get a shuttle (which we use most of the time we drop a car off) to and from work or even errand running.This is one where the extra $ is worth it.

I called to schedule an appointment, the automated scheduling system gave me a Tuesday appointment. I dropped the RV off the Saturday before, what I expected 3 days before the appointment. I was put off for a month only to be told that the RV needed $1100 worth of maintenance. The RV is a 2021 and hardly used and didn’t need anything they were trying to up sell to me. Then, the reason I bought it in was an electrical issue, low water pressure and a slide sticking. I was told a slide service would cost over $300. I have extended warranty and a sticking slide should be covered by warranty. Yet, they told me nothing was wrong with anything and charged me $270, $100 over my warranty deductible. The slide still sticks and the water pressure is still low. Needless to say, I will no long be doing business with any of Reliable Auto Groups facilities ever again.

We bought our first camper from Reliable RV in 2019 and created wonderful family memories in the camper. This year we decided to trade it for something with more bed space for our grandchildren to experience the joys of sites unseen. Naturally, we returned to Reliable RV because of the product pricing, selection, quality and servicing. We walked away, pardon the pun, happy campers! Thanks, everyone for the pleasant purchasing experience! Let the adventures begin!

We were initially impressed with the customer service we received from Rick (Sales) and John (Service). We live in TN and bought a 2023 Coachman Mirada from Reliable, which we picked up in May 2023. As our first Class A purchase, we had a very shallow and limited overview of the Mirada, not introduced to initial set-up, or able to see running water, etc. It should have been more thorough and personalized, instead of checking the box on a checklist. We love our new motorhome. However, the great customer service ended a few days later, after getting some initial items fixed. We have texted and called over the last 5 months. Only 1 call was returned in June from Mitch in Service, who helped us get a new decal for our motorhome, that we noticed was damaged on our initial inspection. Thumbs up to Mitch! Our last call to the Service department was just this week, Oct 2, 2023. We were in Branson and needed a part, but we never received a call back from them. We have had to contact Coachman directly several times to receive answers to questions we had that could have easily been answered by those at Reliable. It’s a shame, we would have gladly recommended Reliable RV to others - had the great customer service continued after our purchase.

We just purchased a Class A Motorhome from Reliable RV in Springfield Missouri. They clearly didn’t do an inspection of the brand new, very expensive rig. We have major water issues as well as almost 100 other issues. I reached out to the Operations person, Robert Beverly, I spoke to him the day after we returned to NC and explained our issues. I let him know we made an appointment to have the rig inspected here to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. He has not returned any of my calls or emails since our initial conversation. They sold us a “lemon” and clearly have no desire to do anything to make it right. Buyer beware because this dealership does not inspect the motor homes they sell AT ALL!! Since they refuse to return my phone calls or emails, I must assume they knowingly do not bother checking out a Motorhome before they sell it.

We were in the process of purchasing an RV from Reliable with Ronnie, through no fault of his own, we did not end up purchasing the RV. However, that was due to our circumstances and not Reliable’s. I would, however, recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the Springfield area that is looking to purchase an RV. Wes, the manager, was also wonderful to work with and more than accommodating.

Without question, the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Bough there a year ago and have had to have service done to my Airstream. Both times there was no communication and I actually had to call Airstream (as the customer) to get anything done. Do not buy an Airstream from this business unless you want horrible service and communication.

We brought our new rig home today and had a great experience with everyone that we dealt with at the dealership. This is our first travel trailer purchase and Dalton (our sales rep) was very easy to work with and answered all of the questions we had and really worked hard to get us the deal that we needed to justify the purchase. Ed was our consultant during the unit review / inspection and showed us the ropes. Great guy and he’s a hoot as well. We visited 8 or 9 RV lots looking for the perfect travel trailer for us and hands down got the best deal and best customer service from Reliable than any of the other dealerships could offer. We drove 3 hrs to pick up a 2021 used toy hauler. The trailer hadn’t had anything done too it. Not cleaned, waste tanks full, damaged, and non working parts. They assured us all work was done. They delivered the trailer in the same condition. Jason Eaton was our sales person and I cannot ever recommend Reliable for anything RV related. Period. Side note, the delivery driver couldn’t back the trailer up a straight street and didn’t know how to unhook the the trailer from the fifth wheel plate.

After driving over 600,000 miles during the past 25 years in 5 different motorhomes, deceided to sell our 42 foot with 4 slide when I turned 80. During the past 4 years we have felt lost & closed in since we were unable to just jump in our motorhome and go. Not wanting another 40 foot, came upon the Thor Vegas Vegas 25 foot, which would serve our current needs. Located one at Reliable, although we were 1028 miles [Lenexa, KS is our home] from Springfield at our winter home in south Texas. Drove back to Missouri and could of not been treated any better, starting with the salesman, Tyler Eidson. There was never any rush from explaining the operating of the RV to the closer.Although the most important thing is the coach drives like a car. After driving over 400 miles on two lane highways in Texas, 75 miles speed limit, handles nicely when meeting semi-trucks at those speeds, there was no movement at all, which is unheard of being so light and small.Couldn't been more please with the dealership, staff, and coach itself.Darrell Cain

Don't get fooled!I had a terrible experience purchasing an RV from this dealer. The RV was brand new, but it had undisclosed major issues that were discovered only after they received my payment. The dealer has not made a single follow-up wit me about it or made any effort to address the issues. In the last two weeks, I have sent several emails to the dealer, but they have been ignoring my messages. It's very disappointing to have spent so much money on an RV that turned out to be malfunctioning and to have received no help or support from the dealer. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone.-their response to each negative review is followed by: "please reach out to Wes Cameron at ..................". Why doesn't Wes contact the customer? Well because they just put it out there to make it look like they're trying to fix a problem, but really they'll just ignore you.

Not impressed with the service department! I bought a 5th wheel there and the brakes never worked right. I feel like that’s a MASSIVE safety concern! Conveniently my a/c unit went out after having it a short while so since it was coming back for that service I decided to have them address the brakes (or lack their of). They adjusted them and said I’m good to go. Wrong!! Before I left I made them aware of the issue, but needed my trailer that weekend. The next week I dropped it back off and they then found some wiring problems. Said it was fixed and I wouldn’t have any more issues. I had to pick it up after hours and when I got there, much to my surprise they still didn’t work! At that point I’m mad, but it got worse when I discovered I had no brake lights or turn signals anymore either. It was after hours so I took it home, spent 2 hours fixing their wiring mess ups. I then watched a video on how to adjust the brakes and just made adjustments to every single wheel (one of which took 7 clicks to get it into adjustment), and my goodness, they work perfect!3 stars comes from the a/c getting replaced in a pretty timely manner! Otherwise service is a single star for not being able to complete a very basic trailer maintenance task…

Reliable Subaru has sold me an unreliable Subaru. Our 2016 Outback has stranded my wife five times when it won't start. Repeated 100-mile trips to the dealership yield results of "nothing wrong with the battery or alternator, have a nice day." If you have this vehicle, sell it.

We have bought from them 3 times 1 brand new total junk 2 used had to have it towed back to them right after getting it home cost us 1000. 2 new batteries took on trip lost 250. Worth of food fridg didn’t work. Ruined our trip! Thanks reliable

At first I thought this was a good place to buy a car from but do not waste your time here. I put down a down payment and had 45 days to make my first payment and they have given me issues for almost the entire time I’ve had the car. They’ve threatened me, and also said they’re going to charge me rental fees out of my down payment even though I still have an entire month until my payment is due. This place is not worth your time and I wouldn’t waste a penny here. I’ll be getting a lawyer involved because this is just wrong!!! I encourage you to go anywhere else, I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I just purchased our first ever camper van from Bobby at Reliable RV. From start to finish Bobby was amazing. He was super patient and took time to really listen and answer all of our questions. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. Our daughter was with us through the entire experience and when we showed up the following day to pickup the camper after it had been detailed Bobby brought a snack for our daughter. He’s not just a salesman - he genuinely cares and takes time to get to know you and meet your needs. If you’re considering entering into the RV/Camper world go see Bobby at Reliable. Bought a brand new class C Coachman Crosstrails in April 2022. Live 220 miles from Springfield. When we went to pick up and finish paperwork one week later, Andy called on our way there to see if we were still coming the next day. Told him we were already half way there with our camper trade in in tow, and were told to be there today??? He then told us he already had someone scheduled for our time to do paper work it would be 3-4 hours later than we were told. When we got there camper was still not clean. Tire on.sides. When got walk through was rushed still not clean . Then talked to guy in financing and he pushed extended insurance and warranty and was not very nice when we told him we didn't want it. Took RV on first trip 2 weeks later had several issues. No tv, shower leaked, door was hard to shut,etc.Took back to Reliable 2 weeks later for warranty work. Was not "ready" until September, 3 months later. Picked up ...T V still not working. Contacted Coachman representive..now having work done at local RV that carries Coachman but no Class Cs.Will have to pay difference in service charges and what warranty won't pay since not from oringinal dealer. Buyers beware if purchasing from Reliable RV. Big inventory but not enough service personal to take care of problems. Would never purchase a RV from Reliable again!!!

I rate them 5 stars because they stand behind their product. I have 2 Hyundai's, a 2011 Sonata Turbo and a 2016 Elantra. Their customer service is top notch, at least for me it has been. My last visit, I was going to drop it off but someone had just cancel their appointment. The service gentlemen (Joey) asked me if I had 30 minutes because he would take care of so I wouldn't have to come back. The car took 45 minutes but Joey asked if would be okay because of a recall he wanted to take of. To me that is customer service, he could have just let me drop it off and not said anything about the recall or cancellation. While I was their the salesman that sold me my Sonata back in 2010 found me and asked if there is anything I needed. Both my cars are not the top of the line vehicles. So i i don't think he was thinking how he could make some money. Because he never ask me if I was looking for a car, just asked how I was doing. (Bryan) is his name.

I just recently bought a 2022 Thor Windsport 35M. My sales person was Tom Robertson, and I have to tell you I could not have had a better experience. I ordered it new, and he kept me up to date each month on its progress. I was a out of town purchase, but they arranged to have me picked up at the airport with first class service. Full thumbs up.

I had used Reliable Toyota previously for my personal vehicle and did not like their service and think very poorly of their service and communication. I take my truck an hour and a half to another Toyota dealership to be serviced and taken care of for warranty items. I know a few other people and friends who had the same experience there, however had heard the RV department may be different. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The quality of repairs/work is not very good either. Every time we have had a repair done, it has not been fully completed and found at a time that was inconvenient and while we were not in town. We have had to go in more than expected for repairs.

Since my car had been totalled, I've been looking for a good used vehicle with good gas mileage. Brenton Skeeter was very quick to assist me in my search! He emailed me all kinds of options in a short time, followed up with me, and was generally very helpful. He even made a little video for me! Although I found a car elsewhere, I was very impressed with his eagerness to help!

We purchased a new coachman motorhome.It had several issues with a Typical mechanical and cosmetic things that needed to be addressed to this day they have not been able to fix most of these items almost 9 months now the worst part is they say they will get them repaired but won’t even get back with us very disappointed with their service and lack of communication I have had to fix most of these things myself to be able to use the RV
