Words alone don't do this place justice. Not to mention the type of people that are managing it. What a joke. When you walk in it smells like they are running a abandoned mortuary. I can't eat the food from this store. Everytime I take a bite, that's all I taste. The rotting smell. But to make things better, they treat you like a theif if you walk around and shop. They caught a guy stealing while I was in line, a can of soda and couple candy bars so I offered to pay for it for him and they flat out refused to sell it to me. And then a couple days later accuse me of "attempting" to steal because I leaned on the counter to look at the Skoal. That was it. My hands were in my pockets and I was squinting at the price and the nimrod manager older lady flat out accused me of attempting to steal it. Can't stand this place and I wouldn't recommend this for my dog to eat from. I was shopping there everyday because we just moved to the neighborhood, but I will drive to Nixa before I spend a dollar there again.

Horrible place to shop. They treat everyone like a thief and the place flat out stinks like rotting meat or something. I wouldn't recommend this store for anything unless you enjoy being insulted. The manager is the worst.

I cant even be in the store without a employee coming up to me yelling at me for nothing assuming I'm stealing or something and the employee sucks and they have terrible employees and they suck so I recommend not going to price cutter on commercial street by Sonic

I rarely shop at price cutter as I find their prices to be higher then their competitor's and there is nothing about the store that stands out or draws you in...just very middle of the road.

It's a neighborhood store not a Walmart good selection but typically the prices are a bit higher in the city location. There are less than desirable people who hang around and stare you up. Parking lot needs stripped and re-lined for proper parking spaces, as is now people just pull in a pile and jam everybody up.

Nice guy didn't get his name but he loaded all my food in car. He. has 4 dogs. He had mention he had 2 German Shepherds I told him I have 1 Shepard 4 months old. He was very polite and helpful. Store was clean and found everything I was looking for. Will be coming back.Great check out man too.

Terrible service offered at this establishment I would not waste my time going there again. I was treated as I was going to steal something. Followed around by local area Price cutter goons is not a good feeling and I highly object to this type of treatment. They have a history of this kind of behavior and I was very embarrassed by the way I was treated.

Employee named Alex is very rude and has been several times I'm in the store almost daily several employees know who did am and I'm friendly and respectful with them all but hairless guy named Alex needs to be sent for customer relations training because his blows so much that I'm on here looking for a number for corporate to make complaints against him and his attitude

I live a few blocks from this store and it's great to pop into for quick items I need in a pinch. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There's a decent selection of the basics. Only thing I have to keep in mind is to check the expiration date on perishable items (cheese, eggs, and some other items are usually past expiration)

This store used to be a hobo haven , with suspicious unfriendly clerks and sketchy characters in the parking lot.Those days appear to be over. This store is clean and open , and the customers are just regular folks , interacting with friendly professional store personnel. Nice turnaround, price cutter.

I just moved to the Springfield, MO area and this is the closest store to my place and this was my first visit to this store. I was hoping the staff there would atleast show some effort at Customer Service and luckily my first impression was very positive which is especially important because I'm sure I'll frequently need to shop there. There was a sweet little gray haired lady with a warm and inviting smile bright enough to easily cheer anyone up just by her glow. She was working at the service desk and during our interaction she was absolutely friendly and very pleasently kind. Greeting me with a simple "Hello and good morning how you doing sir ? ", I needed change for a $20 so I could pay my bus fare and she didn't hassle me a bit about it , and surprisingly didn't even require that I made a purchase like most businesses will usually do if you're trying to get change for a larger bill. It's this kind of Customer Service and personable interactions that create and keeps loyal customers for life. The store was also very clean and quiet as well. Not crowded at all like the larger Grocery Store Chains also no long wait in line which is also a plus for me. Awesome job Price-Cutter. Keep up the great work and continue to employ people like this that are willing to go the extra mile for a customer and you'll definitely gain plenty of loyal customers . You've definitely earned my business and my loyalty. Thanks Price-Cutter !

Nice remodel prices are some higher than need be. Never have enough cashiers and allows the line to be too long before they get another cashier. Staff is polite. Better selection than before and some nice sales.

I want to say I really love this store because of its layout it's always clean and they have really cool stuff in there floral department although they are more expensive on most of their things especially their produce section it's beautiful to look at with the prices are outrageous they're outrageous everywhere but the store is always been expensive more expensive than say for example of Walmart or wardens for me Gordon is an amazing place

It's ok if you absolutely have to buy something. Overall I would say prices about the same as in Walmart just everything not as nice as in other stores. I was forced to give up my backpack while shopping, when I came with my 2 items at front of me I saw 4 people with full carts, obviosuly there is no express lanes or self checkout, nor any other lanes for that matter. To be fair eventually they opened second lane.

Make sure and watch what you are charged for the items you purchase. The price on the shelf sticker doesn't always match the price they actually charge. Ticks me off because I don't live in town and to make a special trip back for the difference isn't worth it. At the same time IF every person that walks through the door gets over charged EVEN 40 cents they are being cheated and probably aren't even aware of it. Be aware of the posted price and double check your ticket BEFORE leaving the store !
