This place has a lot more options for fish and animals and supplies but in my opinion the prices are outrageous. We did buy my son's hamster here and he is healthy and nice and he only cost us about $25 and I always buy my crickets here for my geckos but the supplies and food and toys are just too expensive for my liking. Clean environment, animals welcome to come in the store, and friendly staff though 😁

Always had what I need for my dogs cats and reptiles! Love their adoption days too. Always so up beat and fun. Saw a boy get to adopt a little black kitten and it was so wholesome from everyone around!

The grooming staff work really hard and do a good job. The price online and what is charged is different though. It shows $35 online but I’m always charged $40. Overall though, the grooming staff is awesome.

We stood at the fish tanks for 15 minutes waiting on someone to come help us. At least 6 employees walked past us numerous times. Employees are too busy chatting with each other about absolute nonsense to even acknowledge customers existence. Didn't even get any acknowledgement when we left either.Update: 3/9: went back a few weeks later & still couldn't get any help. Another customer started walking the entire store trying to find someone to help him. No wonder all of the surrounding pet stores are out of fish: because no one can get any help here so they have to go elsewhere.

If I could put a zero, I would. I went in to buy some fish for my tank and was told they would not sell to me because I would poison the fish with my goldfish. When I went to confirm this with the cashier, she kept trying to explain how well the staff back there treat the fish...which is great, I guess, but they ultimately refused to sell to me because I had a goldfish. The cashier preceeded to tell me that, " life is not fair." Thanks for that sage advice nobody asked for. Will never go back there. It is not worth your time.

So today I show up with my miniature schnauzer Tyler for his grooming appointment and since he has a mid grade heart murmur they refused to cut his hair. Even though they have in the past. THEN I get a notification that his appointment had been cancelled but feel free to reschedule his appointment. I won’t be bringing any of my dogs back to petsmart. What a joke! AT LEAST THE GROOMER GOT OUT OF DOING BOTH OF MY DOGS TODAY.

A typical PetSmart! Most of the pets there look well taken care of and they have a wide variety of items. There's a Banfield pet clinic here and also a training center and grooming station, too.

Really didn't appreciate the attitude of the woman with black hair and glasses working monday at 0930. Give me a dirty and rolls her eyes and tells me press the button for my pick up order. Maybe teach her some basic customer service skills.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dogs got out over the wknd. A neighbor found them and took them to this location to see if they were chipped. Thier employee Cat walked up to our neighbor with the dogs while at the store and assured that she would make sure the dogs got to the rightful owner as long as the provided proof of ownership, which I have. I made contact with Cat who says she gave the dogs away. The dogs were brought to the store on Saturday afternoon. I was calling Cat shortly after, and Cat stated she had already turned them over (Not even 2-3 hours did she have them). I called the store manager about the employee stealing our dogs from their store and she acted like she could care less. She stated that it wasn't their issue because the employee "acted individually". This company is in charge of boarding animals! I would never take my animals here and drop them off knowing that an employee can just walk right out with the animals with no questions asked.

Their employee Cat accepted our lost dogs at this location on Sat. We have since been trying to retrieve the dogs. Here it is Tuesday & nobody can tell us where they are or what happened to them. Their supervisor Jessica I believe was her name acted like she couldn’t care less about her employee accepting our pets & then stealing them from a store she is supposedly managing. Do NOT leave your animals with these people!

1/23/2023 had a 7 AM appt. and were about 10 minutes late. We were immediately reprimanded for being late. After being told Kola was finished, we picked her up at 11:45 and told by Sierra, the groomer, how sweet and good she was. The groomer said, "I think she got a hair clipping in her eye, it's been watering so you might want to rinse it with some saline". We get her home and her eye matted up and after a couple hours she couldn't hardly open it. I used a warm wash cloth to wipe the matting, thinking if it's just a hair maybe the warmth and wiping it would help.1/24/2023 She won't open her eye...Scheduled a vet appointment to check it out. She has an ulcer in her eye caused by chemicals or a cut. Over half of her eye lashes were cut off or shaved off from the groomer Treatment: Antibiotics in her eye 3 times a day. Have a follow up appointment with the vet on Thursday and another on Monday.To top it off, she was shaved to the skin in multiple places! Not the level 5 cut we agreed to. No way a guard was used correctly on her. The hair will grow back but I will NEVER take her to PetSmart for grooming!

I went to buy fish for our 2 aquariums. The purple haired staff person told me, I couldn't buy an algae eating fish, because my 35 gallon tank was too small. I chose 5 tropical fish, then when I asked to buy some Goldfish, the Staff person said, Goldfish were "Gross" and I shouldn't buy those! I would have liked to have bought a lot more fish that day.

I not only was able to get the medication to make my big boy feel better but was educated on the gestation period,but how and blew me away when she counted back gave me the day he got the worms and she was right, that big S... had gotten out for the first time and brought it home. WoW couldn't believe she pinned it to the day while showing on the internet, Love it when someone not only knows what they are talking about but showing they knew what they were talking about.Big boy is doing better now.Thank you.He's happier now but still in my jail 😁

We visit often so we have some knowledge of where some items are located. We can get in and get out in a timely fashion. Our pup loves to socialize. This is one place he feels at home.

Stopped in to get some grooming brushes for my German Shepherd, and of course, a few other items to spoil him with. The problem was that there weren't a lot of options for bigger dogs.

Lorhanna was not kind when I asked her for assistance purchasing crickets. She was condescending, short with her words, and noticeably bothered. My family and I usually love visiting this store but Lorhanna makes me feel less than welcome. I hope to avoid her when visiting in the future.

Petsmart allowed one of thier employees to steal someone's dogs. They then fired a different employee that stood up for the dog owners. The people who had their dogs stolen still haven't gotten them back, its been over a month.

Sometimes they have great options but the brand of dog food we buy seems to always be out here and it was sugguested to me by an employee which is a bummer. But the staff is normally very friendly.

My dog has gone to PetSmart for about a year and a half. My mom dropped her off at 8 am and we were told to come back and pick her up at 9. Her groom was not finished and they refused to put her back on the table to make her look more presentable. We were told that she was biting, which she would typically never do. They offered us a list of groomers that we could take her to where she could be sedated. On our way out of the door, we were met by a nice lady that asked about our dog and recommended the barker shoppe. When we took her there we were informed that PetSmart did not bathe our dog before cutting, which is why her experience was so painful. We were also told that she must have been nicked or something at her time in the groomers, in order to cause her to act out.

Jenn K should not be grooming . She is cold , and uncaring. It appears she is grouchy because it took 2 weeks for the first available appointment for my beautiful Prince .He is old and beautiful but he just can’t keep up with his hair , he sleeps 16 hours a day , such a sweet Kitty boy . He just needed a feel good day at the spa . We rescued him from a local non profit community supported shelter knowing he has limited time on earth and health issues . We are on our 2nd year with this beautiful cat .We work a lot so just recently in the past few weeks he started matting ( check your previous grooming records Petsmart from about 2 months ago , no or very few little mats ) .It was so obvious that Jenn K saw the matting and used the excuse of an antibiotic shot that he had received over a month ago is now suddenly a problem . We have informed all Petsmart groomers in the past if he sticks his tongue out and twists his head do not worry.He is being treated and monitored by our vet. He has bad teeth and stomatitis but the vet does not believe Prince could not withstand a surgery to remove his teeth so he recommended we treat the teeth with an antibiotic shot when it flares up badly .She acted like I was a criminal because it was not on his record. I offered to call the vet and she said “No , I’m not comfortable doing it , he needs to be groomed by a vet “.Run off business because you are tired??Poor Prince . We just wanted him to be comfortable tonight. . Trust me Jenn K , we ALL are tired and overworked. I am a RN and just wanted to make my beautiful cat happy . I think you have lost focus .Don’t worry , I will definitely get him groomed at my vet as you now say is “required “.It also was extremely rude that as I was asking you to please help my boy and and you were pecking on the computer trying to cover yourself in your charting notes “ to cover “ her completely inappropriate response and behavior.It is a Petsmart loss and You missed Jenn k missed out on a generous tip . I am now a dissatisfied and extremely disappointed CUSTOMER of Petsmart and will have no problem sharing my terrible experience today .We have been to Petsmart multiple times …never a problem.She didn’t want to do it . Period .Find another job Jenn K. , obviously she does not want to care for elderly elderly cats that need the comfort of grooming and their nails trimmed .I am Sad . I am disappointed. We have always loved Petsmart and have had no problems ever until today . Jenn appears to be weary. I believe she knows it was an excuse to get an hour off .Refocus and find an occupation that you love and that YOU don’t punish a beautiful animal . Life is short , don’t be a nasty stressed out person.The animals and Petsmart’s customers deserve better . Shame 😢 sad sad sad

I went to petsmart the other day to look for a female betta fish. But, I wound up getting this guy. I couldn't pass him up he is so pretty. All of the betta cups looked clean and the fish looked healthy. The employees were nice and helpful. I'll be back soon. Also they have just about anything you could need for your fur babies cats or dogs and everything between.

My husband went looking for a "please clean up after your dog"sign. When he asked for help from an associate she asked for assistance from another employee in which they proceeded to mouth off " why would they have such a thing, they take care of pets" and they continued to rudely make fun of all the way out of the door. Terrible management. Will never shop there.
